Right...most pennies are run by financial predators and supported by witting enablers.
"our shares stay exactly the same but just the type of business Mvtg are in would change"
That's it...shares trade same as now only with a new name and new convertible debt totaling around $2,440,000.
It's just a new and revised share selling scheme LOL.
GLTY
I suggest you carefully read this portion of the 10Q just published under "Other businesses".
Obviously none of the 'mentions' you site have led to anyone deciding MVTG's solutions can be 'accomplished at a profit' and have yet to result in anyone stepping up to 'licenses' any part of it? That's always been the idea right?
Proof of it's usefulness to customers (and investors), is still quite lacking IMO.
I suppose it's possible that the SEC rejected the form 15? Something strange happened on May 17, when the share structure was changed back from AS/5.4, OS/5.4 to what it was before May 15...after the T/A had supposedly verified a 5.4 billion O/S???

"I wonder if he had to delist to allow some type private equity in that cannot invest in a public company."
He did not "de-list" it...it's still a public company and still trades as such. He simply UN-registered it so he would not be obligated to any longer have to file with the SEC or be under their watchful eye. The SEC can still halt trading if it finds he has been, or is now in violation, of any securities laws (usually only happens if someone files a complaint). The problem is that almost no one of sound mind wants to buy shares in a non-SEC-registered stinky pinky.
It's the equivalent of flushing your cash down the toilet. Should be perfect for BR et al.

"I mean really, MIT has been working on this since 2008."
https://www.technologyreview.com/s/410135/hydrogen-fuel-from-formic-acid/
LOL...you just proved my point...so far no big player has ever decided Formic Acid was the way to go nor has anyone made any money by licensing the technology from MIT, Motorola, Tekion, Neah or MVTG? Proof Formic Acid claims were always a dead idea IMO.
In the mean time several new tech ideas, like this one, are getting funded and prototyped within months.

Everyone knows that's not true...no LSR contract yet for 8 units ...1 pilot only...read the contract and stop misleading...share price is .0002 for a reason...a STOP SIGN is on OTCMarkets for a reason.
The relentless share dumping, rapidly rising O/S and resulting PPS is what's holding investor enthusiasm down.
GLTY and JMO
Another reverse split??
"What GE deal????"
Mix up of prescription drugs??
Looks like AW Solutions needed MVTG at lot worse than MVTG needed AW Solutions? But who needs a legit business just to sell shares?
JMO
"Curious why the heavy volume today?"
DD...Desperation Dumping!!
Landlord wants the screen door fixed before they leave!
And how do you explain the FACT that the market thinks NEAH shares are now worthless? Gravity maybe?
Tilden proved to be incompetent...why turn around and pay him $2500 a month to 'consult'...what an insult to shareholder intelligence? Party is about over for this Sand/Tilden scam IMO.
Good riddance $ARIOQ
"D'Couto actions speak loudly. He does NOT care about common shareholders."
Yep...it's always been obvious to me he's a very arrogant (self directed), analytical, Awhole and I have little doubt his plan is to apply to the Nevada SOS for a reverse split that will wipe away all further aggravation from existing common shareholders, now that he no longer 'needs' them since his A/S is maxed out and his ATM machine is shut down...his best option is to start anew. Then he can negotiate new deals with new investors interested in his new technology lol.
NPWZ has no assets, so each share is now worth one 5.4 billionth of nothing.
The absolute worst thing a penny player can do is 'double down' (but they always do). Then they just tuck tail and go away quietly after the R/S is done. Been watching the OTC for 20 years...nothing new or unusual happening here.
GLTA and JMO
Yep...the more things change the more they stay the same LOL.
GLTA
"They still have plenty of shares they can unload at that price and make money to pay D'couto's salary."
Wrong!
NPWZ is no longer an SEC-registered public company (since he filed the form 15 on May 15 to un-register it). Now he cant sell registered shares or convertible debt notes to anyone to raise money for salaries or anything else?
Selling non-registered shares is illegal...and would most likely lead to a trading halt.
GLTY
How will you, or other current common shareholders of NPWZ, benefit from, or possibly share in, any of the speculation you spew? A R/S would wipe you off the books in a matter of days LOL.
Good luck with your fantasy outcome!
He told you by filing the form 15 that he was disappearing...at least he has finally followed through on something he intended to accomplish LOL.
Tuition can sometimes run high in Pinkyland...sorry about your loss.
"I wonder what the new Ceo is doing. Probably trying to get ECOS to Multiple Pennies With Deals and Revenues"
At this point, he's more likely busy responding to letters from the SEC in an effort to clean up Seigel's messes?? Where are those missing filings showing who got the 3 billion+ free trading shares ECOS handed out in May? Wink, Wink.
We know it wasn't common shareholders. as they were all wiped clean by the 1for2000 reverse split in 2015 LOL.
GLTY and JMO
PRs with disclaimers are legally worthless...what's needed here are legally binding SEC filings and the subsequent removal of the SEC STOP SIGN?? Shareholders have nothing but worthless fluff until that mess is cleared up.
"I can't believe that they take it straight down to the old recent lows again. Crazy stock."
People are wising up faster these days. Anyone with a mobile device can check and see if there's toxic financing involved and decide quickly if it's just another share selling scheme or not LOL?
JMO.
"Some DD on AWS shows a meak, bleak, and dwindling prospect."
Correct! Best to rely on one's own research rather than the made-up opinions often posted on message boards.
He may have underestimated something else...the nearly 3 billion he increased the O/S by on the 15th was backed off on May 17th?? Someone may have filed a claim to stop those shares from being issued?? Strange?

Yep...with several posts commenting about the experience LOL.

"I'm excited about the 8k's"
Not sure how you can get so excited over agreements where the terms haven't even been published yet?
Sounds to me like the terms in the previous 8-k from December no longer apply, and a new partnership with LRS was structured in late April and those new terms have yet to be announced?
We also don't know who these 'strong members' are that were supposedly added to the team? Wasn't Siegel the only active member left from the previous team? Or was Eggers still hanging around trying to collect his back pay for doing nothing?
From the ECOS news update posted 4/28:
"James Kwak states: "With Mr. Siegel's retirement the board felt it was necessary to re-structure our organization so Ecolocap could focus on everyone's strengths and weaknesses. In addition to our previous management, we have added strong members to our team that will help us continuously be ahead of the curve and create new opportunities."
In addition to management changes, EcoloCap has structured a new partnership with Lakeshore Recycling Systems. The LRS partnership will allow EcoloCap to deploy the first installation of the ECOS Bio-ART technology at an LRS facility in Chicago. There has been tremendous buzz around this new technology in that it can truly change the way the world looks at waste management. The new technology will ultimately lead to a more green and sustainable Earth by using biological fermentation technology in an patented, in-vessel aerobic digestion."
"They are quietly being loaded by hedge funds."
Do you have a link to support such a statement? Otherwise some may think you just made it up?
The May 15 8-k also failed to explain the reason why Siegel was booted?...and why ECOS had to raise private funds as well as re-structure the original agreement with LRS?? The new agreement should be in an 8-k to shareholders soon...maybe? Something must also be holding up the financials from Malone Bailey for the 5 missing filings needed to be compliant?
"It's my sincere hope that Bob Stillwaugh - decent guy that I believe he is - will wake up soon and realize that Sand and Tilden, like the unscrupulous giant in the "Jack and the Beanstalk" fable, don't give a rip about either his interests or those of the company's customers or investors.
If he doesn't do that, he - and his company - are doomed to failure."
Very well said!
The relentless dumping says it's about over. Only a moron investor or trader would touch any of what's left now. The market has wised up to them. No-bid soon.
JMO
Yep...SIML bought some old inventory which had been put in storage when ISIS went BK. SIML has only existed for 2 years, not the 18 years they claim? Just a bunch of con men operating a share selling scam IMO.
New Fake CEO LOL:
"Robert (Bob) Stillwaugh: Mr. Stillwaugh served in the US Army immediately after the Korean War conflict from 1954-1957, and continued his education at the University of Cincinnati where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio-Television Broadcasting. Then followed a 50-plus year history that includes extensive experience in television station operations and management, plus project design and implementation. Bob served 24 years with Grass Valley Group, a widely known brand in the industry, in Northern California’s Tech Arena. He specialized in engineering development / systems engineering and managed the customs products group. Grass Valley, formerly known as Grass Valley Group, a Nevada City LLC specializing in TV-broadcast equipment, was purchased by Belden, an international investment firm specializing in the broadcast market, for $220 million. Bob retired from Grass Valley Group and co-founded The ISIS Group Inc. where he spent the next 17 years as founder, VP of Engineering and President."
"Yep. I rather load now while its still cheap. People will be chasing soon...we wont have too"
Are you afraid to jump in by yourself?
"Shareholders get prepared to make big money according to the companies Twitter"
Sorry, I never invest just because some naive person on social media is jumping up and down yelling Weeeeeeeeeee! I'm going to wait for the last five audited filings needed for compliance to be filed...only then will the SEC-delinqent-no information warnings be removed and a final audited O/S be known? I'm also going to wait for the terms of the restructured agreement with LSR to be made public (mentioned in their 4/28 PR)? Only then can anyone intelligently calculate what a slice of the ECOS pie is actually worth?
Until then it's pure social media hype!
GLTY and JMO
"ECOS 2546 reads today! outstanding!"
How many of the 2546 are also reading the WARNINGS on the OTC web site? ECOS has a STOP SIGN there for a reason. Anyone who just ignores that warning deserves to lose all of their investment.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ECOS/quote
Encouraging others to invest here before the stop sign is removed is irresponsible. The new share structure and T/A verification (posted after the last SEC filing, and then taken down) indicates a possible problem with what they submitted to the SEC so far?
Being too early to a pinkyland party can be worse than being too late.
GLTA and JMO
"This week will be double zeros and then vapor."
This time I think you're right again LOL.
"It also easy to dream"
Yep...it requires no special training, skills, or talent, almost anyone can do it.
That's only part os the story...FINRA finally agreed to process the split in Feb 2015.
ECOS has a STOP SIGN on their OTCMarkets web site for a reason. http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ECOS/quote
Anyone ignoring that warning deserves to lose all of their investment and anyone encouraging others to invest here before it's removed is irresponsible. The recent take down of the new share structure and T/A verification (posted after the last SEC filing) indicates a possible problem with what they had previously submitted IMO?
GLTA and JMO
Who cares about poster thoughts or fears? Let's have some news or relevant numbers from ECOS? People know everything thing else is just pumper clown BS.
JMO
Yep...using the word "trading" to describe a stock that has no spread is very misleading. This is a "defunct" stock...no exchange or regulatory agency has any further responsibility to monitor what goes on here, or likely cares since it has a STOP SIGN on it LOL.
