Sorry, I don't know who they are, but I assume they are others who also tell you what a complete jacka$$ you are on these boards.
Ok, I'll bite. How about this. For the third time now, quoting Macbeth. Your posts are ... "a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing." One of the few people I know who can talk and talk and talk, and say absolutely nothing of substantial meaning. Do you practice that or does it just come natural? Inquiring minds want to know ... No, not really ... as in truth, we really just don't care. Similar to a mosquito, a constant annoyance, best either ignored or eradicated. OK, you got your response, Happy Now? Feel Better? Is your self worth now somehow validated? If so, glad I could help.
To be accurate, the James Allison connection originally was on the scientific advisory board of TPIV which became MRKR and founder of Jounce which was bought by Concentra Biosciences.
I believe pre the TPIV MRKR merger, as people were investigating what MRKR was and who ran it, there were discussions on several different stock message boards about both Viracyte, which became Allovir and Jounce because both companies had mutual founders or members on their scientific advisory boards.
In the case of Marker and Viracyte, the common connections were John Wilson and Ann Leen.
In the case of Marker and Jounce , the common connections were James Allison and Padmanee Sharma.
I believe at one time, I even suggested a 4 way merger, just for economies of scale and shared research and development costs and knowledge between Tapimmune, Marker, Viracyte and Jounce,
a la go big or go home.
Besides the common personnel, being aware of and following private biotech companies was not new to me. For many years I followed and waited for Moderna, Editas, Alnylam and Isis which changed it's name to Ionis for obvious reasons to go public, along with several others.
I have been following and investing in biotech since the 1980's. Did pretty good in the big picture.
Somebody's selling something. Don't know if it's damn algorithms or damn short sellers or damn profit takers or damn does somebody know they are going to do an offering. But in any case, I'll just stick with ... damn.
That would not really bother me at all. I actually suggested it when TPIV was merging with MRKR, just do a threesome. It kind of just made sense to me, but what the heck do I know.
WOW, now that's kind of weird. I just figured,
#1 If Gilead who already owned a bunch was willing to put in another 11 million at $3.75, I don't think Gilead is stupid and would just throw good money after bad (if they thought it was bad).
#2 I wanted to buy it at 20% less than Gilead did.
#3 They did a Phase 2 proof-of-concept trial for HTC where 95% of patients who received posoleucel demonstrated a predefined clinical response and 88% of patients remaining free of clinically significant infections caused by any of the six viruses that posoleucel targets through the Week 14 primary endpoint.
I believe they started their Phase 3 HTC trial and are currently recruiting at 89 locations around the world.
Also did a Phase 2 proof-of-concept trial in kidney transplant recipients.
#4 Already got the posoleucel designations (Orphan etc. etc.) from the FDA and EMA.
#5 Also working on ALVR106 and ALVR107.
#6 If I understand correctly, similar to MRKR, more than half the shares are held by insiders and institutions (40% insiders and 35% institutions), so 25% "available" float to trade which would be about 28 million shares "available".
#7, NOT similar to MRKR, ALVR has over 7 million shares shorted, which is like 2 to 4 weeks worth of "days to cover", or 25% of the 28 million "available", so if any good news, big short squeeze = Much Higher Price.
#8 As crazy as it sounds, I like the Ann Leen factor/connection?
Please feel free to fact check my assumptions, especially #'s 6 and 7.
Good Luck Phantom, Good Luck Patients.
GO MRKR, GO ALVR, GO Juan Vera and GO Ann Leen
I got a Benzinga report from TD Ameritrade.
"6:15 am ET June 29, 2023 (Benzinga)
AlloVir
The Trade: AlloVir, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALVR) 10% owner Gilead Sciences Inc acquired a total 2,930,870 shares an average price of $3.75. To acquire these shares, it cost around $10.99 million.
What’s Happening: AlloVir priced a 20 million share offering at $3.75 per share."
P.S. I'm guessing that others believed enough to buy the other 17+ million shares of the offering at $3.75.
P.P.S. I'm holding MRKR and NOT selling even one share. If it drops more I'll buy more but I would REALLY like the stategic review first before I do.
P.S. Why when under $3 is on 6-29 10% owner Gilead Sciences Inc acquired a total 2,930,870 shares an average price of $3.75. GO MRKR GO JUAN VERA
I bought in at under $3. On 6-29 10% owner Gilead Sciences Inc acquired a total 2,930,870 shares an average price of $3.75.
Speaking of MRKR, I just started a position in Markers sister company ALVR (Allovir), market cap 330 million. Been waiting to get in at under $3 a share.
Just started a position in ALVR.
This is most likely just a small handful of day traders selling, some retail taking profit, and blind computers selling based on their programs. May even be some shorts trying to take advantage of the much higher prices. When you go from $1 to $9 in a short period of time, those things are only natural to occur. The volume going up seemed to be much higher than the volume going down.
The real current "imminent takeover" is being done by smart investors and institutions who understand the future potential and are thinking longer term.
Too much imminent news coming to sell now. The winners will be the investors who put their money where their mouth is and hold.
The losers, who always were losers, will be those who type their meaningless nonsense sentences just trying to elicit a response, which for some odd reason is needed to make themselves feel validated.
In the next few weeks, we should have the stategic review from CEO Juan Vera, and on 8-9 the just announced virtual roundtable, and then the awaited AML trial data, so WHY WOULD YOU SELL NOW? Odds seem to favor much larger profits coming.
3 words: JUST DON'T SELL ... make every single share bought cost MORE AND MORE.

The reverse split was on January 27, 2023. On 1-26-23 the high was 41 cents, on 1-26-23 it closed at 35 cents.
On 1-27-23 it split 1 for 10 and it opened at $3.46.
The share price pretty much just kept dropping from there and went all the way down to 67 cents on 3-31-23.
It has since rebounded up 1300% from the 3-31 low of 67 cents and up 150% from the $3.46 split price.
January 27, 2023. I believe it was at 41 cents, split 1 for 10, price went to $4.10.
Whenever I go outside, I keep looking up, because I am expecting a big shoe to drop soon. I just hope the shoe is full of good news.
The last time insiders bought big was March 2021 at $1.75. Split adjusted $17.50. Even after this giant price run up, they are still down over 50% of those trades. I don't get why they didn't buy more when we were in the $1 $2 post split range. If somebody knew something, you would think it would be the insiders.
How does it feel to be UP over 1000% since 3-31-23 and STILL be DOWN by over 50% on your investment?
NOT GOOD but maybe soon to even. Waiting for that stategic review coming soon.
With the share price rising and now volume improving, does somebody know something?
I'm going to take a wild guess and say YES.
Phantom, Is this (Catherine Bollard) situation the same one that was talked about on this board a few years ago? I believe I remember the same situation being discussed here.
Phantom, just saw your reply at stocktwits:
"Mana blatantly ripped off Marker. Catherine Bollard used to work with Ann Leen at BCM. When she left for Texas Children's hospital Dr. Leen allowed her to continue research with Multi-TAA. Mana is doing this on a much smaller scale than MRKR and I can guarantee that if Mana tried to bring a therapy to market they would be sued into oblivion by Marker. Either way, I can tell you that Marker is not concerned with Mana as confirmed by John Wilson when I contacted him regarding this manner."
Phantom, is this infringing on MRKR IP in any way? Thank You
MANA-677679 (TAA-T) is under investigation for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), ambiguous lineage leukemia or lymphoma, chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML), myelodysplastic syndrome, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma, medulloblastoma, ependymoma, embryonal tumors, choroid plexus carcinoma, other aggressive CNS malignancies, Ewing sarcoma, Wilms tumor, neuroblastoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, soft tissue sarcomas, osteosarcoma, and adenocarcinoma. The therapy is administered parenterally. It constitutes a tumor-associated antigen (TAA)-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes which act by targeting cancer cells which express WT1, prame, survivin, and mage-A3 tumor-associated antigens.

good retort, great job, very well done. No answers or explanations or acknowledgement of what you have implied and inferred in past posts. Touche.
Just curious, and just for fun, how do you know I didn't mean LIER, as in someone who lays in a horizontal position in their parents basement while trying to come up with non witty verbiage?
(Hint) I dident, I spellezz its rong.
"LOL. The naivety is mind blowing." Please explain what is naive about the post you replied to that said "Because you've said you don't".
Are you saying he is naive because you LIED all the times that you implied that you do not own MRKR shares and he was naive because he believed your LIES?
Is THAT what you are saying?, that you are a LIER?
If it is something else, I would LOVE to be informed as to what EXACTLY he was supposedly naive to.
You see, reason, when logically played out, can only lead to that conclusion.
"LOL. The naivety is mind blowing." I believe you would have to have a properly functioning one first before it can be "blown".
It is more like "LOL. Your stupidity and incoherent ramblings are mind blowing."
After reading all your posts on this board, and now after reading MANY of your posts on other boards, you tend to remind me of Holden Caulfield.
Holden was the main character in the book "Catcher in the Rye" by J. D. Salinger which we read way back when in school.
Even now, I remember that as I read the book, I found it curious as to why Holden kept saying that everybody that he met, person after person after person, Holden said was an phony a-hole.
By the time I got to the end of the book, I realized that NO, everybody that Holden met was not a phony a-hole.
It was, in fact, Holden who was the phony a-hole.
Perhaps you should read it, you may learn something about yourself as juveniles can easily relate to Holden, whereas adults just tend to see him for what he is and pity him.
You also seem to have a bit of Jack Merridew from the book "Lord of the Flies" by William Golding in you as well.
Other recommendations on the MRKR reading list:
The Art of War by Sun Tzu
Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand
Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert Heinlein
SERIOUSLY ... READ these 5 books listed. You may just expand your mind and perhaps just understand it a bit better.
If nothing else, IF you do take the time to read these 5 books, it will at least keep you busy for a while and hopefully give everybody else a respite for a while you are reading and no longer posting your garbage on Ihub boards.
None, I don't post on the NWBO board as I have no interest in it nor do I hold any monetary position in it.
I have noticed after just reading many of your posts over there and the responses that you receive, that you are also persona non grata over on that board. WHAT A SURPRISE, I AM SHOCKED.
March 31th 2023, MRKR price $0.71. 4 months later $6.61. What's that, up like 900%+. THANK YOU JUAN VERA.
YES, "Yawn" does say a lot. It says that I am BORED of your constant nonsense.
As you failed to address "Ho Hum" it means "used to express boredom or resignation."
I suspect that when Ringling Bros. - Barnum & Bailey changed their format, you lost your job as a CLOWN.
OK, sounds like a good plan, you stay focused on governance and fundamentals and please inform us all if you discover anything interesting.
Yawn. Ho Hum.
MRKR should become the next MEME on Reddit and Yahoo and all the day trading platforms. WHY?
#1, because both MRKR and MEME have 4 letters and start with the letter M.
#2, because I want to get back to and well above break even.
We seem to be holding right about at $6 or so. There does not seem to be much selling pressure. Let's hope that after Juan Vera gives his stategic review, the price jumps up more and then when we get the AML data the price jumps up even more and then any shorts still out there will really be screwed.
To be honest, I knew that I was not going to be getting any answers. That would have involved actual time, work and research. I was amused though at the concept that MRKR should answer the qustions.
I did naturally train my pet ferret. Her name was Ferra. She was very smart. I miss her dearly.
Until we get some good news regarding trial data or some other big news, I don't think we will see massive volume.
This seems like just smaller retail buying to hold.
Part of it may even be shorts buying to cover at a big loss to avoid even bigger losses as they pay 40+% APR interest on their shorts.
But all of the above is just me blah blah blah because I really don't know.
I did comment on your NK post:
"NK. I have followed NK cell bio's for many years now. AFMD, FATE, NKTX, LPTX, etc.
It seems the main problem with NK cells versus T cells is longevity, or the lack of it.
NK cells live a few days to a couple of weeks. B cells for several weeks. T cells for many months or longer.
Or at least that is my general understanding of immune cells."
NK cell research is nothing new and there are many much older and much more advanced NK companies that can be discussed, on their individual prospective boards.
But this is the MRKR board where the posts are generally about or peripheral to MRKR, or are posts that comment on a previous post relative to MRKR.
I don't think there a NK:IO board, but if you wish to, you can start a NK:IO board.
If I was to discuss NK:IO further, as you brought the company up, I would ask you the following questions.
Can you inform me of examples of past performances and accomplishes that have been achieved by UKI2S and Codon and Jonathan Milner and Meltwind?
Can you tell me what you think the patient treatment cost differences will be compared to MRKR for their stem cell wNK:IO human NK cells treatment?
Can you tell me what you think the patient treatment cost differences will be compared to MRKR for their engineered eNK:IO human NK cells Treatment?
Can you tell me what you think about the effectiveness of their dNK:IO REV-ERB Antagonist platform?
Being that their therapeutic programmes are currently at the research/early preclinical stage of development, how long do you think it will be before we get their first phase 1 trial data?
Can you inform me of examples of past performances and accomplishes that have been achieved by
Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult and Deep Science Ventures?
Being that Andrew Baxendale the CEO is an expert in vascular calcification, can you explain how that would be a benefit in the advancement of NK calls?
Being that Hugh Brady is an expert in haematopoiesis, can you explain how that would be a benefit in the advancement of NK calls?
Being that Matthew Fuchter is an expert in kinase target CDK7, can you explain how that would be a benefit in the advancement of NK calls?
OK, there are a dozen or so questions I have concerning NK:IO. I will look forward to your answers to all of those questions after you take all the time you need to do the appropriate research in order to answer them.
Many decades ago, a friend of mine who was in the Pagans actually did that.
Brought a knife to a gun fight in NY against the Hells Angels. He was shot. Luckily he survived.
In reference to previous MRKR post # 33984.
He who does NOT know and does NOT know that he does NOT know,
is a fool, avoid him
He who does NOT know and KNOWS that he does NOT know,
is a child, teach him.
He who KNOWS and does NOT know that he KNOWS,
is asleep, awaken him.
He who KNOWS and KNOWS that he KNOWS,
is a wise man, follow him.
P.S. GO MRKR. GO JUAN VERA.
Statements made proven FALSE.
MRKR headed to the OTC. FALSE
MRKR building a new manufacturing facility. FALSE
MRKR has still the same people with no new faces. FALSE
Regulations say MRKR needs a full time CFO. FALSE (see post # 33936 again).
For MANY other statements made proven FALSE (see post # 33952 again).
Yet, you insist that you are always correct. FALSE
Yet, you insist on constantly spewing utterly ludicrous and childishly antagonistic nonsense.
One can only wonder what mental problems or mental deficiencies exist that would cause one to have such a low self esteem that the telling self delusional lies is needed in a vain attempt to overcome or ameliorate ones own inner self awareness.
I truly hope you reach out somewhere to receive the help that you so obviously need.
All of this just reminds me of a saying I heard many years ago which I will post next.
