I was just looking for some clarity on the issue. I was confused reading the Pacer entries regarding temporary and permanent injunctions, treble damages, license fees/royalties and the like.
Now I have it and agree with you that the odds are overwhelming in favor of settlement. Also like you "I can wait to see how things play out in court" as I have patient capital invested here and know what I own.
