No matter how hard you try it is difficult to understand OTC Markets PPS. Yes, this deserves to be at least a nickel

S/B $.03-.04 PPS based on Q3 net income of $258k. Outstanding share 500M. $258,000x 4 quarters = $ 1,032,000/500,000,000 = .002 annual earnings per share. Using comparable P/E @ 15-20 x equals projected PPS of $.03-.04. This stock is extremely under valued. JMHO
