It most exclusive distributor agreements I've been involved with there's an initial purchase of inventory with payment due at the signing of the contract.

I wonder how many of the 15 units "delivered" (thanks Sand) to Baxa from the first production run are collecting dust in CDEX's shop?

This is much worse than I thought and shows just how deceptive these jokers can be IMO.

And people wondered why Baxa didn't exercise their stock option!
