Do you have any other points of reference besides matters that were already addressed two years ago? Have you also reviewed the whitepapers and the company's progress? Your level of expertise is below the bottom. The commercialization and production are according to the roadmap for 2024; if nothing has happened by then, you are welcome to come back. Otherwise, keep quiet or provide some meaningful explanation and expertise.
Is it Jim Cramer who recommended selling Bitcoin at a price of $17,500? Look at where the Bitcoin price is now. He seems like a real clown the way he operates. I even read the following on several websites (=fact):
He has become such a target on the internet that there are companies that have now introduced an inverse Cramer ETF to the market. This ETF is an investment product that does exactly the opposite of what Cramer does, and the results are generally good.
Have you attended the ASM meeting annually and read through all the whitepapers? You haven't provided an answer to that.

Then there's Lightwave Logic looking good.
You clearly don't believe in this company. You're clearly short on this stock.
No (organized) dilution of shares and always a substantial cash buffer in the bank account. Very rare and the merit of management. Is this why they received this bonus? This could also be, it's purely an interpretation of a fact, as you also do. No one will know the internal business agreements.
Woop,
Have you visited the ASM now and gone through all the whitepapers? You present yourself as a knowledgeable person, so I presume you have?
Once again, were you present at the ASM to address these issues, or are you reading whitepapers? I follow no one; I conduct my own research and distinguish the useful people from the useless. As I can see now, you belong 100% to the latter group. Thank you.
Were you present at the ASM, and have you reviewed all the whitepapers to form these conclusions? If not, it's pure interpretation of facts and deserves the ignore button
I think this response says more than enough. Woop
Someone else with the most pointless responses I've seen on this forum
Ted,
The transition to NASDAQ without organized share dilution is a rare occurrence, a significant step for a company like Lightwave Logic. They have their finances well in order, always maintaining sufficient cash in the bank, ensuring the company's high liquidity to cover 15-18 months of cash burn. Again, the interpretation of the bonus payout is subjective. It was a one-time occurrence and is now very limited. The real reason will always remain internal and is open to our own interpretation.
I delved further into this forum for information on the PDKs. Excuse me, Ted, if you write a book about your "red flags" and don't read whitepapers or find it necessary to verify your claims, I would rather trust other experts on this forum. If you are such an active user and want to show newcomers the truth, you should come up with a comprehensive expertise report. As I mentioned before, what you report seems like pure interpretations of facts. For all other newcomers, read the communication on this forum regarding the whitepapers. It's very interesting and provides clarification on how complex the world of Photonics is. Ted's book of Red Flags seems more like an effort to protect his own financial interests rather than informing newcomers. The puzzle indeed comes together.
Michael Lebby is still on schedule, and once they commercialize in 2024 (see roadmap), if there's no production in 2024, you will be the first person I contact if you were right. But I have unwavering belief in this product, the CEO, and the market that awaits LWLG. It's now up to him to prove this and fulfill all the objectives for the shareholders.
Nice screenshot, but it holds no real value. The questioning arising from this email is much more crucial. If you're willing to share, please provide a shot with all the details like date, time, and the receiving email address.
One tip, if you present yourself as the authority everyone should listen to, conduct thorough research and not just from your own perception.
Thank you,
Stay Safe
B
Ted,
Can you share this communication of your questions and responses with us via screenshots from LWLG / MZ?
You have bundled all the facts (things that can be objectively established by different people through observation or research), but unfortunately, I also have to be critical and largely categorize this under the heading "own interpretation." We all have our own interpretation of facts. This interpretation also depends on the context in which you place all these facts.
To summarize it briefly for you:
The term and roadmap of the new CEO Michael Lebby started in 2017.
For me, Lightwave Logic has been reborn since 2017, with a new plan. Very remarkable is that your first red flag disappeared around this period due to the new roadmap of CEO Michael Lebby. All comments about this are a personal interpretation of the facts.
The high bonuses are indeed remarkable, and you use reactions from other members who, in emotion, have publicly shared their indignation, which I can also perfectly understand. The remarkable and against the rules can also be interpreted that they unexpectedly found the gold (missing ingredient for success) for Lightwave Logic. Just a side note: it is this management that has ensured that there has always been enough cash on the balance sheet (always a term to bridge 18 months of cash burn). This has ensured that there was no or very minimal organized dilution of this stock, which has had a very positive effect for us as shareholders.
Michael Lebby's roadmap still seems completely accurate to me.
The license agreement has been issued for the 2023 ASM.
If you want to get to this step, you must have completed the first objectives.
1. Polymer Plus Prototypes
2. Polymer Slot Prototypes
3. Establish a deal with a partner
4. Establish a deal with a foundry
5. Qualification of the product
6. Licensing of polymers
The next step in the roadmap is to start commercializing on a scale in 2024.
It is now up to Michael Lebby to announce the contracts in the course of 2024. If you expected names, you are quite naive, and everything falls under NDA and competitive interest. This goes from the supplier (LWLG) to Foundry to the customer who only wants to release this cutting-edge technology when everything is contractually 100% in order so that the competition cannot make a catch-up move based on leaked information.
The market is ready for Photonics; it is now up to Michael Lebby to prove what percentage of the market they will capture. Patience is a virtue.
Ted: Another tip in life. Seek the truth within yourself before doing so for others.
Stay Safe.
B
Ted,
If this has given you a negative feeling, I am the first to apologize. I generally don't like working from assumptions.
Facts indeed cannot be refuted, but individual interpretations of facts can be. Everything you mentioned here are facts, with your own interpretation and sentiment, and that is exactly what I mean that other newcomers on this forum should take with a grain of salt. The only thing you share is your sentiment about a fact, which, for me, should not be a guideline for any critical shareholder. Emotions should be eliminated in investing.
If, as a very active member, you personally don't find it important to present facts and interpretations to the management or be present at an ASM, I do indeed question your role here, to be honest. It is very easy to open your umbrella and shift the responsibility to Walter. If you are truly critical yourself, you should approach the management by email, physically at the ASM, etc., to further inform us so that your interpretations of the facts also have a follow-up, thereby strengthening or weakening your interpretations with the answers.
Giving a contrary view (read as your own interpretation of facts) to newcomers is very convenient to achieve your personal goal. Getting the stock price as low as possible. But then my question to you is, I see so little belief in your motivations for LWLG, so why would you buy at a low price? A short position in this stock could be a possibility again.
What exactly did the company tell you about the bonuses? Can you mention the concrete wording and source, please? I haven't been able to find this myself yet. Interpretation of the facts: you get a bonus if you invent the golden egg-laying chicken? Could this also be a possibility? The paid bonus is minimal compared to the total market.
It is very clear to me again how you react to the insider sale of NVIDIA. This was a question I threw out there to see your reaction, thanks! .
I don't think we should delve into your statements, but that you personally present them to the management, so that we can also monitor the management's response to your interpretations (strong or weak). When do you think you can do this?
Thank you
Stay safe
B
Ted,
I am a new member, you invite newcomers to ask questions, and then I'm called out for a ridiculous mentality? Frankly, I'm surprised by your reaction. I also don't want to be associated with other individuals here, very unprofessional. Thank you.
Surely, you understand that you create confusion by describing your intentions so vaguely. First, you state that you only want to support newcomers, and then you indicate that you have financial goals to buy as low as possible and sell as high as possible. By being highly active and transferring information on a forum like Investorshub, you can influence sentiment with positive or negative information, which in turn may lead to buying or selling LWLG shares.
You don't answer the most relevant question for me. Have you presented these 13 issues at the ASM meeting in May to Michael Lebby and the management team? What was their reaction? Because I cannot find this in your history.
To clarify my seemingly ridiculous standpoint to you:
What are facts:
Facts are things we agree on. Facts can be objectively determined by different people through observation or research.
(These are all the things you mentioned in your argumentation).
If, at the moment of writing, someone measures the temperature with a reliable instrument, it will indicate that the temperature is 15°C. Different people can make this measurement. We will all agree that it is 15°C outside.
What is the interpretation of facts?
We all have our interpretation of facts. This interpretation also depends on the context in which you place the fact.
If, on the day of the above temperature measurement, it is Christmas Day, we find the temperature high for the time of year. If we find this same measurement on July 1st, and we planned to lie on the beach sunbathing, we find the temperature too low (too cold) to continue with the plans. While the temperature is fine for taking a brisk walk through the woods.
Some people will find it very cold when it is 15°C, while others find this a fine temperature.
Interpretation is, therefore, highly subjective.
That is why I attach little value to your nice enumeration. It can also be different:
Financial matters (warrants, options, bonuses) can be contractually defined.
Insider selling? Look at NVIDIA, is this a deceptive company?
See source: https://finance.yahoo.com/quote/NVDA/insider-transactions?p=NVDA
Limited information transfer: competitive interests
Strong expansion of staff: the market is growing faster than expected
Product is active. Also, for competitive reasons, under NDA for LWLG, Foundry, and end consumer.
Do you see: this is a free interpretation of facts, so have you discussed these concerns at the ASM with Michael Lebby and the management team?
Stay safe.
B
Ted,
You are sowing confusion and, in my personal opinion, directly impacting your credibility negatively. Initially, you claimed to have no positions and were doing this to warn newcomers, and now it seems to have a financial motive? It is now quite clear that you are using your own (negative) theories and, in a way, exploiting newcomers to fuel your own (or others') financial interests.
As a top investor and active user on this forum for this stock, you must have attended the ASM? Normally, you can address all your concerns and theories there. Have you discussed the roadmap with Lebby or the management?
I've read through your 13 points, but I attach very little importance to them, sorry. Most of the issues are purely hypothetical and from a personal 'Ted' standpoint, which is now also clear and for personal financial gain. Financial matters such as bonuses, warrants, options, could be predetermined from a contractual standpoint. These are internal agreements and are not uncommon in a company. Finally, regarding information transfer, you can withhold information from a competitive standpoint. You don't just give away the golden egg-laying chicken. This is a new world and a chain that needs to be initiated, which can provide a significant competitive advantage to technology, foundries, and end-users in the future compared to their counterparts.
No interest in Photonics? Lebby's halls were richly filled at every event. Photonics is accepted by the market (readable everywhere on Google). The rapid expansion in the quality of the personnel is logically correlated with the rising demand in the market (quick adaptation). Of course, they continue to develop prototypes to become even more outstanding and stronger compared to the competition. As a top investor, you should know the basic rule in the business world: standing still is moving backward.
Now, we await the completion of everything to see what role LWLG will play in this market, and it's up to Optica Chairman Lebby to show us what the share will be.
Stay Safe
B
Ted,
If you say you don't do this as a job, fine, but go, as previously suggested, work for a charity that can really make a difference in the world (like cancer research) instead of wasting your free time on this forum. Money is not a motive, you have no position here, and you are so noble of personality. A perfect match!
Have I let myself be misled? No, I do my own research. If I critically compare your technical analysis with Jeunke and KCCO... Well, it's clear, isn't it? They have already given you more answers about the licensing agreement.
Can you effectively prove in black and white that your assertions are 100% accurate? No, of course not, as mentioned before, these are all pure speculations from a personal standpoint. You clearly label Michael Lebby as a misleading person.
You do avoid certain topics in my email and subtly ignore them. Is this also a form of misleading responses?
Can you address these points, Ted?
- Regarding the insider selling of shares, can you take a look at the insider transactions of NVIDIA? Is this also a fraudulent company making 18 billion in revenue?
- Michael Lebby is becoming the chairman and spokesperson for Optica, where all the major companies in the world are involved. He has a reputation in the photonics world. Do you really think he's going to deceive all these parties?
- Were you present at the ASM? As a noble person and top expert, someone like you should not be absent and should have raised all concerns at the ASM to Lebby, right?
As clearly visible on the timeline, market acceptance has occurred, and commercialization with revenues in 2024 is on the agenda, as already indicated. This is a process that needs to be initiated from A to Z, requiring time and clear agreements. It is up to Michael Lebby to lay out the facts when everything is concluded with all parties involved. As my Father used to say, patience is a virtue.
Now I'm going to enjoy a glass of wine with good friends and effectively sign off from this forum to savor the moment and not sour behind a PC.
Bye! Stay safe
B
Ted,
Why an attack? I'm actually showing interest and empathy for your job and how such matters are compensated, very interesting. Since you respond 7/7, 24/24 on this platform, it is a valid reason to assume that this is a daily activity and takes up some hours, right?
I might have missed your response on this, you're responding so much on this board that it's hard to keep up. Still very curious about your explanation.
Anyone with average intelligence can determine that the market accepts Photonics. That's a fact. Were you present at the ASM? As a noble person and top expert, someone like you should not be absent and should have raised all concerns at the ASM to Lebby, right?
You call Michael Lebby misleading without any evidence. A renowned person like Michael Lebby wouldn't invent a licensing agreement and jeopardize his reputation. He becomes the chairman/spokesperson of Optica. Have you looked at this group?
The advanced status of this licensing agreement, that's a question mark. In an early stage, further development, contractual details, additional NDAs, competitive factors, etc. Pure speculation that you can use to place LWLG on a pink cloud or, just like you, to break everything down. How can you get more clarity about LWLG without news or PR being released? Are you a part-time psychic?
Regarding insider selling of shares, can you take a look at the insider transactions of NVIDIA? Is this also a fraudulent company making 18 billion in revenue?
Everyone is eagerly awaiting further updates. It's up to Michael Lebby to deliver.
Ted, if you don't trust Michael Lebby, leave the board and this stock, and then use your nobility for a good cause, like cancer research, etc. Then you really contribute value to society. !
Stay safe!
B
Ted,
You initiate the attack openly with assumptions and presumptions towards a newcomer like myself, and now you're using my words to position yourself in a defensive (victim) stance. Good communication strategy.
A real investor? Then why are you here? You claim to have no position (long or short) in this stock? Don't come with noble intentions. One tip for other newcomers, go through Ted's post history; his approach and objectives become very clear (just allocate some time, he's quite active).
A genuine investor with a bit of intelligence doesn't base buying or selling decisions on forum comments.
Still no answer to my question. Why does a company grow its workforce so rapidly? If you do some research, you'll find these are reputable CVs that have joined.
Your interpretation of the license agreement is also pure speculation. Due to the lack of further communication, you take advantage of this cleverly. There is an agreement; in my speculation, it could be related to NDA, competitive interest, contractual terms, etc. As mentioned before, all assumptions and speculations can only be answered by one person, and that's Michael Lebby. Have you reviewed his CV by now? You call him "fraudulent" in his communication?
Time will tell. An important step that has been taken is market acceptance. The scale and role that LWLG plays in this are now up to Lebby. Things could be better, but I'd prefer a company with lesser PR and top-quality behind the scenes than the other way around.
Hopefully, you enjoyed your evening; unfortunately, it seems the signing off didn't work.
Stay safe.
B
Ted,
In your first sentence to me in your response, you're already twisting your words by assuming things and creating your own truth. I'll spare myself the effort and time. You can lay everything on the table, but nobody knows where we actually stand, except for the reputable CEO Michael Lebby. After a new update, all assumptions and speculations will only become truths.
As a new shareholder, this, in my view, is a great buying opportunity. With cash on hand, I can accumulate in case of a potential price drop.
You trust the CEO with an excellent resume, and you either buy or accumulate shares, or you lack confidence and sell. The biggest nonsense I've read from you is that you want to protect newcomers without having any position yourself. Simply put: are you working for an institution like Kerrisdale, or are you seeking personal revenge against LWLG to vent your embittered life?
P.S.: If you are so protective, why didn't I see you on the Wirecard forum to protect me after the fraud was exposed? Unfortunately, lost a good sum on that :(
Expanding the workforce with so many qualifications in such a short time, according to you, means a bad signal? I'd like your explanation. My opinion: a company grows due to increasing demand.
Enjoy your evening, Ted! Don't forget to ask for the VAT receipt to submit for expenses for your company. Your boss will surely grant you this dinner after all your hard work here on this forum! Stay safe!
Hi Micro,
Thx
I believe that you are allowed to look at things very critically, both positively and negatively. But after just one day of reading, you can immediately identify certain interests, as Ted does. He must be highly regarded by his boss, a loyal employee who works day and night! However, it is true that Lebby must deliver results. It would be better if everything is 100% foolproof, which as long-term shareholders, we can benefit more from.
Having trust in a man with such a renowned CV, who rapidly expands his company, is well-founded and not naive. He asks for trust and radiates it. Now it's up to him to reward our trust in LWLG with good news!
Have a nice day!
B
Lurker, I literally haven't seen you post anything meaningful on this board. Can you share some useful information instead of responding with nonsense? Your boss will pay you less than Ted, and he puts in more effort!
Ted,
as a newcomer like me here on Investorshub, you really don't need a high IQ to understand what your objectives are on this forum. It's sometimes genuinely laughable how you try to play this role. You take everything out of context and always frame it in a negative light for your benefit. You can question everything, while your own knowledge in Photonics is clearly very limited. You skillfully provoke Proto, who then falls into an annoying repetition with his numerous posts, causing his message to lose its impact. But of course, everyone has their own job, and you perform it according to your employer's instructions! How is something like this compensated? Is it per post you make, or is it a fixed amount per month?
I believe 100% in LWLG but also dare to critically examine it. The PR policy leaves much to be desired, and long-term investors are now left in the dark, which I also don't agree with. Fortunately, it's about trust and counting on CEO Michael Lebby, who has an outstanding CV. Have you ever taken a look at it, Ted? Creating a licensing agreement, as you have suggested several times, is not something I see a man with such an image doing.
This is a new world and chain that must be set in motion where the entire process must be flawless, and LWLG is also dependent on other parties, which also determines the timeline of LWLG. Does this always go smoothly? No, but isn't it logical when implementing something new? This is not a recipe from a cookbook that you follow, and ping, it's done, which, in my opinion, is your simplistic way of thinking. All you do is copy things from other posts and cast doubt on or question them.
Why would a company expand so significantly in its (quality) workforce and facilities if there is nothing concrete yet? Anyone with a bit of common sense can fill this in for themselves what is happening. It is now up to the management to announce how far they have come and on what scale they will be present in the market. On a competitive level, everything must be watertight, and you don't want to make the competition smarter and also keep them in the dark. LWLG has the top product, the knowledge, and the execution to turn this into a success.
Due to this lack of communication (my personal feeling says: don't make the competition smarter), unfortunately, we remain a plaything for people like Ted.
Take care of yourself, Ted, and keep doing this job with passion to please your boss !
Kind Regards
B
