Based on the following I find it hard to believe we are not going to get a major contract.

Description:
Phillips and Jordan has master service agreements with Chesapeake Energy, East Resources, Chief Oil, Fortuna/Talisman Energy, Newfield Exploration, Seneca Resources, Cabot Oil, and Southwestern Energy. As a subcontractor under these agreements P&J has been performing construction services for the oil and gas fields on the Marcellus Shale play in Pennsylvania. Work on these projects includes clearing, grading, earthwork, erosion control, road construction, pad construction, pond/liner construction, reclamation, grassing/seeding, trucking, and fencing.
This to me is a goldmine.
