I don't think people know what to do today with NGTF
Yesterday was such an odd drop that makes so little sense I think people don't know if they should bail out of what they have or buy more for cheap today.
Oh I think Friday's FDA discussion is a good thing. Absolutely!
But it's not going to give anyone any answers or guidance ON FRIDAY
That's all I'm saying.
You will not get any news on Friday
That's not how government works. They aren't that fast. It's a meeting that will have some chatter...that will cause them to look into creating a committee to explore the possibility.....etc etc etc
Nothing will actually be decided on Friday.
And there are only 50 states.
It just makes no sense. It's massive manipulation. A 25% dive out of nowhere? On volume heavier than we've seen in a long time?
And super quickly like this? Like massive drops in seconds?
This is manipulation. Or insider trading.
It's not someone who suddenly out of nowhere decided he felt like cashing out at 25% below the going price of the last 5 days.
So what's going on with this manipulated BS today?
Nothing will convince me the mid day crash on this was organic. This was orchestrated.
Why Friday?
No it doesn't.

This.
I think Q3 is the super catalyst. That's the one showing July and August.
Those HAVE to be the best selling months for a line of cold beverages. They just have to.
Plus that is when the most recent distributors will start being in full swing.
Q3 is the rocket ship taking us to the moon. Anything that happens between now and then is just a daily grind.
Q2 will be good. Q3 will be insane.
Yes. I agree. That is what it says.
You said it was THE biggest. That is different from ONE OF THE biggest.
That's a pretty big difference.
Reading really does help!
It does not say that.
It was 'one of the biggest' not 'the biggest'.
Changing the wording is how rumors get out of control
Business lesson for other OTC stocks...
THIS IS HOW YOU WRITE A PR!!!!
Saying you NEED 3 times your current space, and possibly 6 times AND you're on pace to beat your profitable projections for the quarter...
THAT IS WHAT A PR SHOULD BE!!!
It would also be expensive.
Cobra Kai is doing well. YouTube isn't selling that ad space cheap.
There's a reason they sponsored a fisherman and a water skier instead of a NASCAR
It's what they can afford right now
Plus neither overexposes them to the point where new orders overwhelm their production/shipping capabilities
It's up over 1000% YTD
I'd say it's doing a fine job of holding some gains
This.
I need Natural Shrimp to succeed for this reason if not for financial reasons.
I love shrimp. But since I started doing due diligence on SHMP and it's competitor's breeding practices globally...nope. No thank you, ma'am.
The thought of foreign farmed shrimp makes me gag a little. At a restaurant when someone else orders it I'm like...ew.
I miss the taste and I want it back. But I'm not eating the garbage shrimp from bacteria ponds.
If you're not even going to read the posts you're commenting on, don't bother commenting.
KGKG is not performing badly as a stock.
It is still trading much higher than the high 7's it averaged for the last several months since it recovered from that irrational dip down to the 5's in January.
The recent run up to 15 wasn't supported by anything. It came on the news of a water skier being a marketing partner. That's not huge news. It's not bad news, but it's nothing that merited the stock price nearly doubling.
The recent run up was irrational. So it's settling back down to more reasonable sustainable levels now. This is a thing that happens. It's normal.
The distribution agreements are great, but as of now it's still a speculation that the distribution agreements will pay off. I think they will, but they have not as of the Q1 report. They have not translated into dollars yet because that takes time. You make the agreement, then you have to ship product to the distributor who has to get it out to stores where it then sits for a while until people start to notice it and buy it causing the store to order more...this all takes a couple months to pan out.
I an completely convinced it will pan out. But as of today, it hasn't yet. Some of the earlier signed distributors are paying off, but A LOT of distribution agreements came in first quarter. They aren't adding to the revenue totals that are included in the Q1 numbers.
The distributors that were signed in first quarter will add to Q2 and Q3 numbers, which I think will support a bigger run up to more sustainable highs over the course of 2019.
In the mean time KGKG might lose more value from it's stock price today. But I think it'll settle down to a number higher than it was for the last few months. And it'll trade mostly sideways again until Q2 numbers come out with some short term spikes due to news and such. Then it'll run way up to an unsustainable new high in late July when Q2 numbers star being discussed. Then it'll drop back down to a sustainable level that's higher that today.
When Q3 comes out...repeat.
There are X factors in there that can override all of this.
The CEO could get busted with hookers and blow and the stock will tank.
On the other hand Snoop Dogg could be spotted drinking a can of Kona Gold and a photo of it could go viral on Twitter and the stock will skyrocket.
More realistically...uplisting could occur which would be a boost. Or sales could massively outperform estimates. Those are real things that have a real shot at happening.
But you can't completely discount the totally out of left field stuff like a celebrity being seen with the product. Dumb stuff like that nullifies all previous projections.
No it was not debunked.
You loudly proclaimed that everyone was wrong.
That's not debunking. That's you giving your opinion.
I don't think he's smart enough to create a stock manipulation conspiracy. I think his followers just buy every stock he says went up the day before, causing it to be way oversold, which then creates a massive sell off.
Some are blind followers who just get screwed. Some are smarter and know that a peak followed by a drop is coming so they play into it.
So just because he's not part of a conspiracy to defraud doesn't mean he's not creating instability as a side effect.
All with the full support and blessings of iHub too
True story.
Yesterday's run up after the previous one a few days ago wasn't sustainable long term. It was too far too fast. Fun to watch...but unrealistic.
There's just too much temptation for people to take the easy profits and run, especially knowing that it's likely going to have a correction soon.
So a down day today is no shock.
Right now it's still trading significantly higher than yesterday's open.
You can't ask more than that.
50 million shares
wow
Heard it where? If it isn't documented anywhere (and it's not) then no.
Saying stuff on iHub is irresponsible as people will run with it like it's a fact in evidence. (Tractors not withstanding)
Did you sell shares recently? Perhaps today or yesterday?
Specifically did you sell a specific lot of shares?
When Iv'e done that cost basis is all screwy for a day. Sometimes 2
What's wrong with it? Looks fine to me
I don't know if you'd want to mess with Kona Gold by changing the ingredients. It's working now. Don't fix it if it ain't broke
Think 'New Coke' and the utter debacle that was
I mean I don't know how hemp vs CBD impacts taste, but I'd be wary of screwing with something that's already selling well
However....it might make sense to release a 'Kona Gold CBD' line. Maybe call is Kona 24K Gold or something to differentiate it.
Good gravy....the ONE morning I don't pay attention to KGKG in 6 months...
What the heck is going on?
I'm not complaining, mind you. Just wondering WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON?!?!
You should tell Bill Williams that there is no coverage for other fish like barramundi...
DIRECT QUOTE
You should at least get the known facts in evidence right if you're going to LARP as a businessman/fish farmer for whatever reason.
There is a 50% agreement with SHMP for any use of this tech for species other than shrimp.
That is a quote from Bill Williams
That doesn't seem to match the publicly stated terms of the patent agreement
Post a bill of sale for the business you've done with F&T
Haven't they been saying that for like...3 years?
How is this huge news?
It's kinda their whole thing
And you know that
Well...KGKG went down the day clay posted a video
It went up the day he didn't post a video
That keeps the theme of 'bad things happen when Clay posts a video'
You've got to think there is some profit taking coming up in the near future here. 13% for a day isn't usually sustainable without some profit taking sell off
But hell...KGKG hasn't traded like a normal OTC stock yet...why start now?
A lot of what you say sounds like stuff
Doesn't ever appear to BE stuff
Until about 8 seconds after he sells his shares he bought at 17 cents for a profit
Then it'll be the worst stock in the world with no future until he buys back in at 17 cents
Lather
Rinse
Repeat
I wonder what new character he'll make up as an alternate account on iHub this time to 'verify' everything he says. It was Peter last time. Maybe it'll be Warren Buffett this time. Go big or go home, right?
Oh for the love...
The Whole Foods thing wasn't recent. It was like a year or more ago.
If something was going to come out of that it would have by now.
And even if they were a buyer, who cares? Selling the shrimp isn't the hard part here nor is it the money maker. Expanding operations is the money maker and Whole Foods wouldn't help that
Stop pushing this Whole Foods thing.
And that's not spam how?
As a mod, are you obligated to defend advertisers like this? (Serious question)
Nope. People chase a stock that was hot yesterday because of his videos.
They dump in a bunch of money at the open. The share price goes higher than the market really supports, and then there is a sell off resulting from it.
But because there is a bunch of new money causing the unsustainable peak, the sell off is exacerbated and can over correct, causing a lot of people to lose money trying to follow him
In the long run, he's a pimple on the face of a stock. A minor bother that will be overtaken by a company's true value. In the short term, people who follow him lose a lot of money.
It's dumb to chase a stock that's already exploding. It's bad investment practice and only rookies do that. And they lose money doing it. They are making the bad investments but are encouraged by these videos.
These are real people. Does he care? Nope. Because by his own admission he's only here to make money selling subscriptions.
If he cares at all he'd say "DON'T jump on the hot stock from yesterday. Wait for it to correct a little bit." Or he'd do an analysis of why it peaked and what it's future might do based on more than what happened in a myopic view of a single day's analysis.
It's morally bankrupt and deserves to be called out.
And 'students'? Really? Please.
Oh...comparing 1 day of wild trading to 'the past several weeks' where no news came out or was expected...
Yeah...great analysis there, Warren Buffet
You know, stocks do trade flat sometimes when their balance sheets make sense with their current share price
It's a whole thing
Looking at just the past few weeks of KGKG and suggesting the stock was inactive shows you have no idea what you are talking about
The stock was trading on pretty solid volume for the past few weeks solidifying a floor in the .077 area. Did your 30 seconds of 'research' prior to making a video hocking a subscription to your website show you that? Does that factor into your 'analysis'?
What happens with your goofy videos is they get rookies to dump large sums of money into stocks that already went through a large price increase and are probably due for a minor correction. But your minions dump cash in at the highs, the stock goes into a correction, and your minions dump and run at losses, causing the volatility to go up for everyone else.
But maybe 3 people pay you for a subscription to your web site so you win, right?
We don't think there is any value in blatant spam
Or for charging people a subscription to listen to a verbal reading of a line graph
Why would anyone follow this garbage?
His 'analysis' is nothing but talk of "30 minute trends"
He doesn't research, or understand, a company's fundamentals. It's balance sheets. It's float. It's news or upcoming product offerings. Nothing. Just "what direction is is trending in this VERY limited randomly chosen time frame"
He literally verbalizes a line graph.
No depth. No explanation. Just "It is trending up in 30 minute segments on this random day I looked at it"
Anyone who follows this guy's analysis of any stock is BEGGING to go bankrupt
Nothing he says makes any sense. He's just riling up the minions to short attack a stock. All of the minions will lost their shirts doing it. And it will cost people doing honest investing money in the process
Why iHub allows this garbage is beyond me
