In other related news, the Company is pleased to report that as of April 04, 2015, the company has settled its litigation with Alpha Capital Anstalt with both parties agreeing to an amicable settlement that resulted in a significant reduction to what Anstalt was initially asking for in interest and penalties. This Settlement Agreement supersedes the lawsuit and any previously awarded judgements attached to it.
