WTF, indeed! There is obviously someone selling who doesn't give a sh*t what he gets for the stock. Well, his loss will be my gain.
Do it again, Bubba, I've been looking for some 11 cent shares! 5,000 sgares for $550. Chump change. I'll be ready next time.
Just for the record, I've checked around and no one has heard anything negative.
Oh my! Look who's slinked out from under the troll bridge, it's our erstwhile troll buddy, Dr. Evil! Long time no see, evil boy!
I figured that the bid going into the .20s would cause you to shake off your lethargy and cause you to manifest your evil presence. lol
Indeed, I'm told that even the pig-nose-picker that masquerades as me on that other all-but-dead board has pushed himself out of whatever muddy pig wallow he lives in.
Well, enjoy your laugh. Things may look bleak to you, but they remain very hopeful to those who follow this stock.
I delight in the fact that soon I shall be able to gloat at how incredibly blind you have been to the amazing potential of this stock.
There's still an opportunity for redemption, kaemrjs. Simply open your checkbook, prostrate yourself in front of your broker, deny the evil one, and accept Axis as your personal path to riches.
As of Monday we have 6 days of trading before Ramadan. Where does the time go? <sob>
Richard, I think you are beiing a little hard on everyone for getting a little excited. Let's face it, the vast preponderance of the Axis story has been oral and largely passed from person-to-person over the past 4 years.
So call it speculation, Foolish rumors, hot tips, the buzz or jungle drums, its collectively been the information highway for this stock.
Some of the axis investment boyz have done a lot of due diligence over the years and are no longer as dependent on the rumor mill. But I have to admit that sometimes it's exciting to get a little buzz going. As long as people don't forget that the information they hear whispered here is often worth exactly what they paid for it, it's all pretty much harmless.
Shhhhhh! Here's my latest rumor...Shokri Ghanem is flying to Toronto next week for a routine colonoscopy. He will be carrying the signed announcement with him. While here, Mr Ghanem and the Axis Leadership Team will announce the long-awaited concession deal while participating in a TSX unveilling of the new uplisted Axis Venture Exchange Company. All this to happen before the end of the first week in August. I'm pretty sure this is solid info because I heard it came from an Ooga Booga 6000 Jungle Drum broadcast system.
Rumors? RUMORS?? We don't need no stinkin' rumors!
Winnie, if Ramadan starts on August 11, what's the reason for doing business until the 14th? I know you aren't the local ecclesiastical expert on Islamic Law, just wondered if you heard a reason.
Just a note of clarification to those who may not know, Ramadan lasts a month which is spent by Muslims fasting during the daylight hours from dawn to sunset.
It doesn't mean business stops, but it's not business as usual either.
I'd guess it's because the seller is forced to sell.
Steelman, your post reminded me of a song. It's been a while since I've posted a song parody so here ya go.
SEALED WITH A KISS
...with apologies to Brian Hyland
Though we've got to say ‘so long’
To the summer
Axis, I make this solemn vow
My patience will stay strong
But this I have to ask …
Why can’t you make it now?
CHORUS:
Yes it's been a cold, lonely summer
a seemingly endless wait.
We dreamed of an announcement
for 4 long empty years…
At least give us a date!
I'll see you in the sunlight
I'll hear releases everywhere
I'll run to tenderly hold you…
But, Axis you won't be there
I don't wanna say good-bye
To the summer
Knowing the joy we'll miss
Let us make a pledge. ..
to announce before September
And seal it with a kiss
England and USA live to fight another day!
Congrats to all!
Axis SP at .30 today was the moral equivalent of France's World Cup performance.
Let's get this stock off its dead ass and moving UP! NOC! Axis! It's time to get things done and OFF the dime.
It's way past time! Petey's on Prozac for god's sake! My little feathered friend said he feels like a Gulf pelican with two quarts of crude up his butt! He hasn't even attempted the macarena in months. And his relationship with Francine, the cute cockatoo at Birdie Day Care, is all but over.
Paulycarbo said: "Thus, we hold strong, looking forward to the day Dr Evil walks the plank, Kayla dons her best Italian stillettos, Richard finds fine wine, and Petey gives up his bird-seed pipe for the macharena. Until then, perhaps you could dig into those deep hot pockets and get this party started! Afterall, Axis is at the price of coolaid for those who prefer Don Perignon."
Isn't that what lesser mortals call Nirvana?
Good try, evil boy, but you are off base again. The differences between you and I are both deep and wide. You are sure Axis is going no where--ever. I am sure it's going to happen, I'm simply tired of the wait and the SP indicates that others are tired too but are haging on to the shares they own.
So sorry, Herr Doktor, I'm not seeing kind of light you preach. I'm as mystified as ever as to why you hang around here like a brain addled prophet of doom trying to convert a flock that thinks you are like the crazy aunt some people keep locked in their attic. Either that or one of those nut-jobs you see in the large cities wearing a bathrobe and carrying a sign on a stick that reads "The End is Coming!" LOL
Hot Pockets, Futrcash, what up homies?
Yeah, I've been quiet lately. I'm sort of sitting back and enjoying the newbies go through all the same day-by-day gyrations we all did for years.
The share price debates are a great illustration. Some moan when they see the share price hit another low, or when it languishes at the sub 50 cent level week after week.
Others admonish these "weak" brothers for worrying about a "few cents lost" per share when we are all looking at the big payoff. They say, "regardless of whether the "cosmic announcement jump" starts at 30 cents or $1, it won't make a tinker's damn when we're cruising at $7.00 and rising."
I can see both sides. If my average cost is $1.50+ after 3 years, 30 cents doesn't warm my heart one friggin degree. My Axis portfolio is worth 20% of my original investment. <SOB!> Should that bother me? Damn right! Nothing is certain is this life including this deal. Could it all go to hell in a handbasket? Yes, again. All that rational analysis can be a heavy burden when the stock price hovers around 30 cents. If you have a substantive position, you can't even sell your greatly diminished portfolio without causing pandemonium in the Axis SP, so you hold on and sweat. And the 50 cent level tells me that NO ONE sees any firm indication that the announcement is "imminent".
On the other hand, if your average price is 50 cents you might feel a bit less pressured. Perhaps you can psychologically afford to be a more enthusiastic and exhuberant "believer".
Who's right? In my opionion, both...and neither. The truth changes depending on the perspective from which you view it. I guess the lesson here, for me, is that equally savvy people can see the same set of circumstances, and interpret them in radically different ways. I have to remind myself to avoid being too glib when another sees the world differently than I do. (Even you, Dr. Evil.)
Sheesh!! I didn't mean to get so heavy! Please let me share with you my current view of the Axis investment.
I'm extremely frustrated and acutely disappointed that it has taken so long to put this damn thing together.
BUT...I remain very hopeful that the painful wait will soon be over. Lots of hard work continues to be done by people managing this effort. Their perseverance and focus on the goal has been extraordinary. The right things appear to be happening, and I'm quite hopeful that there will be some further indications of progress in the coming weeks.
And now the disclosure. Please note! All this is my opinion only. I'm not an insider. (Petey sees himself as an insider, but who's going to pay any attention to a peg-legged parrot wearing a sombrero?)
GLTA! Go Axis!
When a 500 share sale moves the stock price 7 cents, it's time to step back and appreciate the humor in the situation.
I've been in this game for nearly 4 years. I'm a big believer. It will happen. But I'm just a little punch drunk from the wait.
My compadres and I have collected a number of T-shirts during our long wait. I'd like to share several with you and hope that you will share yours with the rest of us.

......Little Richard
Well, I said, "I'll go out on a limb and say- I think there will likely be public news about Axis within weeks."
Hmmmm....LOL....LOLOL...I guess the financials do satisfy the prediction!
But no, I'll just admit I should never EVER predict when the stock will do anything!
But, Dr Evil, if ever I face a lawsuit I want you on my defense team!
Everybody, take a deep breath in and let it out slowly.
If you need constant stimulus in terms of action, this is not the stock for you.
Things are progressing, but it's a long slow grind. Listening to sources is fun, but it's nearly always a fool's game. (And let's face it, sometimes it's better to be foolish than be terminally bored.)
The best and most trustworthy indicator that something is brewing will be increased volume and share price.
Meanwhile, nod nicely and thank your source for "going so far out on a limb" for you by passing on the latest super-secret rumours and announcement dates.
By the way, the very best source I've ever had was my grandmother's caramel source over bread pudding. Oh. Wait. That was sauce not source. Never mind! LOL
My friend says 2007. Oh...wait. That's in the past. Never mind.

Holy Moly! I guess that's good. lol
Mista Phat,
Fair question. Any dolt can see that these are pretty much pro forma financials. So why put them out?
Well, the easy answer is: to bring their reporting up to date. But the real question is: Why does Axis Management believe it's important today to spend money on financials to bring everything up to date?
I'd guess that some action being planned requires updated financials. What might that be?? Hmmmmm...
Hey YankeMike, good eyes.
Here's why I have it at 85,000,000.
Yes, they have 75,000,000 shares of common stock authorized. But then take a look at Note #4.
NOTE 4 – PREFERRED STOCK
The Company’s directors authorized 10,000,000 preferred shares with a par value of $0.01. The preferred shares will have rights and preferences set from time to time by the Board of Directors. As of December 31, 2008 and 2007, the Company has no preferred shares issued and outstanding.
So although the company has not issued any preferred stock, it is still authorized and therefore additive to the 75M common shares.
I will put in a note that the 85M authorized is comprised of 75 M common and 10M preferred.
TWO News Releases!!! Both Financials.

FINALLY, something real to talk about.
Welcome to the board, asuwere!
Hi Rayank,
Let me add a bit more to what Richard said. This is a one trick pony in terms of the first deal (concession). If that fails to materialize happen, I don't know of any other irons in the fire.
Once the first deal happens, however, the chances are good that there will be other like deals being closed.
Done. Thank you, YankeMike.
MuscleMass,
I'm sure you speak for all of us. Well....maybe not Dr Evil. LOL
I wish my average cost was in the 30s!
Scardee,
I'm pulling for an upset by the world's bad boyz, the country we all love to hate, North Korea.
I came across this story recently and I'm trying to imagine the killer team Kim Jong Il (Glorious Leader) has fielded for the world cup.
"North Korea has something that totally wipes the competition off the map (figuratively, not literally, at least as I’m writing this).
The Great Leader, the Sun of the Nation and of Mankind: Kim Jong Il.
Put aside any notions you may have about the man. Put aside his lust for nukes, a penchant to torture and starve his people and the funky glasses. These things are irrelevant.
The simple fact is this: Kim Jong Il is the greatest golfer in the history of, well, history.
According to North Korea’s crack research department, the diminutive dictator shot a 34 his first time golfing. And no, not at mini-golf, at a championship, par-72 course. He drilled home 11 holes-in-one in his miraculous 34-under round and reportedly still shoots in the low 50s, though at 60-plus years of age, his holes in ones are down to four or five a round."
THAT's why I'm backing the North Koreans. Rumour has it that the Glorious Leader is the Team Captain, and that he may take to the field by HIMSELF to eliminate the first seed competition.
And, Scardee, never talk orange and nuts in the same sentence to me again. It took more than 3 shots of scotch to calm down my gag reflex. I must've sounded like a cat coughing up a hairball, Petey called 911.
Said in my best Robert De Niro voice...
"Are you talkin ta me?...Are you talkin ta me?"
I can't believe you're raggin on me for missing a "t". That's no where as bad as putting in an extra "L". LOLOL
Kaeamrjs,
Since when do we question other posters on the number of shares they've purchased. Worse yet, since when do we accuse posters of lying when the numbers don't fit your view of the world.
As has been pointed out already, what we spend is none of your business. And people should not have to justify their purchases to you or anyone else.
Kaeamrjs, I think we have been very tolerant of you and your countercultural beliefs on this board. You're entitled to your beliefs and you have every right to state them. (Every board needs its Scut Farkus character.)
Most of the time you have been respectful, but this time you've crossed over the line. I hope it's the last.
Hey guys, thanks for your supportive posts. A couple of you have asked a fair question. What do I know to back up my opinion? Hmmm, I'm not sure my answer will be very satisfying because there's just no way I will post anything on a public board that was shared by others in confidence.
I maintain an off-board relationship with some of you, and I've put together an international email and telephone network of Axis investors. We all contribute to the communal picture of where we think Axis is in this "long trail of tears". I base many of my Axis investing decisions on what I learn in this forum. (If Axis were a reporting stock, I'd use their financial reports and news. In the past, I've advocated on this board that each of you develop a similar small community of serious investors that listen and read with a passion about our Axis investments. We read anything we can find, and talk to anyone we think has an insight into Libyan Oil, the NOC, etc. We share our info with each other in the network. Everyone is a mature investor who understands that we are all individually responsible for our investment decisions. We are free to accept or reject what we hear and read based on our experiences and the brains God gave us.
Are we infallible? Hell "no". Do I recommend anyone buy Axis based on my opinion, or for that matter, anyone else's opinion on this board? Emphatically, "no" again. Would I denigrate anyone who believes differently than I do? I may disagree vehemently, but you can bet I'll listen respectfully to whatever evidence he or she can offer to support their conclusion, and then adjust my own opinion if that's warranted.
So...I'm sorry I can't share on an open board what others have shared with me in confidence. Some sources of information will respond to an indiscrete use of what they've discussed with me by ending the relationship--no second chances.
For the record, let me be clear. Anyone who purchases a stock, ESPECIALLY a non-reporting, no-asset, pink stock based on chat board opinions or recommendation is a dolt. This is my first (and likely, my last) foray into Pink Stocks. There are way too many scams and shenanigans for my tastes! Meanwhile, I wait and expect my Axis Ship to sail into port sooner rather than later.
CptCrunch and Petey (My esteemed personal pirate parrot advisor.
Well, I've been told that someone on another Axis Board asked (rhetorically, I'm sure) if the news didn't happen in weeks whether I would step down from my position as moderator.
I wonder what part of ("But I have been wrong any number of times and this is purely an educated guess on my part, nothing more") he didn't understand.
Did it sound to him like I was betting the farm on it, and advising all of you to do the same? LOL
So let me be more specific so that even that unfortunate, reading-challenged lad can understand it. "This is a guess. You shouldn't buy a ton of Axis because of this guess, especially since I have admittedly done such a poor job guessing in the past. If you do buy a ton of Axis because of my post, you are truly a dope." LOL
No problem, rayank. 63 sounds like a fine age to me. I'm hardly behind you at all. Well, I guess it's no race anyway. lol
Do you realize that the name of this company has been misspelled here any number of times?
It's Intelimax, not Intellimax.
Only one 'L' folks. There's another company that uses the double 'L'.
Though you'd want to know...
You'll note that I didn't eliminate decades, centuries and millenia either. lol (Don't get cute, Crunch!)
I'll go out on a limb and say- I think there will likely be public news about Axis within weeks. (But I have been wrong any number of times and this is purely an educated guess on my part, nothing more.)
You guys are all TOO much. We have fun, eat snacks, get cameo appearances of famous (but totally evil) celebrities.
Richard, I hear your talk about years to go.
I'm here to emphatically state that it WILL NOT take years for this thing to happen. For that matter, it won't take months either.
Everything's chuggin along. The Axis Train is not fast, but it's persistent and will arrive at thge station. It's the Little Train that Could.
Richard,
You're gonna have to lay off that constant snack advice. After all, we've been waiting for a long time. I've been noticing an increase of fat people posting here. One guy's been snacking on Deep Fried Twinkies.
Another guy is so fat, his favorite ice cream is Crisco.
True words, Steelman. It is a waiting game. And a flea fart would out weigh the news that has been issued by the company.
One of the best ways to stay abreast of the potential in Axis is to keep your eyes and ears open. Hook up with other Axis investors and share information as it is uncovered. This can be a lonely and depressingly long wait if you have to gut it out alone.
So how do you hook up with other Axis people? Even if you are a "free" subscriber you can use premium tools once a week. It used to be on Friday afternoons, probably still is. Send private messages to those on the board that seems to be aware of more info than you. iHUB also allows a week's trial using premium services. You could send and recieve a lot of private messages (and hopefully establish some relationships) in a week.
Just some thoughts..
GLTA!!
"(Libya) could become the final frontier"
And all this time I thought it was "Space".
Gene Roddenbery must be rolling over in his grave. LOL
Some people have been wondering when the SP will go up. The answer is: It's not going to go up and stay up until there's a deal.
Here's why you haven't seen, and won't see, anything happening in the SP. People have heard "It's going to be...(here, fill in the blank with any date that comes to mind) and, guess what? It's NOT happened when predicted. In the past 36 months I have consistently heard it will be next month about 30 times, or the month after, and then the month after. What doofus would go out after ANY of these lame stories and buy more stock and have it lose value and languish as so many people's Axis investments have done in the past three years??? No one with a freakin grain of sense in their head and six months experience in this stock, that's who!! (This doesn't apply if you are still building your Axis portfolio. Buy on the dips until you've accumulated what you consider "enough", then sit back, wait and watch like the patient hunter you know you are. Those with patience will be rewarded.
NOBODY, to include the head honcho Axis Boyz, have a friggin clue on exactly what day this will happen. Read that last sentence again and again until you believe it. They are as clueless as the rest of us, and likely will be until D-day minus 2 or 3 days. The "puppet masters" are Shokri Ghanem and his NOC boyz. They alone hold the strings on this thing. Forget what logic, experience, good business sense, and common sense might tell you. It'll happen when the guys with the head hoops say it will happen.
When the stock moves up 250% in one or two days, jump on the freakin bandwagon, you can be pretty sure it's coming and soon. Meanwhile, as someone we know is fond of saying, grab your snacks, relax on the futon, and sip fine whiskey. Ain't nothin happenin till it happens, Holmes.
.65? Probably just an April Fool prank...LOL
Richard, no reason to change from whiskey to wine. I believe in diversity, equal opportunity, and non-discrimination. So I enjoy all the fruits of God's creation!
Anybody hearing good things about April?
Well, I'm back from the wine country! Napa and Sonoma Valleys are sorry to see me go, I'm sure. I was a good customer at many of the smaller wineries and vineyards we visited. No real bargains, but some VERY good wine. California has been hit hard as the rest of the country during this recession. It's sad to see vineyard after vineyard going to seed, abandoned by owners who couldn't afford to hang on during the bad times.
Nothing seems to have changed much here. Let's hope all the long time investors in Axis have the ability to hang on until this thing pops.
Good luck to all!
Richard, thanks for watching Petey for me. I noticed he came home with a bag of pretzels in his overnight bag. I hope you didn't spoil him.
