Didn't ibat just get 10% in sorcia future projects?
Pretty disappointing response David. You belong in a lab and should leave field operations to experts.

It's a bear market, what could would and should aren't exactly a priority v. what is and doing.
Position A.
Now that it's blatantly obvious someone is censoring a public platform most likely due to their emotional state it is a clear statement I need to move on from 1999 technology and utilize a platform that allows opinion and information sharing without the scrutiny of emotional censorship. May the rest of you find amazing fortunes!
Position A.
Don't need skin in the game to share an opinion! I really hope you don't go because, personally I enjoy your perspective and respect the research you've done.
As I have read and talked with you over the years, recently in the context of the sorbents you've always had the reservation that you still do and nothing is wrong with that.
In the context of how many if any were tested or alternatives being used, the text reads as you're saying dr. Burba needs to / needed to find a different sorbent to use or he was using a sorbent that wasn't an improvement from the one he developed at FMC.
Either way I hope your retirement comes quickly and your age dwindles slowly, stay in touch you are a friend.
You're too cynical. I see the discussion as productive. You think he has multiple he saw he has one but burba said he has his but the equipment can use ANY. Mother fucking omnibus.
I don't know or care what he tested as far as other solvents. I am happy to hear him say compatibility because that means a broader market.
Did you enjoy the video as much as the rest of us?
Dr. Burba was dropping hints around all the NDAs, im chasing none of them because well the light at the end of the tunnel as they say....
He disclosed more information in that video than he has any other.
Can't wait for him to talk after the rollout
Cheers
I'm not saying he developed any others, in the video he said his equipment is compatible for others
That makes sense. I just can't help but think for example e3 has a solvent but no technology aka a candidate for this scenario.
The sauce is where it's at but if companies want to pay and use their juice I won't complain either.
Am I understanding what the good doctor was saying in reference to the MEU can use a variety of different solvents, absorbants as well as IX even though he has his own?
Basically companies struggling for technology can use their solvents and absorbents just like any company can use the full burba tech?
Help me clarify
Ana did say they may have been submitted prior to him naturally answering them.
I enjoyed it, here is my summary(great job art);
Start to production less than 18 months;first unit built in 8 months and they've worked out kinks across 2x fab shops (10 day assembly with 9 people)
Omnibus patent; all types of absorbents and solvents as well as IX can be used (including non proprietary globally
Working on proprietary technology that will remove ALL lithium from the brine
LMG > Solar > Solar Steam (ESG Carbon progression)
Dr. Burba laughed at the budget deficit
0 debt, happy with the working capital revenue "in a very short time frame"
Cheesed saying yes he believes top 3 is attainable
Liabilities 1; 19m construction costs (accounting) will be transferred into assets ONCE the unit is fully commissioned on location
Liabilities 2; next annual report will shift Liabilities into ASSETS
Talks with several US developers and some Europeans, has been contacted by other developers evaluating technology.
The timeline is SHORT, he was projecting his excitement
Just like when he was asked my question. Pure disappointment, he knows we know.
It's a discord not related directly to lake. Sorrt
Quite the informational interview
https://www.bnamericas.com/es/entrevistas/la-formula-de-sorcia-para-innovar-en-la-extraccion-de-litio
The current vibe I'm getting is the same vibe as when people were waiting the completion of construction.
Rewind; why hasn't he shown us just a picture was probably the most common question / complaint. Most of the people who asked that or similar questions are gone and good riddance.
It's not my job as a retail shareholder to concern myself with a dr. And the science and engineering he is using. It's my job to calculate risk for my investment and 1 2 or 3 chemicals isn't a part of that risk, either is the location or what companies they're testing for.
You hunting permits is awesome but, once validated and proven to work(opinion it works and has since may) the permits for ibat if not already in place, will be in place due to policy in rapid succession (thanks USA companies).
More and more companies targeting extraction.
Well, that's a nice perspective thanks for sharing. I never really consider shareholder value from current prices for new investors. What matters to me is pre-revenue to revenue and the production of future units leaving locations irrelevant because they'll be producing.
I think what makes the most sense for location of this and future brines the most is when Dr. Burba said "size and type of salar" being a non-factor when it comes to application.
This leaves time on site and location irrelevant for me the investor because the technology is MOBILE and can be moved to another brine of any type.
All the industry is waiting for is this validation.
Position A.
What argument were we having? I've never been about being right or wrong I just look to educate myself.
My perception hasn't changed. The 2 just want more money because of the success of the company. There is no worst case scenario for me in this lawsuit so I'm enjoying the show.
Dr. B
Position A.
Dr. Burba has yet to show his hand, do you think it will come to him pulling out the pistol?
I'm not here to attract anyone. I also don't buy or sell never have based on anyone's words. The company earns or loses my shares based on my criteria.
The discord is easier for direct communication, so was linkedin but I think during your purge you removed those who you thought would be upset with you taking profits or having a different perception.
I am only on the social media's for perspectives, gather information and fact collecting.
My position is firmly seated in position A.
The window of piper is shrinking rapidly and the headquarters has already relocated once. Houston is the next stop imo and linkedin has made that abundantly clear.
Not seeing 99%+ voting data yay versus the -1% nay at this year's AGM was a let down but I gave it 0 thought as the Dr. Burba answered over 10 direct shareholder questions which was something we (the shareholder) have never seen before.
Things moved quickly once they had to make those reports EOY 21 into early 22 didn't they?
If Dr. Burba decides to use that sorbent absolutely. The patent isn't approved yet is it. Mrs. Borgese attended the AGM, odd for the storyline of a social media forum to paint this picture yet the defendant and plaintiffs are cordial.
Have you considered that the lawsuit is simply about money?
I have 0 doubt the statements the company made about extracting from any brine, any size or type will happen. I have the time to let it happen, you didn't. I hope you haven't let your decision to take care of yourself impact the relationships you've made in your journey.
I sincerely hope you haven't distanced yourself out of fear of judgement or harassment because I would not support those who would because I do not.
I am very happy for you and proud of what you've done for yourself.
I never had an opinion on oilfield brines outside of "his first video he mentioned it".
E3 chasing oilfield is great, so is SLI.
There was no hint to dr. Burba signing up for eagle point funding today, he attended according to his linkedin.
You haven't forgot burba can extract from all brine types have you?
Do you actually care where this first unit goes? I don't, it'll be producing. Do I care where #2, 3 or 4 go absolutely not.
What were staring at is, technology that is being validated and once validated can literally be mass produced to be used in any brine type globally then moved and you know the story.
This will be 40$ over night.
Alb, compass, galvanic (I'm enjoying a beverage so my memory isn't drawing others if theyve publicly stated theyre evaluating) a lot of big resources evaluating DLE that haven't disclosed WHO...only one company isn't out there in the market on a podium with a microphone and an internet connection talking about what could be.
Position A.
A side note, burba said himself in interviews that he is convincing SA that reinjection of brine is more ESG complaint. If compass isn't wanting reinjection and burba didn't design his system for evap ponds...I like where your heads at and I want the tech anywhere but logically in the ibat scenario....compass doesn't fit imo
Smackover formation is huge, I think burba is working it. Laxness, albmermarle and galvanic have the largest areas on the ol'map. Alb evaluating DLE dude you know I'm stuck on oil field brines. All arrows pointing to it...."low quality brines" compared to Atacama, galvanic linkedin, now alb and I can't find anything on alb dle companies so it smells like the godfather all over it
No pot, please help find WHO alb is evaluating for DLE

Time just did a piece on lake. Doh

First year speaking at lithium congress...
BMO was a form of fund seeking, not like Eagle point so I'm chalking eagle point as a first
What's the odds Dr. B and Mrm Dupouy have the SLR validation and are bringing that to their events.....?
https://dfsud.com/america/norteamericana-sorcia-minerals-busca-abrirse-paso-en-industria-del-litio
It's like the 2nd or 3rd Q/A.
They released at one point 400k gal a day if my memory is with me still. I'm not a math person nor do I care to see the accuracy of their estimates but I shared it for math people or anyone who is interested in the numbers.
This is an industrial plant that extracts 20 liters per second of brine and that, for example, placed in the Salar de Atacama in Chile, which has the highest levels of mineral, could produce the equivalent of 5,500 tons of lithium carbonate.
For the math folks 20 liters per second
Lots of nuggets in that article. Lower quality brines currently being tested further reinforces my smackover speculation. 300m depth already with the TRILA site. The shipped around September and, as always the wording sorcia group uses with the technology as "theirs" has me still convinced piper will be bringing sorcia group and IBAT together.
