Question. Expansion and Modernization Program Results in New Contracts Valued at $36,000,000 - Total Revenue Expected to Triple in First Year. Geer is a crude oil purchasing company founded in 1945 with five locations in North Texas and nearly $50 million in current annual revenue. Does this mean $50,000,000*3 =$150,000,000
Hey MRS Smith. I was in this last year and this stock treated me well. Glad to see that you are still in it? What's the O/S now? I'm hoping to get in B4 the Beijing Olympics. Hopefully, we might make some good kaching and go visit out managers in India/China as well as watch those flexible Chinese teenagers do their flips and monkey bar thing/(Gymnastic).
Also, this company has SEC filings. i.e, it is a reporting company with revenues and earnings. You need to call/email the company if you are not satisfied with the way they run things. Start here http://continentalfuels.com/. CFUL is supposed to grow gradually, but apparently, I saw some people chasing it a few months and bought at $0.80 without researching the context of the asset allocation from Parent to Subsidiary. Though a penny stock, CFUL is a growth company rather than the momo plays. However, if you are patient, you might get all you money back because it seems to be valued above $3 as it stand. If internal operations and negotiations for any additional acquisitions/mergers go smoothly, then $6 is possible IMO.
Genuine Company indeed. You just need to learn how to play penny stocks.
Wrong. Start here. http://continentalfuels.com/
What made CFUL go all the way to $3?
I think that this will move fast after this coming Quarter earnings. If they make $50 in revenues this year as they claim, then we could easily see it at $3 again. Take a look at the one year chart. It looks like it hit $7. I hope I will be able get some shares at 0.27
lol. Looks like they are diluting everynight.
This PR need to be restated because there is nothing like 1 for 1 Stock Dividend, unless the dividend if of another form. This to me appears to be a forward split of 2:1. Ie, Dilution in the works.
Could be because the O/S might be huge, or the company might be selling on the move. Just my imagination.
It looks like you are using the new MS Office 2007. I like the new excel spreadsheet that allows the users to impute formulas and trailing ratios like you did. I just got it and I'm currently trying to navigate through coz it looks way different. By-the-way, do you see the SYTE buys that went through today? I have a feeling that something sweet is about to happen to our SYTE. Stay Put.
No. EPS is computed by using Net Income rather than Revenues.
How much in revenues are we talking in this deal?
There is a rumor out there that the trust was liquidated and dissolved through distribution of assets to all the entitled beneficiaries and through satisfaction of all the projects it was intended for. Now, prove to me that this is hot a hijacked shell out there that is being used by perpetrators to defraud investors. Just being precautious coz this is pinkiland.
Look at MOSH 10 yr chart and tell me why it never did anything, appreciation-wise.
At least he's buying at current market price
That's a huge ALERT! When management start loading up, then you know that they happy behind the scenes. It's time to follow the wind. Load up fellas coz this train might start moving with the coming earnings report.
Honest Question. I just read the ibox and saw the the Name 'Boone Pickens". This guy is a Billionire oil tycoon and is in the ranks of Bill gates and Warren Buffet. He donated $186 Mil to Oklahoma State University. I do not see how anyone (as the article on ibox indicates) would be able to kick out Mr Pickens from any sort of trust management. My question to all of you is: How is/was Mr. Boone Pickens associated with this trust?
What made SPEA move that high?
looks like someone is trying to load up on SYTE without attracting too much attention. Could it be some good news coming up? I know from the previous PR and after the company bought off 40,000 subscribers, that they are looking to buy more companies. Or was it a merger? Can't remember, but it looks good to me. O yea. It had something to do with VOIP. If SYTE keeps buying all these small companies, the company might end up as a mini SBC or mini COX. I mean, grow significantly to a mid size company. Imagine buying SYTE at 0.10 and Selling at $8.
hey, can you analyze this stock chart for me? Stock is SYTE
Ma bad. I responded to the wrong person.
What makes you think that it will hit 60? The PE ratio is 20 and the EPS is 0.41. Its right where it is supposed to be . Between $7 and $8.
When is the R/M supposed to be completed? Is the O/S still 1B?
If so, heres my computation:
500mil/10 Years = 50Mil/yr
50Mil*10% = 5Mil
5Mil/1Bil = 0.005 EPS
0.005(EPS)* 15(Industry PE)= 0.075 PPS
Conclusion: This one still has some UP Potential.
Did you include the potential revenues from the new 40,000 subscribers?
I'd Assume 40,000 * $20 (Per Month) * 12 months = $9.6 MIl
Lol. That's a good joke.
What's your take on SYTE Chartinater? How long should one hold this one if they went in at .11?
All eyes on SYTE
Ibox needs to be updated.

CGNW - O/S is 10M and Revs are $6M. 4th Q coming up. Could see 10KSB of $9Mil revs and PPS of $0.50
Getting noticed now.
cash dividend of $3.75 per share. The dividend is payable July 17, 2007 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2007.
All restricted. The company is just undervalued and underpriced, plus low O/S of 10mil
60% CGNW. News out
CGNW weeeeeeee 60% up
Same happens to me too. Let's keep it quiet. I heard somewhere on the TV news that Israel had begun researching and developing some high-tech defense systems. Elud Barak's as minister of defense position might be good for our company IMO. Contracts in the now-hot industry in Israel will keep ACRI creeping upwards. This is my last post for now coz we are trying to keep it quiet here.
Are you still in?
ISEE merger to be finalized on July 2
What WALMART news? sorry I'm new on this one.
I can tell you why ISEE looks better than CPNE.
ISEE already has a positive EPS of 0.02 before the Acquisition. CPNE was on the red before the Acquisition. ISEE is acquiring a company with with revenues of about $37M. CPNE first acquisition was had revenues of about $7M. ISEE is in a steady industry where the flow of revenues is easily predictable. CPNE is in the internet services where the flow of revenues is tricky (no wonder they've been bouncing between $1.50 and $3.50 due to lack of consistency in flow of income, but atleat they got off $0.20 after the Acquisition). Currently ISEE is trading where it is supposed to be trading at before the acquisition (EPS 0.02 x PE 20 = ~ .40). When this acquisition kicks in, the revenues included will be about 500% of what ISEE is generating right now (ISEE has revs of $8.3mil, while the new company has $37mil). Combining both figures, we should see and EPS of between 0.1 to 0.2, depending on the gross profit margin. Thus, giving us PPS of between $2 and $4 by the next coming Quarter on the consolidated financial statements.
