It's a speculation play-- Hence the speculation.
Plain and simple:
Too the moon!!!
Let us see what happens!!!
This POS is going to tank!!!
Answer: bet as you see fit, filter noise and remember if you buy the hype or the detractors and it doesn't turn out your way.... Well you made the decision.
In case the board is wondering:
He is referring to the cautionary statements posted in the comments section of this article by Rick Berger.
I believe I posted a link to it earlier but here it is again.

I have no background as to how long you have been in or watching this stock. So don't take this the wrong way.
This stock was touted back in the day (years ago) as "The Place To Be". It went up from sub pennies to over $3.00. Since then it has fallen and been involved with a R/S that absolutely destroyed some individuals investment.
The ill will has a lot to do with that. Plus the extremely slow progress towards their goals have left a bitter pill to swallow for most.
I am neither negative nor am I jumping for joy. I think they have a lot of potential but getting to the point where it turns into actual revenues is another issue. They are showing signs of moving forward but for most it is going to have to be in black and white.
Childish post!
Some good reading for those worried about this not being a legitimate case:

Because of the '690 grant date with respect to the date of the complaint against Activision there will be no Laches defense.
Activision (unlike Google) does not have unlimited funds to litigate this case if (as we expect) it loses the Markman hearing.
Worlds, unlike Vringo, is suing Activision for Willful Infringement, which could result in a 3x damages multiple if it succeeded.
The patent's shelf life is considerably longer than the Lang-Kosak patents, which is not only better for Worlds than it was for Vringo, it is better for anyone contemplating a buyout of Worlds.
The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has repeatedly affirmed the Worlds technology by continuing to grant continuation patents to the '690 patent.

Well as of right now I'm willing to chalk this up to penny land antics. R/S, increase in A/S, lots of shares dumped, pumpers, dumpers, manipulation and newbies. Not to mention patent plays are risky by nature.
We will see how it all plays out. On the outside it looks to be a strong case but who knows for sure.
Down here it is always a gamble.
I'm just keeping an eye on it for now.

Just deleted my post didn't really belong here. I did what you ask!!!
Now to my homework.

I'll be doing my DD on this one!
Thanks!!! Big C
Well I bought some more doubling down if you will @.022. I might regret it but its been holding above .02 for quite a while. Still just lottery money.
Something will hit sometime whether its just a patent license or an actual contract any certainty on revenues will surely cause a lift-off IMO.
I appreciate your response and don't disagree with what your saying. Just gathering information as I was not in V pre-markman and V was my first patent play. I've been trading/investing for over 12 years and I in no way consider myself as smarter than anyone else. I do understand that if you are not learning then you are stagnating.
Thanks!!! Gltu!!!
Celts I am long as u know.
But there is a legitimate question at hand. Where are all these shares coming from that are being sold? I don't believe anyone is shorting this at this price. Could it be dilution by the company? Are the lawyers selling their shares already? Or is it just investors in @ .20 or so?
It is a legitimate question, one that possibly can't be answered at this point but I for one am curious.
If someone can legitimately answer backed by facts not speculation it would be appreciated.
In the long haul it most likely wont matter. But short term it may be holding some buyers back from jumping in.
I have been buying anything under .42 for 2 months now and feel pretty comfortable with my position. We will eat through these sellers in time and continue higher IMO.
Best of luck to ya all.
Looking good! Worlds!!!!
Hope you waited!
Ya just back and didn't see it posted.

Interactive brokers implies there are only 45,000 shares left to short.

The largest amount of short positions taken were between March 15 and March 28th at a price range between .49 and .38. The chart leads me to believe that we are seeing actual sales and not shorts. Therefore, the question is whom? Could it be the lawyers or just nervous nelly investors? No one know for sure.
You are such a sweet individual looking out for other people's interest. What brings you to this particular stock board? There are thousands of other stocks you could be protecting people from. So what is your real agenda?
Yeah me too. Just patiently awaiting a dip or a size able increase. If I don't get to buy more it doesn't matter to me ill be happy hopefully.
Give it a little more time before buying IMO could see closer to $3
It's garbage to pay back campaign donations. The best they get is new regulation to vet patent claims before entering the court system. Big money wants to have their cake and eat it too. Might turn into a buying opportunity this morning. Was looking for another dip before ruling anyways.
Nice EOD movement.
Nice summary cooler!
The stock price is holding up well considering the information available on the MSFT deal. This is still very speculative in my mind. However, the trading since the small pop on MSFT is showing support above $3. Which is better than previous spikes and following dumps. Telling me that the market is speculating that the deal with MSFT will turn out to be a profitable one. But very few actually understand what it is. Only those within the company and MSFT understand. MB posters are only speculating and are disappointed by the lack of clarity.
I'm still holding and will continue to till some hard evidence provided by the company changes my mind. Or a ridiculous ruling by HJJ. He's a wild card IMO.

Lol not hardly...
It is curious how that now it's sitting on support the doom and gloomers have disappeared and probably started buying.
Been buying for two months on these dips .40-.42 just being thrifty. Not ever gonna buy cause someone says so especially some one from a mb. Nothing against you personally just how it is.
You guys gonna give me some .38's today or not?
HJJ will rule when he wants to.
Well I hope HJJ doesn't decide anything today. I'm gonna be away the rest of the day. Won't be able to react. :(
Well the whole thing is fishy IMO. But that's what happens when big money talks. Wouldn't be a bit surprised to see some off the wall ruling by HJJ. That's why I lowered my risk today. It's a mess with no real hard info to help sort it out. I'm only still here cause of what I believe should happen. Not what I expect to happen. The only thing you can expect is the unexpected to happen the way it has through this whole fiasco called a justice system.
Nevermind
Not really funny but the way of hedge funds. Take your position let retail run it up and sell on them leaving the retail investor holding the bag. Happens everyday, they just happened to get national tv coverage to add to the fury buying at its peak up to $5+. They are all crooks and know how to play the game. It's all about $
This is my first patent play.
One thing is very obvious to me.
These type of plays are not for the nervous type.
I'm sticking it out. Took a little off the top just to take some risk out of the equation. I'll probably buy back those shares on the ruling if I can get in under 3.50 and of course it's 5-7%.
There is still a lot of worry out there. Unless the shorts take over the price action burning each other covering or the institution buying kicks in it will have trouble moving above $4 short-term IMO.
Not trying to be negative just realistic. I welcome any comments as I (realistically) claim to know nothing other than what is in black and white in front of our faces.
Agree!
The market must have a valuation of patents to value the deal in its entirety.
Too much speculation again!
No one even knows what the patents cover. Plus we still don't know the RR with google.
Just let things fall in place or sell. No reason to bicker this is just one part of the bigger picture. Exactly what that is is anyone's guess at this point.
We will see
Took some off the table earlier. Now avg'd in at 2.60.
Hopefully we get some clarity from V on reasoning of patents & HJJ this week. Otherwise looks like market not thrilled.
They need a clear plan to grow investor base.
Most likely will continue to see sharp spikes down followed by buying up to the ruling. A few red days are to be expected. Just some short covering. Watched a few get burned in one today dropping 60% in about an hour and a half. That was rough for them they kept saying its just gonna keep going up.
Seems like the sentiment positive here but not exaggerated. No one wants a run up to the ruling followed by a sell on news. 2.80-3.15 still within the channel as I see it. A few pokes out of the channel. But Both sides still heavily guarded. Buying pressure will be let go when the short side is ready IMO. Or surprised by the ruling. The longer we wait though the less panick covering will be.
7% of 20% HJJ, they can figure the rest out on appeals. Throw us longs a bone.
What the heck! I go outside to cut the grass and we are down to .40 cents. Great scare tactic to get weaklings to sell you shares at a lower price. Bringing up things from two years ago that never came to fruition.
The only reason they will do a R/S is to uplist! Only if the share price is not high enough to qualify! Most likely won't even be necessary if the markman is positive. If it is necessary then it won't happen for 3-6 months anyway. If the markman turns out negative then it won't matter anyways cause we will mostly be gone.
This is why I dislike penny stock traders for the most part. Too much emotion not enough common sense.
IMO, typical short covering. Cover till price get hits with sells then sell "buy to cover shares" to again depress prices. Rinse and repeat.
The plan should be to do an R/S then sell the newly authorized shares to institutional buyers at a higher price. This creates more Capitol going forward. Plus as you say creates added liquidity.
As you say it's not always negative as long as they have bright future with patent litigation. That is to be seen as of yet. Most believe they do yet there can always be unforeseen hurdles. First the marksman then the actual trial. We do have an edge on our side of thinking though. The lawyers took this case on with share payment. That leads us to believe they not only believe in the patents but also the company itself.
It's a strong case as I see it but never count out a desperate company backed into a corner. Strong lawyers are strong because of their sometimes deceptive mostly eloquent use of words to instill emotions into the human mind of a jury. A strong background in this type (patent) litigation is also warranted.
The company, any company, cares about shareholders. But, they will do what is in the best interest of the company which doesn't always coincide with shareholders thoughts.
Ask yourself (everyone) if you don't believe in the company then why are you here?
