The plan should be to do an R/S then sell the newly authorized shares to institutional buyers at a higher price. This creates more Capitol going forward. Plus as you say creates added liquidity.

As you say it's not always negative as long as they have bright future with patent litigation. That is to be seen as of yet. Most believe they do yet there can always be unforeseen hurdles. First the marksman then the actual trial. We do have an edge on our side of thinking though. The lawyers took this case on with share payment. That leads us to believe they not only believe in the patents but also the company itself.

It's a strong case as I see it but never count out a desperate company backed into a corner. Strong lawyers are strong because of their sometimes deceptive mostly eloquent use of words to instill emotions into the human mind of a jury. A strong background in this type (patent) litigation is also warranted.

The company, any company, cares about shareholders. But, they will do what is in the best interest of the company which doesn't always coincide with shareholders thoughts.

Ask yourself (everyone) if you don't believe in the company then why are you here?
