I can't answer that. She said they have helped them in a lot of ways, and they have helped them get to where they are today. They are not super happy with Midam, but they are not unhappy with Midam.

She says she does not but any stocks now. With her connections and advising other companies, she said she knows to much and it would be immoral. She will not take those kinds of risks( meaning jeopardize here status). She wishes she could, she is full of confidence in the company and feels they are in a 10x better position than they were last year at this time. The fundamentals are the same and better. So you may not see a lot of insider buying, but you will not see any insider selling.

With the script pro in place and the build out completed, they are ready for what lies ahead. Its ramping up.

Yes sir, your accurate keep up the good work. Some news is being twisted by some, for there own agenda. We all know who and why.
My timing was a little bad because i am busy at work, trying to do my normal job and take notes.
A few highlights.
Audit is going well and is ahead of schedule. Qx or Qb is on track. Letter to the share holders is coming.
Midam was a big help getting set up with the 310 transactions, and for the most part are doing what they paid them to do.
No insider or company is selling shares. All restricted share numbers have not changed.
Insider buys may be posted or reported on next pr.
script pro is doing well, soon to be 3x previous script fills.
Build out was needed and now being used. They have enough space now for extra business from the new licenses.

and relived my concerns on many things. Everything is going well. I just got more funds so, I will be buying more shares. There is a lot of speculation, agenda's and fake news if you will, on this board.

Their internal audit was/is being completed. They got everything in order for the external audit, now the external audit begins. Whats so hard to understand about that?

look at the long term chart, it went up hard for around 7 months, then it went down a little and a lot side ways. Its about due for a long climb. Stocks go up and the go down. They can't always go up.

Nice, its taking longer than i thought, buy we are slowing taking the shares, and putting them in stronger hands. I am still wanting more shares, about tapped out for now, but still buying. I don't mind this sideways trend. I think most would agree high 2's and low three's is the bottom. Folks are grabbing them up when the reach these levels. Super good long term hold here. IMO

Yes google WedMD. The company i work for offers this, its a huge cost savings for the health care industry. I do not know how, complicated an ailment they are allowed to treat over the phone, but for simple treatments, it is a breeze.

Its pretty simple, if you have a condition that requires refills over an extended period of time. These prescriptions will be on your door step at scheduled intervals, no need for driving to a pharmacy and waiting inline.
This is great for senior citizens and people that have a hard time getting around, and have a hard time following and remembering timelines. If your injured or sick and you need a one time prescription then you go to the pharmacy immediately. Everything is going e commerce, why wouldn't prescriptions follow. I tried Wed MD a few weeks back, it took 15 minutes for a doctor visit via phone appointment and i never had to travel, sit in a waiting room, answer endless question, be exposed to sickness. All I had to do was pick up a prescription. Its technology and advancement!

I think some folks, the impatient ones, figure their has to be something wrong with this stock, because it came down and continues to track side ways and not shoot up on news. I think all of this will eventually correct itself, and the panic sellers will be gone.

I have a little over 2.5 mil, I don't plan on selling for a couple of years.

Someone sent me a message 3-4 weeks ago, telling me they were going to dump 2.86 million shares of RXMD. I don't know if it was true or not, but it should not be too hard to get the shares into stronger hands, and it can't go on much longer?

Mike Batza I have seen and heard much about this company and its products. I have been pondering this one question though; if the products work and they are being made available all over the world, why is its success so dependant on FDA approval?

I wonder if in 6-18 months with added licenses in other states coming on board, if they will need or want to add a second robot? It may turn out to be like having a shop that is never big enough. I hope they have considered this in there long term expansion plans.
