So now TURV's CEO has scheduled a conference call on October 4th at 4:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. The notice says "Management will be discussing recent Two Rivers developments".

Look. It's not an end of quarter review. It's an unscheduled call. Management hasn't created this call just to tell us the water in Colorado is swell to drink and they have some to sell. They must have something specific in mind. They say they're going to be "discussing recent Two Rivers developments" and they'll be taking questions.

If it's something bad , like most companies, it would be quietly announced after a Friday close, not on a Tuesday with fanfare. Were it bad you can be sure they wouldn't be interested in taking embarrassing questions. So they think they can sandbag the ever suspicious Ming with some good news and make him chase the stock to add more to his position? Balderdash!! Ming's buying more this week and again next week before the conference call. No one can give Ming good news and think they can get away with it.

This has a look / feel ! I am long. II esp like the manageable float here !

So as recently as the 8th of this month as TURV languished at 12 cents should one have bought? Ming did and has kept buying well into the 20 cent range and hopes to buy more even as it goes higher. Ming is of the opinion that TURV will in the fullness of time, (probably sooner rather than later), exceed the $4 general requirement for listing on the NASDAQ and will seek to be so listed.

So you've been apprised in general on Ming's thoughts about TURV. Don't find yourself sitting in some bar a year from now, slugging down one Shirley Temple after another while bemoaning what might have been. Ming just might show up and buy a few rounds for the house to celebrate his becoming the darling of café society.

Either of these possibilities should immediately bring the stock within shouting distance of a dollar a share. After that its a matter of continued execution. Although Ming is not clairvoyant, it seems well within reason that hemp cultivation for purposes of extracting cannabidiol for research and currently accepted medicinal purposes using land and water already within TURV's portfolio is eminently and imminently doable. Moreover, as those initiatives play out, selling water for municipal development at $6500 a tap on 14,400 lots in Colorado City and on 5000 lots at Crown Valley Ranch will tide them over in the interim. Do the math on that.

Based on all of the above, the situation could very well play out as follows. Based on TURV's valuable water rights and land holdings, a loan or loans should be easily secured enabling it to rebuild the Cucharas dam and also provide sufficient additional funds to allow TURV to engage as principal in hemp cultivation in size as it is now doing on an experimental basis.

Additionally, TURV will likely very soon see the merit in combining with some entity related to these initiatives to strengthen its balance sheet and help execute its business plan

Ming has studied the TURV SEC filings. He has spoken at length with Management. He has had a long and productive conversation with a very knowledgeable party who farms some of the TURV holdings and whose family for three generations have been acquainted with riparian rights and land issues in Southeastern Colorado in general and TURV in particular.

Why dabble in well trodden mature stocks that have already seen their best days when you can still get in on the ground floor on gems such as TURV which is poised to exploit water resources and cannabis, two growth segments of the future . The synergy between them in one company could prove very profitable. Based on verbiage in their most recent 10Q, it would not surprise shareholder Ming if they were to soon acquire the means to execute their business plan to the satisfaction of all their shareholders' lust for profits.

It's Not Just About Water
Historically, certain greenhouse tenants of TURV growing cannabis have had a somewhat cavalier attitude with respect to rental payments. So right now, the company is growing hemp on open land for its own account on a small number of acres which without much work could easily be expanded to 200 water fed acres from sundry sources including the Orlando Reservoir.
The math seems compelling. One can grow 1600 plants per acre each generating one and a half pounds per plant. That crop can then be sold for processing into cannabidiol for medicinal and research purposes for $10 per pound.
So applying himself to his trusty abacus Ming multiplies 1600 plants per acre by one and a half pounds by 200 acres equaling a 480,000 pound crop selling at $10 a pound resulting in $4,800,000. Ming was told that TURV has 2,000 fertile acres that once watered becomes available for planting. He remembers very little after that since he fainted dead away although he does recollect visions of pushing a wheelbarrow brimming with coin of the realm into his money bin.
