Conspiracy Theory 1: Ever since Richard Strong lending all this money to ECIG our company valuation has been destroyed. Could it be that Richard Strong Calm Waters is the shorter who has suppressed the share price with the motivation of getting cheap warrants issued and full control of the company? The next warrants due in August will they too be renegotiated to 25 cents from 45 and 75 cents? So you see Richard Strong would have a motivation to suppress the share price and short. What is even more disturbing about this theory, Richard is supposed to be a close friend of Dan. Could it be that the hero is actually a villain? Just a theory all this and no factual evidence to support this.
On topic of valuations ECIG had over $500m market cap with previous management and much worse financial fundamentals then what we currently have. This was due to the extensive promotion the CEO did on Bloomberg and other media outlets.
Other current examples of OTC companies with bad financials with huge market caps are as follows: ECIG looks extremely undervalued compared to
TRTC Terra Tech Corp - $218 market cap with 2015 revenues total of $9.9m and operating loss $8.8m, $917k convertible debt
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/TRTC/profile
PNPL Pineapple Express - $1.15 BILLION market cap with 2015 Revenues total of $0 Revenue and Operating Loss of $4.5m
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/PNPL/profile
So as you can see promotion is everything in OTC land and plenty of examples with much worse fundamentals than ECIG with much higher valuations. All this in my opinion of course.
Thank you for the kind welcome and look forward to sharing the journey with everyone. Wish you a nice weekend too.
Cheers guys
Panzer I did notice this very important fact and it is why I am attracted to make an investment here.
Yep exactly I think it was mentioned there was one 30k note due August which they could pay it off straight up so think it is the end of this nonsense conversions now. This company fell from 40 cents per share due to these conversions and the current price does not reflect the reality of their current financials and any future growth on top of.
Yes sir I agree with you.
Anyone selling under $7.9m market cap / 10 cents per share is insane when the financials suggest this valuation minimum. Clean Balance sheet, clear of toxic debt and net profit company growing Qtr over Qtr at a current market cap of under $1m. incredible.
Lol thank's mate for your reply, you can call me 10 no worries :D
Page 5 to 6 of the 2015 annual accounts they mention retiring some potential 370m plus shares anywhere else I see confirmation of this though?
Hi SIPC investors! Doing my DD on SIPP and thinking of joining you guys as as a long investor. Can anyone help me find the link to this share buyback/retirement people have mentioned here? I have been looking all over the internet and could not find it. Would appreciate any help on this nice board here. Cheers
Nice weekend and evening too mate. Conversions were the only reason we hit these ridiculous low market cap levels. This will go back to fundamental values reflecting financials. Net profits for an OTC company is very rare
Why only 3 cents? A market cap of only approx $2.4m i think is too cheap for a company on track for annual revenues of $4m and at least NET PROFITS of $400k. CEO says he thinks fair value more like 10 cents I think that is conservative of the old man.
Current financials states 4m annual revenue with 400k net profits why on earth with 79m shares on issue would it not be worth at least 10 cents per share.. a market cap of $7.9m only. I agree with the CEO on this it should be at this level conservatively for such a profitable company and these financials.
Manipulators selling to themselves there is the proof
CDEL bide 18,127 and Nite on sell side 18,127 what a joke this is......
It would make sense to do this so the price could get up enough to list on Nasdaq and get away from this scummy OTC market. I am perplexed as you to why he has not done this yet to cause short squeeze.
Over 0.20 pps with any distribution deals imho.

CEO owns 52% of the company now? According to Annual Accounts
Absolutely right this company is extremely undervalued on current financials lets alone any new growth.
Quarterly due today also?
Ok thanks I would call them but I am not based in US. It is strange they have not fixed it yet I can't open anything.
Dude, 95% of their income is from Overseas in particular UK where they are very much pro E-cigs and vaping. Sorry to say but you are making yourself look foolish here.
Wonder if someone can call OTC to ask them for file that loads up correctly. It is pretty important to have document that is working.
Market cap is approx $1.5m with 4.9b O/S at 0.0003 is still insanely cheap if we show our revenues are growing with all these distribution agreements in Asia and USA. Rmhb beverages has a $18m+ market cap with $300k revenues and operating losses of $385k last Qtr.
Market cap actually sitting around approx $115k currently insane
Market cap under at $800k we are looking ridiculously cheap for upcoming distribution in USA and Canada, new flavors coming, we will be back on track hopefully soon, staying positive
It is good they are mentioning distribution in USA! Good things coming hopefully soon and for all those on this forum claiming court case not settled read announcement and stop speading lies ''All settlement provisions have been met and all documents have been executed and filed with the courts in order to have the lawsuit dismissed.''
Dude, I hear what you are saying, but there are plenty of companies on the OTC that have far worse fundamentals than ECIG currently and are valued a lot higher in market cap terms. The example I gave the other day of an OTC company valued at $73m with $200k revenues and $6m operating loss. The issue has a lot to do with PR/IR of the company and lack of management proactivity attracting new investors. No one knows about our story.
Share price performance is a disgrace and Dan/Phil need to get off their asses and address it pronto. Enough patting on the backs here and just saying it how it is for shareholders we only benefit if the share price goes up and hold's gains. We have supported through thick and thin, voted for an R/S and all we get is constant manipulation every single day and no buying interest what so ever. It's time they get serious about PPS in next month or so not in year's time. It is ok saying not his style, but he needs to change his style then for the OTC market, as it is clearly not working. We are not trading on the big boards with access to bigger investors and funds.
Disgusting the manipulation is I wonder how many more years we will have to watch this bs
Relentless Selling this is really a joke.
Market valuations: How on earth does the market value companies like ecig under $20m market cap with near $50m revenues? Take a look at another OTC Denver based company involoved in MJ
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11291066
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/MSRT/profile
It has a $61m market cap with 2015 213K revenues and $6m losses. I really don't get it to be honest. Ecig must be insanely undervalued comparing to this these valuations.
Chief Marketing Officer net worth of $20m is higher than the entire market capitalisation of Ecig ...lol.. high net worth executives joining Ecig and billionaire investor would indicate where they see this going.
I don't agree with you warrants not included until they are exercised. I think this can go to 2 dollars plus with just some effort for PR but it seems he either does not get that or refuses to become more vocal on this.
Should be 5 cents minimum per share with current financials the market cap is a joke. O/S 71m x 5 cents is only $3.5m market cap on a 1m per QTR revenue profit making company.
When will Dan wake up and actually do some PR get some interest in ECIG? the lack of interest is a joke. We are listed on OTC and he needs to adjust his thought processes accordingly we are not on the big boards here.
I agree with you 100% and his time to put up i.e. get distribution deals and revenue happening is running out
Facebook video hopefully suggests things are going to start happening I would hope to see distribution agreements soon so we can progress forward here.
Read the announcement and stop making statements to suit your agenda against TBEV. Clearly states supersedes the lawsuit and any previously awarded judgements.
In other related news, the Company is pleased to report that as of April 04, 2015, the company has settled its litigation with Alpha Capital Anstalt with both parties agreeing to an amicable settlement that resulted in a significant reduction to what Anstalt was initially asking for in interest and penalties. This Settlement Agreement supersedes the lawsuit and any previously awarded judgements attached to it.
Look up the definition of the word ''settled''. So you are saying it is not settled? so you are saying you know what the agreed reduced amount was for interest and fees? I would be very careful what you are claiming and purporting as fact.
