Don't lose sigh of the forest for the trees. Read Ram's message # 134033. It is spot on, big picture analysis IMHO.
Then why did you post that brief Centrify paragraph? ? You're right, it's confusing when read after your previous post. Given the limited scope of the 2/1/17 Pacer document entry focused on Centrify what is your analysis of that specific document? Please clarify. Thank you. IMHO Mr. Wolf has Centrify by the throat!
You call those few sentences an extensive article? LOL!
However, there hasn't been any extensive article on Centrify since the 1 February Pacer court proceedings document release. Could Centrify have had their tires slashed by Mr. Wolfe, SFOR's lead attorney at Blank Rome? That 2/1/17 document was very strongly worded about: a temporary then permanent injunction, a request for a jury trial, seeking treble damages, royalties/licensing fees. I don't think Centrify is rolling fast anywhere right now.
Long & Strong SFOR!
I wouldn't say that. What papa p was concerned about was a possible misprint. I have seen those on occasion.
"A source we're already aware of". Does that mean possible increased sales from that source?
Great Catch. Thank you for sharing that link with us. If true and not a misprint as one poster fears that significant reduction in the debt is very good news indeed!
Why not call Mark Kay directly and share what you find out with us? I would and I would then post it but you logically couldn't believe me since I am not a primary source.
Good F/U call with Senator Angus S. King's senior field staffer this AM. You'll recall his was the first office I visited in June and briefed staff on the SFOR solution to the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem. He was first, since he is a member of the Senate select sub-committee on intelligence and this is an intelligence matter. Senator King has publically stated "The next Pearl Harbor will be cyber and we are already under attack!" so he is aware of the importance of military COMSEC. The staffer was made aware that the final passage into law of H.R. 5293-DOD Appropriations Act, 2017 in January finally provides the funding to address this national security issue. I also e-mailed my letter to all members of Congress to him & recommended he watch SFOR's You Tube explanation about key-loggers and their solution. He became fully aware of the gravity of the situation. In an hour he called me back. He told me he had just called the DC office and e-mailed my letter to them. He assured me the information would get to the active duty USN intelligence officer assigned to the Senator's staff. I will keep readers apprised on any further developments.
The National "Anti-Hacking Plan" task force co-chaired by the CIA Director Mike Pompaeo and National Intelligence Director Dan Coats
(once confirmed) will review the commissions findings & recommendations in formulating the new plan. To highlight the use of MFA to secure the mobile smartphone platform & SFOR's provision of that consider writing them as I have (& will) at the following addresses: Central Intelligence Agency Office of Public Affairs Washington, DC 20505
Once Senator Coats is confirmed by the US Senate: Office of the Director of National Intelligence Washington, DC 20511
The share holder meeting. Also read the sticky by ZPaul regarding 9 Catalysts.
I ignore day to day fluctuations. This is a catalyst driven stock. I'm in it for the long haul because I know what I own. A closing down .0002 or so today doesn't matter in the big picture IMHO! Long & Strong SFOR.
I believe both you and he are right! Time will tell.
My crystal ball is a bit cloudy as is everyone else's! So, we don't know until the 10-K, a PR, the 1st Q of 2017 or Pacer news hits the wires.
Alverez Associates could also possibly release a PR in the near future. You'll recall they are another one of our distributors.
There is no telling who they have been presenting SFOR IT to. At this point we simply don't know.
Agreed. Once the 1st Q of 2017 results hit the wires the cat or should I say cats will be out of the bag!
This is consolidation. Last week when we chatted about this the pps was 1/2 a cent. Then that week it rose to .007
Of course there is going to be some profit taking with such a jump in pps. If you want a potential quicker profit consider going to your area casino. .005 to .007 is a healthy gain in one week is a healthy gain in the stock market IMHO.
However, read ZPaul's post # 133650 with a link to the Prayer for Relief regarding all three for further clarification.
I was just looking for some clarity on the issue. I was confused reading the Pacer entries regarding temporary and permanent injunctions, treble damages, license fees/royalties and the like.
Now I have it and agree with you that the odds are overwhelming in favor of settlement. Also like you "I can wait to see how things play out in court" as I have patient capital invested here and know what I own.
Thank you for reposting that! Your link cleared up my confusion about these legal matters in SFOR's IP infringment case against all three defendants Duo, Trustwave and Centrify.
Yes, Centrify was the only one of the three for which both a temporary and permanent injunction were sought.
Mr. Wolfe also requested the judge mandate Centrify obtain a license from SFOR and pay royalties to be determined by him. Is this what that "Settlement Conference" last week was about, determining the amount of damages awarded & the license fee?
In the 1 Feb Court Document Pacer entry Mr. Wolfe of BR requests both a temporary then a permanent injunction be made against Centrify!
I don't understand that. Also, there is a request by him for jury trial and a statement seeking treble damages in the "Prayer for Relief" I don't speak legalese & don't know buisness law. Can somebody explain in laymen's terms just what is going on and the implications. Thanks!
There is only 1 giant, current (indirect) defendant. Duo, Trustwave and Centrify are considered mid-level IT companies.
However, Trustwave is 97% owned by the largest telecom provider in Asia, Singapore Telecom. They have $92 billion in assets. So currently, only SingTel would meet your giant requirement.
Sounds like you have a serious URI with that persistent cough. You might want to get to your family practitioner at your earliest convenience. The loss of your invaluable contributions to this message board would be a grave one. Long & Strong SFOR!
From your lips to God's ears! A multi-year, DOD wide contract, obtained by Alverez Associates or Bo Dietel's ACS (SFOR's Government vendors) would be a game changer for the company. More than hoping it happens if readers write their US Senator & Representative they may help make it happen. Every letter counts! Let's get Americas best, our troops, the world's best defensive software, Mobile Trust.
Thank you for clarifying that with recalling the speculation before the SH meeting about possible announcements at it during that time frame. It was another factor in driving the pps above 2 cents then.
Injunction implications anyone? Last week ZPaul mentioned an injunction in the SFOR IP case. I am not a lawyer or para-legal.
So, I do not fully understand the bearing of this on the cases. I would appreciate somebody, with a greater grasp of business law than me, explaining it fully, in layman's terms as I don't speak legalese. Thanks!
Do you know how quickly, after filing, that would appear on Pacer?
I sincerely hope you're wrong!
Here I was thinking the dirty details would not come to light until a Markman Hearing. It makes sense now that during Discovery enough of the seamy underbelly could have been revealed to force the defendants hand.
Ya know you two may be on to something there! Here I was thinking QVC or HSN or whatever "TV store" was calling the scheduling shots. Your explanation of why that did not happen makes perfect sense to me. Thanks for sharing your insights.
The only time I ever saw mention of ANY TV ad was in the Mark Kay interview where he mentioned a "TV store in January". There has been nothing from the company in any way shape or form about a Super Bowl TV advertisement to the best of my knowledge.
I appreciate your scholarly research, analysis and your sharing it with us.
That "TV store" rumor as you call it came directly from a Mark Kay interview video. That's what he said in it. He also said "in January" but it didn't happen for reasons I believe were out of his control. SFOR is just a vendor. QVC or HSN or any other "TV store" call the scheduling shots, not the vendors! I "disappeared for a while" because I had larger fish to fry in writing senior Government officials, Generals, Admirals and all 535 members of the US Congress about the potential SFOR solution to the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust, version 3. This had to be done ASAP before all funds from the 2017 DOD Appropriations Act were specifically obligated. Also for consideration in the National "Anti-Hacking Plan" due on President Trumps desk 90 days after the drafters take office (Senator Coats has yet to be confirmed as ODNI by the Senate). Finally, as I recall, there was speculation about a possible settlement that helped drive the pps North over 2 cents then.
Due to NDAs attached to major deals we may have to wait for sales figures or postings under accounts receivable in the 1st Q of 2017
to get see the full scope of SFOR's sales/marketing success IMHO.
When you wrote "the settlement will be huge" does that mean you believe all 3 Trustwave, Duo and Centrify are going to be settling at the same time or jointly? If so why?
If the Duo case was not reopened on 1/31 and this was a settlement conference, is it logical to conclude duo is settling or what?
With the injunction ZPaul wrote about last week you very well may be right.
Thanks RDY2ROCK. My task is not complete. I await Senate confirmation of Senator Coats as the Director of National Intelligence. Once that happens I will have one last letter to write informing him of the potential SFOR solution to the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust, version 3.
