Looks like even the I-Hub page is being dismantled. Savi = sh1tty
"I would invite all who post here to be diligent this weekend in finding out why management might have an incentive to get this sp down to the .0025 and .003 range by next spring."
Any ideas? Tax advantages??
Well, what a nice surpise to come home to after a hard day of work on a Friday. Can't wait to hear what other bad news is in store for us from Shaq. Flsun, you still Savi? Ha, thanks for all the pumping.
I was once told to trust one's first impulse because it is completely free, unbound by human logic and desire. I wish I had trusted my first instinct on Savi; smelled like a turd, and now I know it is one.
Remember, we're going to be past 0.02 by today!!!!!! ... yeah ....???

FL,
The name is still registered to the Savi we know, whois doesn't lie; web hosting companies will sometimes put up ads/fillers like the one you see while the page is empty.
Not that I picked up on, Mike ... that's why I think all these theories are crazy.
I don't understand why some of the people in here are hooked on this this "quiet period" notion ... look at the archives, Savi went FIVE months between their two most recent posts ...
FL, if Savi does have an IPO or somehow puts all their firepower onto a new ship without rewarding the all of us, then I would fly to CA and burn their HQ down.
I agree, the amount of cheerleading taking place is unhealthy, in my opinion. I want this stock to do well, but I'm not wasting my breath pumping up people's hopes that a PR is around the corner. We've all heard people saying 0.02 is going to be here by Friday, and that we've said goodbye to sub-penny ... honestly, I don't know if that's the case. Action thus far would suggest the contrary.
God help us all if, combined with the events in the middle east, there is a hurricane in the gulf. Gas will be in the $4-$5 range.
All of this info has been on the USPTO website (www.uspto.gov)
1. On the left-hand navigation bar you go to "Trademarks" > "Search Trademarks"
2. "New User Form Search (Basic)"
3. Search Term: Dynovalve [Submit Query]
4. Click on "2 78653813 DYNOVALVE TARR LIVE"
5. Click on the blue "TDR" button at the top, it will show you a record of all communications regardint the approval.
MommaSaid,
Read through some of the posts on this board. I think you will find a lot of valuable information.
DFW, where did you find the filing? I just have this part of my obsessive compulsive disorder where I need to see anything before I believe it. Thanks! :)
Also, from Google's page cache of www.savicorp.net :

Also, USPTO website shows that their has been communication between Scott W. Kelley (savi's hired trademark lawyer) and the gov't regarding the phrase "Technology is a way of life"
The gov't declined the trademark request on 30-May-2006, and Mr. Kelley responded with a filing on 8-June-2006.
Meanwhile, "Dynovalve" was declined on 10-May-2006, but no record of response comes up as of yet. I check every day, so I'll let you all know when there is action.

Please explain a little ... ? They've decided to change the company name?
I'll think positive when this thing is past 0.02 :) until then I'm going to complain ;)
i love posts like this
Well, it's now been 2 months since the last trademark request was declined ... it'd be nice to see some action on savi's part, especially since they're paying an attorney to take care of this matter ...
I have to admit, it is weird to see so many new people who are so positive about this stock all of a sudden. No offense AnthonyBP, but you're one of 4 people who have become members in the last six days and posted things praising the stock ... just another thing that makes me go "hmmm".
New within the last 6 days:
bobbyknuckles
AnthonyBP
LilJimmyKirk
miami mike
Botkin and this phone girl seem to have two wildly different stories to tell.
"We'll be saying good bye to 1 cent SaVi today."
closer to it than we were yesterday :(
Just you, works for me.
What type of idiot sells at 0.016 when the price is around 0.019?
Gotcha, thanks. I see asks at 0.016, 0.017, and 0.0175 - then it jumps to five individual asks at 0.02. Bid currently at 0.014
Just checking in for the day ... has today's "rally" been spread out over the last couple of hours? or was it isolated to a few large movements in a small period of time? Thanks.
I'm about to pull the plug on this company. I'm even, so no harm no foul. There are too many vague points with Savi that have gone unexplained.
I've asked Steve Botkin three (3) times over the last couple of months to just send one picture of the DynoValve and he has been unable.
They have missed multiple deadlines and leave way too much to faith when it comes to their operational plan.
Their test data is woefully unexplained.
Botkin isn't qualified to do air tests/design/etc... so isn't part of his job DEDICATED to IT stuff? If so, maybe he could update the website once every week?? Webcam? I mean, if they're a couple million in the hole, what's a $1000 to keep us in the loop? Hell, you could write it off as security or something.
I have emailed the trademark attorney six (6) times without response to even the most benign questions. Meanwhile, no progress has been made as to the approval process (check USPTO.gov >trademark search >"dynovalve" >TDR button)
Their financial statements are rife with errors or incorrect numbers (dilution? retired shares? what's going on?) and, oh by the way, are always filed late...isn't the job of a CFO to file this stuff on time??????
Come on, boys, shape up.
With a car that small and simplistic, the MPG being low is certainly not an indicator that the dynovalve is installed.
We should all pitch in and hire some area private detective to just act as our dedicated, unofficial PR guy for the next month. Minimal effort on his part, because he wouldn't have to be secretive.
"Hi, I'm the gentleman hired by the I-Hub members to keep track of your progress. I will just be taking photos every day and logging when you come and go, etc."
FL, great idea. You can install one of those AXIM web cams that users can control (zoom, pan, etc) for like $400. If you can get that through to them then, by all means, do it!
Fl,
"Take a look at #3098 again."
In my opinion, #3098 doesn't really say anything ... anyone who has been reading or "lurking" this board should know that talk is extremely cheap. I can claim that I just visited the facility 3 hours ago and saw dynovalves rolling off the production line and a podium set up for Mario's PR tomorrow ... but, as we all know, no pictures = no proof.
Super Boost, if you can add a little to your description of this important visit, I know everyone on the board would be appreciative.
For anyone else in the position to visit the facility, please - please - TAKE PICTURES when you go.
To be honest, I'd like to see that series of PRs we've heard so much about :)
and $0.20/share
money.msn.com has some story on how all gas-saving devices are a pretty much a hoax. I can't wait for Savi to prove those naysayers wrong.
Neat, any ideas on what this rally is??
What'd 7.5 million run you? $50k?
Apparently we're no longer checking our local news media outlet for upcoming announcements ... ??
http://www.savimediagroup.com/news/
Just to remind you guys ... half an hour before the close, we were at 0.0085. The stock price is very strange right now. A PR would be so monumental, I really hope something comes to fruition soon.
$100 trade drops the stock price monumentally. Awesome.
Anyone know why all the action was localized to a 45 minute window?
