Tenkay, are you saying that PURA is a 100% scam, that the SEC will eventually shut down?
What are your thoughts regarding Jeff Sessions war on MJ?
Do you think that PURA has any redeeming qualities for any success at all?
Some posters on her think it's a scam, some think it's for real, but sometimes the reality of the situation is somewhere in the middle.
What products does PURA currently sell? The CBD water hasn't actually been sold yet and they sold the $100,000 worth of bottles in December as a bit of a money loss.
Is PURA actually selling anything now, water, infused CBD/THC products?
What's with the MJ tourism idea, is PURA going to drive around and pick people of in an old VW bus and drive people to Colorado and get them stoned?
Dai1, Pura is trying to sell CBD water and patent it's extraction process to force others to use it, but Pura doesn't actually grow pot or make products, correct?
TenKay, are the AS and OS....
Authorized shares and what is O shares?
Jeff Sessions indicated that he will break with Trumps wishes/rules/directives. Jeff Sessions is a terrible, terrible idiot.
Jeff Sessions vowed to prosecute MJ at the state level;

Should we bale out of MJ stocks?

Wash21263, are you saying that since close of trading on 1-11-17, that the PURA crashed from .0359? I always knew Jeff Sessions would screw us over...

Hmmm...Dai1, appareantly PURA is not going up today.
BooDog, are you pinching a loaf right now? Cause I'm squishing out a loaf myself over this and other things.
Adrock, I have no idea. I'm not in the mood to make any predictions. My post was for overall, not just INNV...Hopefully 2017 is better in general.
The fun starts this Spring!!!
Here's to hoping that 2017 is a better year thank 2016!
Thanks Shawn, yes it was a very good and appropriate post, so I'm surprised that iHib admin deleted it.
How did everyone find out about INNV?
Do you guys have a subscription to a biotech magazine? (It would have nice to get in on INNV at .05, I know some of you guys will say, don't worry, it will be at .05 again soon enough.)
How many reverse splits has INNV had in it's history?
(Back in 2011-2012 it appears to have been at $4, so is that indicative of a reverse split or a recalculated market cap?)
How long has INNV been in business? Has INNV been around since 2009, is it really taking them this long to become profitable?
Did Dr.D found INNV, or was INNV failed and did Dr.D recently take over INNV to try and make it successful?
Thanks in advance for your answers.
When does the FDA re review the dosing/labeling issue?
Also, even though the lawsuit was dropped, if LPCN gets FDA approval, the other biotech indicated that they would restart the lawsuit...(I'm not saying don't invest in LPCN, just saying the could get sued again. However, even so, LPCN could still probably be profitable, even if the lost the lawsuit.
How long did Flonase take to get OTC approval, was it 1, 2 or 3 years after the NDA was submitted to the FDA?
I know, the answer probably doesn't matter, because GSK is in the back pocket of the FDA, but I'm still curious for an answer.
If I got an Rx for fluticare now...Would it help INNV, even though, it's not over the counter yet? Or, does fluticare not exist under the name fluticare? Is the a Fluticasone propionate, or corticosteroid, that I could get an RX for now, that would help INNV? I suspect, the answer to all of these questions is now, someone please give me some decent answers.

It's the motion of the ocean!
USMJ/PURA out of business, DEA and Jeff Sessions made CBD oil illegal again...
No company dares to buy, sell, or transport CBD oil products, especially across state lines.
Trump is actively building more jails as a result of his lucrative real estate-jailing structures.

LOL, yes as of now, we are both farking dumb! However, in some time, we might be smart winners!
Sold out of PURA, due to the DEA making CBD products illegal a schedule 1 drug, same as cocaine.
I bought $50k worth of INNV @.45.
Do you think I'm smart or dumb?
How do you think I feel now?
Wow Tenkay, I think that's accurate and unfortunate information.
Do you own any PURA stocks?
I should probably sell my PURA/USMJ and bale out now.
It's funny how some people thought that after the dividend was authorized/issued, that it would make the PPS pop...How dumb and emotional is that? When COST or APPL issue dividends, does their PPS pop?...No.
Somewhere I saw an article, I thought it was on marketwatch.com that indicated that PURA could rise to $1 dollar within a year. I can't find the article and it was probably paid for by PURA and not form an independent source anyway...
Hey Chunky Salsa, I'm obviously not even a stock market novus.
However, maybe people will buy MATN/OXGN stock now, because it's at such a low value, so based on that, you'd think that the only way is up.
I'm not a MATN pumper, but I would think they would have to partner or sell in order to keep things going, since the reverse splits kept getting voted down, by the share holders.
As far as I know, MATN has a orphan designation on one of their protocols and that 2 patients went into complete remission after having tried other treatments.
I would guess that after more successful patient trial data, that MATN would increase by a lot, due to the new/additional market potential and due to a sale or merger of MATN?
It's hard to catch a falling knife, but I would think that MATN is almost as low as it will go now.
Apparently, MATN is trading at a level, below cash value?
I wish the experts from the other message boards would chime in here on this board.
Dave, I'm sorry about your dad. It sounds like he lived a long an honorable life.
klimanjaro, when and if fluticare is approved, do you think it will result in a trading halt? I can't seem to get anyone to answer that question...(Do not be afraid to be right or wrong, just someone give me an opinion or better yet, a factual answer.)
Costco stock didn't have a trading halt when they put there generic fluticare OTC...
GSK didn't have a trading halt when flonase was approved for OTC.
Don't people on here understand that INNV isn't a real pharma? INNV isn't trying to cure cancer...It's more of a nutraceuatical, vitamin supplement company...
Fluticare isn't life saving, heck it's barely life enhancing, so why do these idiots think there will be a trading halt on approval?
Fluticare does not have an orphan designation either...
There are many types of Fluticares already out there!
Why do these idiots think that when Fluticare is approved that the PPS will jump up to .75 overnight?
I really, really don't think Fluticare approval will result in any increased PPS! It will take several quarters of full sales to help the PPS and it won't even help much, because the market is already flooded and because the profit margin will be so low.
In short, Fluticare approval is a joke and here's why...
1. Approval has taken too long.
2. The market is already flooded with generic OTCs.
3. If approved, no trading halt.
4. If approved, no increase in PPS.
5. If approved, no increase in PPS until after several quarters and even then it won't be much, because the profit margin would be so low.
6. Big pharma is not interested in buying INNV, because INNV isn't really a pharma...
7. INNV is a real joke and should be renamed to INNV-joke-company-with-gag-products.
ShawnP123, even if Fluticare doesn't get approved in Q1-2017, it could still get approval all the way up to Q4 -2017, but the longer it takes, the less of a positive impact it will have.
I don't think Fluticare approval will result in any INNV trading halt, what do you think?
Yes, there are already so many approved fluticare OTC generics, that INNVs sales will probably mostly be limited to online and even if they could get it on the store shelves, they can't compete with the low prices of Costco, etc. and even if they could compete with those low prices, the profit margin would be so slim, like .01 cents per sale, that it won't have much of a positive effect on sales or the share price.
What do you think of all that? Isn't that also your basic view on it?
Could anyone comment on the accuracy of my thoughts/statements? I understand you might not know ever answer and I realize that some of the answers might need to be found by checking with multiple sources, but your help is still appreciated.
I understand that Etrade won't allow me to deposit my PURA stock dividend certificates from USMJ. (True/False?)
I imagine that I would receive the PURA-divi in snail mail. (True/False?)
Apparently, I'll have to find a private broker and pay them, to deposit my PURA dividend certificates. (True/False?)
We'll have to wait one year to sell my PURA dividend stocks.
(I don't mind waiting a year, if PURA is still in business a year from now, it should be worth more now than it is today.)
However, someone said that we'd actually need a lawyer to write an opinion letter, in order to be able to sell those PURA-divi stocks, so is that really true, has anyone heard of that before? (True/False?)
If it's true, who would this "lawyer opinion letter" need to be sent to, the SEC?
I can't ask the original poster of the info, because the post was deleted and I don't remember the user name.
https://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/rule144.htm
Lol Dave7933, I couldn't resist saying that to you and I hope it made you laugh. (It was only a joke.)
I was just trying to lighten up the sadness and the stress around here, because I think we're in real trouble here with INNV.
I'm pretty sure fluticare approval won't do anything for the PPS, not until a couple/few full quarters of fluticare sales.
I doubt INNVs customers will be repated.
I am down 40% in my INNV "investment."
Was COST (costco) stock trading halted when they got their generic flonase approved?
Lol no!
No, COST stock was not halted, nor will INNVs trading get halted if fluticare gets approved.
I have Etrade, how will my PURA dividend be processed?
Yes, I could read the article, or call Etrade, but I thought one of you guys could explain it to me ion laymans terms.
Thank you.
Lol, what makes you think INNV will do so well so soon?
Yes, fluticare approval by christmas would be nice, but I'm sure it won't happen and it won't be considered late, until 12/31/17.
Someone else posted on here that INNV investor relations indicated that they are in a quite period, I think it's because they simply don't have anything new to say...It's not that they're in talks regarding being bought out or something, lol.
At the earliest, I think fluticare will be approved in March 2017.
I don't think fluticare approval will result in an increased share price at all...
I don't think fluticare approval will result in any trading halt.
(After all, we're not talking about a life extending or a life trading drug here...)
I think the only way fluticare approval will increase the share price is after a couple/few/several quarters of sales, which include fluticare.
I don't think what I said is negative, I think it's realistic.
Please feel free to explain to me why I am wrong.
When INNV was new and market makers were largely unaware of it, pump press releases would boost the share price double, sometimes triple in a day, but not anymore, the MMs are aware of INNV.
Someone on here needs to find out when GSK submitted to the FDA to make flonase OTC and how long it took them to get approval.
If it took GSK 3 years, to get it OTC approved, maybe it will take INNV 3 years as well and even if it only took GSK 2 years (which is still a long time) due to the big pharma/FDA corruption, they will probably make INNV wait for longer than GSK had to wait.
What do you guys think?
How did you guys become aware of INNV?
The reason I ask, is because if possible, I would like to find a few different ways to become aware of, or be notified of new penny stocks that have potential.
Does anyone here subscribe to a newsletter?
How do you guys do your research?
