Not true. Salary and cashing in shares are two different things...The officers take a nice salary. What they haven't done is cash in shares, though not sure about Delgado.
If hundreds of thousands, millions of shares were invested for under 5 or 10 grand, sure, anyone would be crazy to sell SHMP since the money is probably negligible to a portfolio and it can be ignored for a few years. If you bought a little higher and you're sitting on 50 grand or more like I was, to sit on money when it is OBVIOUS there will be delayed expansion that is NOT going according to the "plan" in my opinion, not based on anyone in a chat room's opinion, it is, in my opinion, idiotic. The goal is to generate income with a portfolio when you're a senior. I'm not 20 years old with years ahead of me to risk over 15 percent of my portfolio on a penny stock with a price that WILL be sinking further BECAUSE THEY will not generate revenue this year when they aren't installing the ec units as they said they would on schedule, in other words they will NOT be in full production starting in September, and when Williams' just STATED the long term goal is NOT to garner huge distribution for quite a while as they feel out the high restauranteurs. There are many other SHRIMP in the ocean that will be a better place for anyone with cash that is a better risk at the moment than SHMP. Longs are not keeping the company afloat at this point, they are simply PAYING these CEO's their salaries and allowing f&t to TWEAK at their heart's content to "get it just right" months after it was apparent they could choose a number of options to follow to generate revenue that they are putting off.
Long investment in SHMP is paying hundreds of thousands out to these CEO's while your huge investment dwindles to nothing while it could have been put to work to generate back the money you now don't have for your kids, your mortgage, your car, etc. Letizia is getting free p.r. for other jobs out of this and played a lot of people in the desperation to keep that aspect of this going. The rest of them have, if you investigate, done this multiple times with multiple companies in the tech industry and otherwise they could care less about the welfare ultimately of the investors or the reality that SHMP could succeed. Letizia may care, the original shrimp company may care, but these business guys don't care. It's foolish to let money sit and dwindle to nothing during periods of NO REVENUE WHATSOEVER by a company in the pennies with a sinking pps and questionable timeline that doesn't respond to shareholders' questions or concerns and that has its CEO as good as say revenue is way in the future on the back burner even, because, well, they don't even NEED the revenue while people who are scared to hold them ACCOUNTABLE keep handing them their cash.
It isn't progressing toward any full production, except that they told you so. There is no indication by a notice any more ec units are ordered or going in. They are already off schedule by that alone by another couple of months as no June July ec units have appeared, have been announced ordered, or have been planned to be installed. It's a flim flam and dilatory. If they were honest they'd have announced the delays and why, but it will disappear into the mists as similar notices of deals and expansions have in the past. To cover the game Letizia announced the gas units "arrived" for more r&d, but they are not the ec units that would show production is being expanded to the next tanks. And in addition, Mr. Williams came out and contradicted the entire pr they'd made earlier in the month by saying they were going to do more "tweaking" and would slowly get there starting with sales to some quality restaurants...this is the SAME exact language they have used year after year to offset speculation about revenue...ther is no mention of any plans for legitimate full scale distribution in keeping with the sort of full scale production of shrimp they claimed they would be producing.
I can find no link to the post or language about a 7m lawsuit involving Vista and SHMP that you posted. The link is to the 10k when that original investment was made.
Exactly. SHMP doesn't need the revenue when the CEOs get their salaries and F&T gets to experiment and then get jobs outside this company because of all the pr it gives them, and they don't need to add those extra units they said they were going to in any timely manner and expend the cash as long as the milk train keeps humming along with promises they then don't deliver because they can use dilatory language after the fact...they've been doing this for years. They could have even done what others have and sold mail order, but no. It's why I reduced my risk. I could use that money to make money in other areas of the market I don't like being taken advantage of by wily manipulators running a company with this potential. I'll look at what's going on at the end of August/September, but for now they don't have to wreak havoc with my cash for a few spikes to keep people sadly holding right now.
What does a biofloc nonpublic small aquaculture company using out of date technology have to do with SHMP or their need to mention them in a 10-K? Marvesta and a couple of others are the recognized competition, and Marvesta is pulling in a revenue stream. They use UV for killing bacteria.
I'm not responding to just the 10-k i'm responding to as well the "activity" that is going on in La Coste now and Williams' last remarks. They have done the same thing for years...claim to be doing more r&d and claim to sell to a few restaurants (never doing anything to achieve any revenue in any case) and put off any activity including their own plan to expand for full production while they "tweak," get the stock to go up a bit with some new Letizia equipment, pay themselves their salaries, and make no real distribution deals, which even their competitors manage to do using older technology. I have greatly reduced my risk in this company today I have no confidence whatsoever that this stock will do anything but tank further until 2020, that is if they ever add the ec units going in "every month" and actually sell any shrimp. This has been their pattern of juggling investors who come and go for years now and its the same language going back on the pr for years...same pattern.
Apparently not. The only deals SHMP is making is with investors they paying for f&t to experiment on perfecting aquatic solutions and to cover their own paychecks. They don't have to harvest shrimp for years, and this has been the pattern for the last 18 years.
SHMP, I hate to say after all my support up until now, will continue to tank until it shows revenue. If they are doing their plan that won't be until this coming winter or spring 2020, that is if they do what they say they'll do. The 10-K's just confirm this. I am not confident they will be doing their plan or looking to "tweak" more, as they don't seem in any great hurry about harvesting for profit anytime soon, nor do they have to living on the largesse of people throwing money at them.
The Harbinger legit equity analyst firm placed the pps in a forward looking report, based on the success of the patent and the expansion of the ec units at the la coste facility to full production and distribution, at $2.16 a share within a time period approximately extending to 24 months from the issuing of that report February 2018 if they stick to their plan. So far, that plan has been implementing on schedule. I take their analysis over social media guesses any day of the week and will continue to add shares while they're at this price.
There has been no dilution out of the ordinary whatsoever on SHMP that would account for any pps issues. This is just picking info out of the air to even state so.
I am waiting for NaturalShrimp in NYC I won't buy shrimp from the Far East sold in our markets here anymore, I don't care how "safe" they say they are when we know the mangroves are being destroyed in Vietnam and the antibiotics showing up in Indian shrimp and the plastics from ocean caught, and I certainly don't wish to give business to China when we can grow our own cleanly and safely here.
Actually, a recent assessment put the pps much higher than where it is today a week ago, and stated the company is currently undervalued (someone else can look up that source I don't have the time right now), and I prefer the legitimate equity analysts that did their Harbinger's Report from last February that puts the forward assessment at $2.16 following a successful patent test (completed in February with the go ahead by TPWD to harvest) and the growth of the company once it achieves full production at its first facility, further proving the potential of its technology...I prefer those figures to unknowns posting their conjectures on social media.
It's been stair stepping up from the .09s since last Wednesday at .10s, thursday .11 and held, Friday .12 and held, today into .13, so I wouldn't call this a dead cat bounce. It's a reflection of the plan on track, actually...we are approaching the end of June and it is possible harvesting or announcement of distribution could begin August because of the quicker grow out time with shrimp stocked in April/May.
We are watching the SHMP PLAN unfold, and, as with other penny stock, most notably recent marijuana stocks that had less potential revenue at the time they ran up over a dollar, NaturalShrimp is approaching full production, as mapped out for its investors, on a first facility by end of this year and will then open 3 more in 2020 and then ramp up to many more nationally, more than justifying my first statement. Not to mention income that will come in from licensing of the technology for other species. If watching Beyond Meat, another protein source, with its pps when it was simply announced Whole Foods would distribute it, potential plays into pps and increasing market capitalization before a company becomes a 100 million dollar revenue producer. Investors can only gauge a good "bet" by the vital proof that a business plan has been implemented and we are seeing every indication this is the case here. DD can also be acquired in comparatives of other shrimp and seafood producers in the US and what their pps is with national distribution. And considering no RAS system has been reliable until this final patented EC created after years of r&D by NaturalShrimp with f&t water, anyone following is confident we will not be seeing die-offs and inability to supply deliverables of shrimp on a regular weekly basis, something unheard of up until now with any shrimp RAS system prior to this company. It is a true breakthrough and the revenue potential is enormous, way beyond the healthy revenue projected with full production out of its first facility, which by the way has acreage to add dozens and dozens more tanks if it wishes on the land it currently owns even while moving to other cities.
We may see much bigger movement this afternoon if the volume picks up 4 to 7 million or higher as we've seen in the past...in the meantime, a slower rise is fine with me as it's reflecting the timeline to full producction in the next couple of months in any case.
Anything under the .2s and 3.s and possibly the .04s is a gift, quite frankly, as early estimates once full production is in place are expect to cross the $2 pps line likely the beginning of 2020...in the short term, this is a retrace from the definite bottom at .09 back to at least the .18-.21 mark as this company could announce anytime between now and August it's procured a strong distribution partner.
Yes 14 weeks. The test grew them to 24-26 weeks to jumbo these are 21/25, the largest "large" size within the range of consumers. That's why I've been saying they may begin distribution earlier than expected before all 12 tanks have the ec units installed. If they have a distributor standing by, we may hear by August. I assumed he said that because they are prepared to deliver shrimps on order that size. Not sure if the 24-26 week included the first four weeks larval stage and then growout of 20 to 22...these would be really 18 week including their larval stage.
No, the ready-to-harvest shrimp was so approved for harvesting in February/March and the TPWD GAVE THAT APPROVAL TO HARVEST, something every shrimp RAS company IN TEXAS must receive to HARVEST AND SELL THEIR SHRIMP. NATURALSHRIMP chose to do a small harvest for a public relations event, and then left the shrimp in there to continue to grow and test the system as its "test tank" for observers, and perhaps (my speculation) as well to move toward reproduction as a hatchery as they said that was part of their plan. As it continued to grow shrimp WITHOUT DIE OFF they began to buy and INSTALL the following three tanks into their 65000 GALLON TANKS (REMEMBER THAT NUMBER HOW LARGE THESE ARE) AND THEN Bill Williams announced the TEST PERIOD IS OVER AND from here on in they are adding a tank a month and stocking for the purpose of year round harvesting and then plan to expnd to further cities IF YOU FOLLOW THE TIMELINE. Everything on the timeline has been unfolding as planned BECAUSE THE PATENT TEST WAS SUCCESSFUL, or in other words the TPWD APPROVED THE SHRIMP FOR HARVEST using the ec system.
Peter has never denied his posts. He made a mistake posting that Natural Shrimp would release distributor/partnership info within a certain number of weeks after those March conferences. But he has never denied that the deals are copper-bottomed as in definitely coming. Now Bill Williams has narrowed that down to end of year beginning of next year for full production and solidifying deals. You can either believe they are lying and investing in expansion to make the lie bigger, or quite possibly everything is going according to plan, as it appears to be even by virtue of the Harbinger Report put out February 2018 and confirmed by the additional tanks and stock going in and Bill Williams talk and timeline released on June 5. In any case, there's no way to know when between now and end of year any announcement as to distribution etc. will appear.
"Harvest report" is a made up, speculative term created by people on SHMP social media boards. The only "report" ever discussed was the TPWD (Texas Park and Wildlife Department) signing off in their "report" that the shrimp were safe for consumption and therefore approved for harvest. The TPWD kept an eye on these shrimp and this facility from stock through grow out and the final green light for "Harvest" was the only "harvest report" ever referred to. They couldn't give a color by numbers exact count of survival percentage because they never did an exact count to begin with, they could only report there was no visible die out throughout the grow out process so e&e gave a guesstimate of better than 90%, which is still above and beyond any biofloc system, but it would have been inappropriate to do any exact percentage in a report. This has been repeated in here endlessly, but still, diehards that want to perpetrate the myth of a "harvest report" continue to post about this mythical thing in here. The fact is THERE WERE NO DIE OFFS AND NO VISIBLE DEAD SHRIMP THROUGHOUT the entire GROW OUT, unheard of in this industry, and it was so through the entire final "test" of the patented electrocoagulation system, which is how a patent is given its validity...it's put to use and it works or it doesn't. In this case IT WORKED. PATENT TEST: SUCCESSFUL. TPWD APPROVAL FOR HARVEST COMPLETE. two official reports! BUT NO SUCH THING AS A "HARVEST REPORT."
Actually they may only be 2 months from full production if they start harvesting in August at the faster grow time as they continue to add tanks...if they wait for all the tanks to be in before announcing, it would be Dec. Jan. still not a long ways off.
Anyone know what's triggering this retrace beside the rsi?
TY. Nice to see VRUS maintains compliance and keeps investors informed.
We'll be hearing announcement of final ec units going in and distribution between now and August this pps will never meet such expectations. (Bellow=below)
THANK YOU!!! I was wondering seeing the nature of activity in here that something had changed...I have held a long time and check in from time to time.
Thank you for updating me on that. Any idea how long before that sort of approval happens?
Diamond CBD is distributed across the country in mortar and brick retail stores at this point as well it's not a mystery product that's only purchased online.
Didn't they finally register with the SEC recently as a reporting company? This was the big gripe, but the pr out there isn't showing updated info on this.
They have a refrigerated fleet. They've been a shrimp company for 18 years and have in the past delivered locally anyone can call them or their pr person and ask.
LOOK at it fly UP. Thanks for the cheap SHMP shares with the naysayer fluff. Double bottom in and it's retracing right back up to .13.
SHMP'S NEWEST 8K WAS RELEASED 2 days ago...pointed to the current development with specifics as to the expansion happening right now as presented to the Micro investors group on the 5th. Anyone can follow the charts and information. Crowin's featured post on this very board (above) shows the info.
SHMP'S technology costs pennies a day to run and as far as distribution they already have their own fleet of refrigerated trucks and are within striking distance of 50-100 million plus in major cities throughout the South within 1 to 14 hours from their site....and you do know 90 percent of the population buys and eats shrimp, right? The major cities in Texas alone are Houston, Fort Worth, Dallas, San Antonio (population of Texas is 29 million), New Orleans, Louisiana is within that radius as well, as is Tallahassee in northern Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, Georgia, and Kansas City!
Double bottom in SHMP on the move up. Thanks for the cheap shares.
The SHMP shareholders will have the last laugh when distribution is announced in the coming weeks. Please, keep selling your shares. There are plenty standing by to buy them. ALL promising to sell them SHOULD STICK BY THEIR WORD instead of spending months in here 24/7 trying to convince the longs to do so.
SHMP WILL BE THE hottest ticker on the OTC in a few months, as everyone in here knows.
SHMP's "harvest report," a colloquialism for a fictional item used to discredit the stock in forums, was always the report done by the TPWD, Texas Departent of Wildlife and Parks, when they monitored and did a final approval of the sale and harvest by Natural Shrimp when the shrimp reached jumbo size at 24 weeks, thereby completing as well the official "test" of the patent to grow shrimp in clean water. They passed with flying colors and there was no visible sign of any die-off throughout the process, in fact no dead shrimp were seen at all, unheard of in this industry that has had many shrimp ras farmers try and fail because the biofloc never could guarantee harvests. Never did shmp promise anything called a "harvest report" and no one can pull up a single press release from the company ever stating such existed.
BUY UP SHMP now while volume is low IT WILL go up next week. This is typical on Fridays.
