Net income $1.43 million last quarter! Almost one cent per three cent share! Holding tighter than ever, and adding.
Yep. Filled 0.0301 here. I'm not sure I've seen a weirder sell off. I'm fairly new to this, but this is just doesn't make sense to me. Oh well. Not looking to flip, so I'll take the deal!
48/50. Looking great here.
UAT Group Reduces Debt, Bolsters Shareholder Value and Commercializes Its Technology
Mon, 21 Aug 2017 13:00:00 GMT | MarketWired | Symbol: UATG
TAMPA, FL--(Marketwired - Aug 21, 2017) - Umbra Applied Technologies Group (OTC: UATG) - UATG is pleased to announce that it continues to make strides in commercializing its technologies. This is reflected in its Hygeia product line, which is expected to see further expansion within the textile sector and beyond. In addition, management is pleased to report that the company's debt has been significantly reduced with a continued effort towards debt reduction underway.
Chief Executive Officer, Alex Umbra stated on a shareholder's call, "We are considering various ways to further bolster shareholder value with efficiency being critical to controlling costs, favorable product margins and mitigated operational expenditures. We expect to make more specific comments on our progress in this area over the course of the next two months."
Mr. Crom, UATG's Chief Financial Officer commented. "UATG has significant intellectual property purchased at a cost of $35 million as detail in footnote 6 of our Financial Statements. Recent news on the Hygeia product line has demonstrated UATG's ability to commercialize that intellectual property into new areas."
Mr. Umbra elaborated on UATG's intellectual property, "We have made significant progress on commercializing our technology in several areas particularly advanced textiles, intelligence platforms and the application of artificial intelligence. There is still work to do in these areas however, we are at an exciting period of time for UATG which has already seen significant institutional investment, improved market metrics as well as the 2017 product launch and workforce expansion as result of these technologies."
Very nice.

Earnings were almost $0.01 last quarter! 11+ million assets, less than 1 million liabilities. One of two very easy long term holds in the otc for me.
I don't understand this dip, but I'm not complaining. Almost slapped 5's the other day, and was thrilled to collect at 3.35.
Maybe not the most explosive potential on OTC, but could be the safest investment.
I can respect that point of view. And I'm definitely not someone who sunk his whole life savings. I have 10k at a $0.33 average, and am of course hoping for good news. I'm not saying this charges to $5 overnight, but it's a good enough risk for me to hold with patience for a bit. I made a little money on the first run up, and got out well before $1. Here's to us all making money here and elsewhere!
The statement is pretty simple. The 10q isn't do or die, though I expect good things. I'm sure you understand that only about half of the quarter contained the new management and ownership, and we won't get a full picture of results yet.
What holes are there to poke in this one? Low float, no convertible debt, CEO funded line of credit, and a very profitable last q! I'm being serious here. I believe there was some debate regarding a float of 24 or 30 million, and I'm comfortable with either. This one is rock solid in the 3's, and I'll continue to add if it stays down here.
But the warrants that are now in play convert at multi dollars. They only add to the OS if people convert them, meaning the share price is above $2, $5, and $10 depending on the warrants!
Feels manipulated down. Loading walls and bid jumping galore.
Reloaded down here. After that 10q, I'm at a loss. I was riding free shares, but had to add.
Haha. Solid fib. I got a chuckle out of it.
Don't forget TMPSW. When TMPS runs, that can really rocket. Check previous price action. Volume stays low on a large spread, but I filled some 3's this morning. Is it Monday yet?
I don't play at your level! Will likely add a bit more. I'm in no hurry for the pop. Feels like it's coming eventually. GLTA
Wait, what? I didn't hit 32s, and happily added 33s. I'm struggling to see where I'm dumb here. The 0.0001 mattered not to me. Was just noting to Cheds that I was happy with my low-ish 30s.
Looks like an entertaining day unfolding....
Missed my 32s, but added 33 early today. Seems like a good entry. Great day today!
Tell her I sent a tweet. My handle is different there.
So you're including the shares that would vest in multi dollars. And you don't see how that would only work if those warrants were exercised, mostly above $4.80?
PM received, and message sent. Thanks.
Haha. Sorry about that! One of the most exciting things about TMPS would be those warrants being exercised!
Should've added my sarcasm font. My snarky nature doesn't play as well on a keyboard. I am most definitely NOT terrified of the warrants.
Yeah. I'm terrified of the warrants. Most of which can only be exercised at a strike price of $4.80 or much higher. Sometimes I struggle to see what people are thinking when they post.
Yawn. I'll check back Monday. No legitimate seller would be selling a block like that. Clear loading wall, but very few are selling. Here's hoping some good people get any mid 30s that people dump.
Also be advised that no one sold into the bid after lunch! People are holding tight for the 10q. Probably won't be much movement or volume until then. I know we are both cool with waiting!
Are you still thinking there is a chance at low 30s here? Seems like that would be tough to do. I jumped in a bit higher than I wanted, but would absolutely add again at 32.
Love the lack of selling eod. Here's to a strong open tomorrow!
Added $0.0042. Didn't expect to fill. Weird sell off.
Because of a late 10q? Like many other otc companies? I'm not saying this stock is rocketing up tomorrow, but new lows based on a late 10q seems a bit harsh.
In at 20 in hopes of good fins. We shall see!
I did see that Shana posted an update on twitter regarding the delay.
I do know that when I have a bid in, it's routed through NITE. Or perhaps more accurately, it shows as NITE being my bidder. I use Fidelity. I'm sure that clears up exactly nothing, but the NITE bid, at the very least, can be retail.
Man does CDEL not want this thing running. That level 2 is super interesting beyond his shrinking ask wall.
So you're conceding that the cost of these planes was $1.75 million, and that TMPS got an amazing deal? Got it.
I agree. And in the hands of a company capable of doing any necessary modifications, I'd wager they are worth even more. These will be some fantastic assets on the balance sheet, and the fact that they are using three of the six for parts means there will be no additional cost! This just keeps getting better!
This is probably oversimplified, so forgive me in advance. The company is acquiring 6 L1011's for 6+ million shares purchased at $0.52. As a bull, I of course contend that they'll want to sell much higher than that price, but whatever. Isn't that an incredibly low price for 6 large planes that TMPS is able to modify themselves? I understand that 3 are for spare parts, but on the surface this feels like one heck of a deal for some machinery that will quickly be usable in an underserved market.
Your claims regarding a conversation with the CFO.
That's huge. Can't wait to see the marketing campaign!
No worries at all. Any frustration is directed at myself. I should know better than calling intraday price trends in the otc. Here's to a strong EOD and great months/years ahead!
