Crow, that's why I haven't received my order yet!!?? #!@$%#
Glad I didn't have it expedited.
I've heard 'chatter' from the tweety birds and they're singing a song that the magic beans for the newest concept product have just recently been plant and the sprouts are already meandering their way through the notorius rumor mill.
Or were those carrot seeds?
Why I am more confident then every with my life savings investment in Loch/CDEx:
Bizzy and dizzy. eom
New case study: The meth gun- crisis product No. 14
- Recall how it was slowly introduced into the "CDEx suite of products".
- Recall the rumors about DEA contracts (supposedly insider information) designed to draw your attention on the meth gun and away from the hot selling Valimed. (Remember the FAA contract rumor for ELF?)
- Observe how the meth gun has been associated with a national crisis situation like most products before it.
- Recall how CDEX stock promoters began an advertising campaign by posting all meth crisis news on the boards, relevant or not.
- Observe how readers are kept abreast of all available information about Government funding for the new crisis.
- Note how "promotional resources" have slowly turned to the meth gun with Valimed taking a back seat. We now know why.
- Note how news about testing, performance, production... etc is vague or non-existent. No details about the product has always turned out to be bad news.
- Note that the only news so far has been the good news. The good news is the meth gun can detect meth in the lab.
- Watch as beta testing and production milestones keep getting resheduled for "anticipated reasons".
- Note how advertisement about the meth guns performance and targeted markets has become another "30 meter ELF with heads-up display and GPS".
- Watch how the meth gun morphs from the the currently advertised "vision" to the actual production model. (Just like the SafePill 1,2,3,4,5,6...99 became a liquids only Valimed with everything else sheet canned.)
- Watch for the resulting limited niche market where a few prospects will accept delivery just because it's a cool new toy.
- Watch the clever wording in the PR's announcing how the first production units are "sold" into the sizzling hot market place.
The assumption with the above scenario is that the meth gun can make it as far as Valimed. Of course that will take a lot more funding. CDEX better anticipate another 50 million authorized to "getter done" (TM- Closer) and start selling them ASAP. It would appear sales on the last batch started early.
Master Yoda's sentence structure it sounds like. LOL
Gotta love the translation though! LOL
LOL, that's a literal translation Crow.
Interpretation:
A Scamco is a Scamco no matter who is the front man.
As it was in the beginning, so shall it continueth to be:
Read the current 10K, then go back and read past 10Q's and PR's for 2005-2006. Pay special attention to the weasel words (Malspeak) such as "placement, partnership, selects, accepts delivery... etc, as a substitute for the word SALE.
Now we know.
Another important observation to note is that the further one goes back into the old SEC filings and PR's, the more blatantly obvious are the lies and deception.
Hindsight is shocking!
Amazing the degree of pure BS.
Crow, you may want to revise the numbers in last paragraph in the previous post.
You're too kind! LOL
I'll tell ya one thing, it was pure sickening to read the BS coming from that '97 Loch 10Q that Xeno posted earlier today.
Then they have the huevos to continue and feed us the same BS about ELF (straight lies).
Then VAMMP. Same sheet.
Then Valimed. Same sheet
Now, if you look at the promotion and advertsing of the meth gun you'll see it's the exact same thing again. Over and over again with a new golden widget each time. It's crazy to believe a word these scamsters say.
I'll give the meth gun a snowballs chance in heII.
Nope, I won't even give it that!
Sunsabiches.
The final production prototype has been completed and will be the basis for volume production.
"They're building the assembly line right now for mass production"
-Nasfanium
Does someone have a link to JG's second CC when he answered The Chippster's question about Valimed sales? That may be entertaining to review!
It most exclusive distributor agreements I've been involved with there's an initial purchase of inventory with payment due at the signing of the contract.
I wonder how many of the 15 units "delivered" (thanks Sand) to Baxa from the first production run are collecting dust in CDEX's shop?
This is much worse than I thought and shows just how deceptive these jokers can be IMO.
And people wondered why Baxa didn't exercise their stock option!
Rottenapple, yet our resident CDEx stock promoter's hopes have been risen to new heights over this wonderful news! LOL
Apparently he has found the news very "pleasing".
Unbeliveable!!!!
"This sounds like pure BS to me! Can someone smarter than myself explain it logically to me?"
No, you got it right. LOL
It doesn't matter Sanddollar, as if you're going to believe any convoluted story they spin anyway(s). Apparently CDEX chose to embellish their 10Q's and suffer the consequences later. Interesting how Saint MP resigned just in time to make Griffin the fall guy for this one! LOL
It appears as if Griffin sure told a whopper when he said that CDEX doesn't know where the units go. It's as if they intentionally added the little tib-bit below into the SEC filing as part of the script.
"In fiscal 2006, the Company sold and delivered Valimed (TM) units to Baxa which requested the units to be held at the Company's facility in Arizona, pending shipping instructions from Baxa's end-user customer."
Read the whole enchilada. Evidently, Baxa knew they had CDEX between a rock and a hard place because I see zero compromise on Baxa's part.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1173738/000121465907000211/0001214659-07-000211.txt
Hey, did Baxa ever exercise their stock option? Maybe Baxa bought in on the open market when the PPS under .20?
I mean... why won't they, with the meth gun coming and all! LOL
LOL I didn't read the filing till now! Way to keep it positive Capn. STOCK PROMOTER!
Sounds like Valimed isn't selling as expected so CDEX has agreed to relax Baxa's annual sales quota while still allowing them to maintain their distribution exclusivity in USA and Canada.(which would be non-negotiable with any competent marketing exec)
Baxa wouldn't assume the liability to continue under the existing contract and CDEX couldn't afford to lose the only distributor, for the only product that it has ever had. No doubt it's strengthen a relationship that was obviously on shaky ground.
Now that's really positive news. I'm more comfortable now then I've ever, ever been before with my investment. Thank you Capnmike, I find this news most pleasing.
So much for Raiderman's cheerleading that Baxa must sell 2.5 times as many unit's in '07.
Thank goodness for the meth gun! It's gonna have all the functions of a Motorola Razor amd is rumored to include a heads-up display and GPS tracking. It'll be kinda like a new Tide.
Yawn.....
By george High C I think you've got it!:
"The scamco DC lawyer that took over from Boone and Baker, so as to continue the scam to get them off the hook, took 3 1/2 years trying to get a product developed, financed by only shares that he could sell to private investors, who would naturally have been shown some semblance of potential success."
Most importantly, do you know what the PP investors were shown besides all the BS test reports that CDEx initially published to thwart angry loch shareholders and attract PP money?
A prospectus filled with boolsheet. MP style.
XENO, may I suggest you limit your tier rating system to integers and use the designations T1, T2, T3,... for brevity.
Excellento Xeno!!! The most comprehensive synopsis (is that an oxymoron Sanddollar- LOL) of the origins of Loch/CDEx and related PENNY STOCK SCAM COMPANIES I've read to date.
Are you co-authoring the book with ~Kidd?
Check your lug nuts and brake lines. Get a long pole with a mirror attached on the end to check your undercarriage for suspicious looking objects!
Maybe get one of them EM-1's so you get scan your vehicle from a safe distance of at least about 150 meters (pulsed laser models only). If you get a positive hit the GREEN button and the GPS will alert the local authorities to your exact location. You do have that model don't you? It has all the features kinda like a Motorola Razor.
Alternatively, if you're strapped for cash, you can deploy the chicken-on-a-string detector. The complete kit is available for US$ 1,495.00 (includes shipping within continental USA). Please send a cashier's check or money order to:

You don't know "Bucky" that well but you are very good friends with his Father, "Buck".
That was a trick question wasn't it?
BTW, why isn't the Tucson PD field testing the meth gun? Or are they?
The good news is the meth gun can detect large crystals of meth in the lab.
So what's the bad news?
But most people can be easily persuaded with such associations. That's why penny stock scamsters pick very trendy products "in-the-news" to market their shares. And of course the honest, trustworthy, investing folks especially like products which are "claimed" to save lifes or improve the quality of life.
Dirty, rotten, scoundrels the lot of 'em.
Of course if they cheat, lie and steal in order to secure financing to preach the word of God it's alright.
"...have a few faxes "mistakenly" fax-blasted to thousands of taverns, retirement homes, realty offices, and insurance brokerages, and start unloading shares into the market."
Watch as the people involved in spreading the news and lying to honest investors end up as PP investors and paid stock promoters.
Smooth talkin' lyin' sunsabiches (TM- Himanez).
LOL! Funny huh? On-line penny stock promoters aren't the most trustworthy people on the planet, especially ones that claim they have their life savings invested in the stock that they're promoting.
The abundance of news about the meth crisis has about as much relevance to the success of the meth gun as news about the land mine crisis had to the success of ELF/EM-1.
Very, very little.
LOL!!! Maybe I was wrong, maybe the next golden widget that CDEx will start promoting will be in biophotonics, not gas and oil.
I have no doubt that they're already dreaming up some new concept products, I don't think Valimed or the much over hyped meth gun are going to sell those 60 million shares.
"The coincidental combinations of MP with HolyMan Denny Harris, and with Winston & Strawn and other Players who, like MP, "play the penny stock market constantly and in a big way" - "in a life-changing way" - I think is obvious to even Mike."
Yes, I'm sure it has been "a strategic investment of a life time" for capnmike. Too bad many did not hone their DD skills until it was too late.
I've heard rumor that MP wants to travel the world and do missionary work. Sounds expensive.
How does one rationalize such contradictory behavior, the end justifies the means?
Loch filed for dissolution on March 26, 2004. Ontheedge stopped posting his nonsense on or about March 26 2006.
Xeno, have you noticed how MP is still off limits to Capnmike's scrutiny. an untouchable- MP can, but JG can't! Too funny.
I wonder how many 10 centers Capn has received for his CDEX promotional... errr...consulting services?
"LOCH didn't really just stop filing, they became CDEX, though a part of what LOCH was supposed to represent could have stayed in business as LOCH I suppose..."
LMAO!!!Please STOP Gary, Loch ripped everyone off, then quit filing as part of their exit plan. They had no intention of ever filing again IMO!
The APA was to save their azzes which even INET realizes now.
Just goes to show that it is unlikely that anything will replace a dog any time soon.
"On Monday January 29, 2007 an Eastbound 2007 Chevrolet Impala was stopped for speeding on Interstate-44, at the 81-MM, in Greene County. After request to search was denied, the canine indicated on the open passenger side window of the Impala, and an ensuing search revealed one pound of cocaine, located in a duffel bag, concealed in coffee grounds."
It would have been impossible for the meth gun to have detected that stash. So far I've seen no evidence of any significant stand-off distance, about an inch seems to have always been the norm.
Unfortunately, unless CDEx can improve the stand-off distance/scan footprint shortcomings while maintianing an acceptable integration time, I believe the meth gun will be dismissed as another laboratory curiosity and not find much practical use.
Let's hope Shriver has further tweaked the optics package since the Army/Navy rejections.
Valimed was suppose to be the bread winner, the fact that news of sales has gone silent for months and all the advertising by our CDEX stock promoters has centered around the meth gun is not a good sign.
The good news is that the meth gun has actually detected large crystals of meth supplied by the Tucson PD.
The bad news is there is no news on whether the meth gun has been operated successfully by the MSHP in detecting "miniscule" quantities of meth in the field.
LOL!!!
Make that Biffnix. eom
Maybe Dr Biffx can post a link. eom
RA, does AB have a link to this board? Looks like he's getting a little lonely on the old RB board.
Maybe I need a subscription for spell check! LOL
Crow, must be a new policy since I've posted there in the past.
Didn't know that you subscribed, I thought you were a cheap bastardo! LOL
