That would be unbeleivable... eom
So am I, lol EOM
It looks like they sold their subsidiary EME on January 1, 2005. I guess I missed that. Is that correct?
A new form 8-K. It looks like they are getting all of their books in order. I hope this is a good sign.
20-Oct-2006 Non-Reliance on Previous Financials, Audits or Interim Review

I tried to pick some up and will try again tommorrow. eom
I think it will too. I kind of laughed when the announced the housing agreement but they seem to be pretty sharp. It does look like they can get some non oil & gas income. I think they have an inside track on anything to do with reservations.
It looks like they knew what they were doing in their previous PR about getting into the housing market.

NAEG: Federal Government Releases Hundreds of Millions in Block Grants For Tribal Housing
Wednesday October 18, 10:04 am ET
FOREST HILLS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Native American Energy Group, Inc. (the "Company" or "NAEG") (OTC Pink Sheets: NVMG - News) - Today, NAEG releases news regarding matters that concern the availability of safe, decent and affordable housing for Native people around the country. On Oct 10, 2006, the Company announced it had entered into a Joint Venture and License Agreement with homebuilder, Eurowest Panel Homes Ltd. of Alberta, Canada to build safe, efficient, affordable housing using the Eurowest Panel Home Technology within the territory that includes all 562 Native American Indian Tribes and all federally recognized Native American reservations in the United States, as well as, the non-tribal lands in the following states: Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Oregon and Washington in order to assist in fulfilling the housing shortage needs in Indian Country that has created an immediate demand of over 200,000 homes.

Hundreds of millions of dollars in housing block grant awards for tribal housing were released in July 2006 following a federal judge's ruling, however, in a move that could have jeopardized efforts to provide affordable housing on reservations nationwide, the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) had temporarily frozen about half of the $600-million plus housing block grant program. Block grants comprise the bulk of the money used by tribal housing programs. HUD's plan to freeze tribal housing grant funds came after a May 25 order by U.S. District Judge, Richard Matsch, District of Colorado, declaring that the Department of Housing and Urban Development had been unfairly determining federal appropriations for Indian housing block grants. This prompted HUD to respond to the court ruling by deciding to withhold all undistributed 2006 block grant funds to nearly 200 tribes around the country. A solution was reached, however, and HUD did resume processing the 2006 Indian Housing Block Grant awards before causing too much harm, thankfully, at a time when waiting lists of 500 people or more may exist for tribal housing. The block grant funding is desperately needed by the tribes, and once received, the tribes and housing authorities have about two years to spend the money.

Yes, I was happy it held up well the last few days, especially today. I hope it continues a steady climb into December. If my options are in the money then, I will exercise a couple of contracts just to hold a long position in this company. I like its long term prospects. Of course, I hope the HHS announcement comes through big.
I got in, no problem. eom
In one of the PR's concerning the LOI it mentioned that the subject company had drilling rigs and employees. Does Royal have drilling rigs?
Companies do it all the time. It is called accrual accounting. When you send out an invoice or receive a purchase order you can book the income and receivable at that time if you are on an accrual basis. If you are on a cash basis you book it when you recieve the cash.
Accrual accounting - An accounting method that measures the performance and position of a company by recognizing economic events regardless of when cash transactions occur.
You are confusing booking a transaction and billing. You can book it, show as income, when the purchase order is received. That has nothing to do with cash. When the cash is received you are simply changing one asses, a receivable, for another, cash.
Yes, I like the new well being completed and then it looks like they move right on to recompleting two old wells. Their barrels per day could take a nice jump real quick. I like the sentence "Trophy appears primed to move at an even more accelerated pace".
I was in this one before the last run up. I got in at .007 and it later dropped to .005. We would go days at a time with 0 volume. Since then, there has been several new developments. I think .005 is probably bottom. At least I am buying back in at .005.
Well, you guys got me excited again. eom
I hope this means something is about to happen. I would be happy to say I was wrong on the survey. I compared the form 10 and the amended form 10 quickly and didn't see any changes. I am still reading.
One thing that interests me is that EFTI is apparently related to USSEC throught the CEO. USSEC recently merged with Laforza Automobiles and looks ready to take off. Hopefully EFTI may be able to benefit from this too. I wonder if any of the EFTI technology will be licensed to USSEC.
One other thing that I am curious about, I may have missed it somewhere, is if EFTI merges with Cast Crete what will happen to EFTI's biofuel and waste treatment projects. Will they continue under Cast Crete.
I haven't been in EFTI very long and I am still trying to get caught up on everything.
Yes, I worry about that. It sees to be the kiss of death for these companies. I posted the stock structure that I found on their website a few days ago. When I went back last night the information was gone. I assume it was because it was duluted from the Cornell deal.

I took the survey. I am starting to have my doubts about this merger. I wish they would release some news of the progress.
I have always thought this was a great company but I never looked for anything to really happen until 2007. I think the Shell pr was much ado about nothing. All it did was bring in the shakerzzz group who pumped it up then left. I think you will need some patience with this one but I also think you will be amply rewarded.
I think this stock is going to be great but I hate to see it keep dropping, especially after I just added yesterday at .03. lol. Sometime next week....
Thanks for finding out the status. I was curious if the rig was on site and if they had started drilling yet. I looks like they have. Our day is coming.
I guess it is good that PAIM appointed a new CEO, Mr. Jason Piamonte. Maybe he will have more to do with running the company than Pearl. They should probably keep Pearl out of contact with shareholders.
Go to CyberCare's yahoo quote page and you can see the pr saying it fell through. Cyber moved on to another acquistion. I guess that is why the Laforza merger happened.
I'm with you. I will laugh all the way to the bank with you. Been here close to a year now.
I agree, I would fire my auditor if he started giving out any information on my company at all. It is not his place.
Yes, I think the elections could effect this deal. I was hoping it would be finalized before the elections but I am not sure how they might effect it. Once this ball is rolling it might not be stoppable. If the democrats gain control of the house or senate they won't be quick to try and stop an ongoing homeland security deal because they might appear weak on security. I guess the main problem could be the money being reallocated somewhere else.
I am long this stock and I am looking to add more but I have an idea why the pps is not moving.
When I first found this stock and went to their website my first impression was of a one man company and that one man didn't have any oil & gas experience. I passed it over a couple of times before finally deciding to buy in. Since then I believe that Eric Leonetti has proven to be a good business man. He seems to get things done and I think it is just a matter of time before this company is discovered. I love that they usually seem to be ahead of schedule and they keep the shareholders informed. They now have production income and if the new well they are drilling comes in I think this will really take off. They are supposed to have a rig on site today and the possibility of having our own strike this month is exciting.
I am here long term and hope to be able to pick up some more stock in the next couple of days.
That is a good point. This might move the schedule up a bit. eom
unless I missed a decimal...
.0004. I would be selling too! eom
In Sep 2005, still in. EOM
I was looking at pinksheets.com and marketwatch.com both. I had really hoped that the O/S was somewhere between the two. You are right, going from 4m to 1000m is more than a 1 to 20 split. Again, they have a lot of things going so I will keep this on my radar for awhile. I had bought in at .007 so when it gets back there I may buy in again.
Yes, and when it gets there I will buy again. I always thought this one was for the middle to end of 2007.
I have the same problem. I got in kind of late and need to average down while the opportunity exists but first I need to free up some money also.
I wondered about that too. It didn't make sense to me for it to jump on this pr and not the last one. I don't understand it either.
I posted this earlier before today's volume climbed over 30 million. Obviously, pinksheets.com has out of date information. I think everyone is trying to get the information but so far no luck.
This completely amazes me. This stock was a long term play. I didn't expect anything out of it until at least next year. Needless to say, I am happy with recent developments. I hope they continue.
