Haven't been in nearly as long but this rings true to me.
For one, it is actually in his best interest that the SS of the ticker maintain a certain level of integrity. It's almost like the opposite really.
i'm sure there is better use of your time than this soon-to-be-delisted ticker.
It did hit trips, you just weren't there to buy it :D
Not really.
There have been several ugly cases where previous debt came to play.
Having a Q means bk case may have discharged all previous debt (which is the case with XNNHQ). It is not meaningless as it tells a story.
Unless i'm missing something, which if i am, i'd be glad to hear a more informed opinion.
Agreed.
I'm slightly delighted to find my reasoning per these Qs validated by more experienced traders. These seem the safest bet imho as well.
Good luck.
Interesting.
CEO for Redcat is Jeff Thompson
Also founded towerstream, which currently trades at $1.1
Another nice looking sleeper here.
Not surprising.
Just waiting for the crowd and subsequent filings.
It's a Q so there should really be nothing standing in the way of this and the candidate RM.
what do we have here...

A-19-792155-B
Yup.
Added bonus is 'discharged'.
OTC says 24M.
Chart says float is probably 6M or lower.
All IMHO.
sleeper here.
I'll sit back and watch the crowd catch up.
I think you can't go wrong either way. But you have to account for bad actors (MM activity). The higher the float the more leverage they have because there are more than enough shares to cover their illegal activity.
With a limited SS, it is much too risky for them.
You also have to factor the short-term effect of demand and supply on low SS. When the demand spikes, the movement is usually several bags.
If you are not patient, i'd say the higher SS might be better so you can maintain liquidity.
I like to sit on bid and pick up emotional sells as impatient folks capitulate and sell during the extended wait periods.
Agreed.
I just feel bad for those who bought on the high, i hope it works out for them.
It may not affect us directly but if the endgame is not promising, it will affect all stages of the RM pipeline.
Anyone care to share their experience with $LUXI?
When did you get in, exit, etc?
Then it will depend on the outcome.
I have zero interest in comeback stories.
I am purely in here for the phoenix that will rise from the ashes of this "ticker" AFTER it is completely liquidated. (ticker, not company).
Agreed.
Good luck to all.
Do you have a link to the bankruptcy case? Was it discharged?
If the company is liquidated, this is only RCPI(Q) on paper.
Think of it as an office building that's been vacated and waiting for a new owner. If the case was discharged then a new custodian is not liable for their debt... it is a clean slate.
$XNNHQ is also in play (50/26 AS/OS).
While you are technically correct, the number of shares trading in the float dictate the price short-term.
Excellent rundown of the process.
I believe this is one step (how critical or important is not clear to me) in getting the shell ready for its new owner.
Been in XNNHQ for a year.
All debt was discharged April last year (IIRC).
Company is defunct.
There is a new custodian so there is nothing left of the old company.
This is purely an RM play.
Talking about a split is just ignorant.
??
What are you talking about?
XNNHQ is no more. This is a dead shell being revived by Lazar.
Please do some basic DD.
No idea.
.005 to .05 on nothing... with only 182k traded.
$XNNHQ is a prime example of why this isn't always the case (or even a majority of cases).
XNNHQ.
Nothing when gratned.
A day or a week later, BOOM!
It's quiet now, printing sub 2.
I think it's safe to believe we will put teens behind us today.
This is excellent DD.
"This is too good to be true."
If you are reading this, you should look at charts which had legendary runs. You'll note small spikes that occurred prerun. Those were early-entry folks who were there before the masses.
You'll also notice red candles a the beginning of the run. Those were folks who thought it was too good to be true and bet on the wrong side.
Don't be those guys.
Excellent. Seen this update today.
you sure about that?
Seen. Thanks.
Yes it trades thin, i just wasn't sure the actual float.
The float on this is unbelievable.
May I ask where you verified the float information from?
Shaky hands though.
Wonder what the point is given how small the float is.
LoL. Experience.
I see.
I'm looking to open a position here as well.
Hi.
Care to elaborate?
Nothing.
The play here is a shell play.
XNNHQ is a clean shell with zero debt (see bankruptcy discharge from 2018).
It has had a change of custodian, reinstatement, and will be sold to a new company. Given the swiftness of the progress, there's likely a buyer lined up.
Given the share structure, it will not be sold cheap. Meaning it will likely be a valuable company that will bring more value.
