Maybe you actually dozed off and just don’t remember?
Was your TV on the right channel? You know who Rachel Ray is right?
Maybe you were tuned in to wapner?
Happens to the best of us
GREAT SEGMENT!!
Not sure what sputnick was looking at. Maybe he was tuned to the wrong station? Or maybe he forgot to turn on the tv?
I guess everybody has different perceptions of reality
Cool. Will check it out!!!
Hmmm. Wondering if anybody reputable has seen it yet
Not on in my market until 2pm
Brilliant marketing.
Haha
Good one!
All penny stocks have risk. All stocks have risk. It’s one thing to point out the truth. It’s another thing to make up conspiracy theories, and post tangential information from years and decades ago, to try to scare people. If you think and GTF is not legit now, when will you? When they’re in Albertson’s? When they’re in Whole Foods?
At some point you realize this is the real deal
Might they fail? I guess.
But for some posters to keep shouting “scam” is ridiculous
It’s a young company with unbelievable upside and some debt working to establish a foothold in the market
If they do, it will be huge. If not, they could flop
What else is there to say? Accusing them of fraud is getting old, don’t you agree?
Harris Teeter is a Kroger chain. There are others (Ralph’s, etc)
https://ir.nightfood.com/press-releases/detail/128/nightfood-announces-distribution-in-harris-teeter
LOOK OUT BELOW!!!
CEO here quit on the company and sold off a BOATLOAD of stock in December
No wonder it’s headed for single digits fast!
I would NOT want to be caught holding this bag!!!!
12 year old articles?
Really??
Huge news!
Pregnant media site babygaga did a story on Nightfood and pregnancy:
https://www.babygaga.com/american-pregnancy-association-ice-cream-pregnant-women/
This could get interesting. They said Rachael Ray was the start of big media push
Kroger . Albertsons
Big 2020!!
That’s right!! The official ice cream of pregnant women in the US of A
Pretty valuable endorsement and relationship if you ask me!!!
What would that be worth to potential acquirer and how much revenue and distribution will it help NGTF capture this year??
Incredible opportunity and fantastic piece of business development and deal making!!!!
Took me a few minutes to find that quote
I knew it was out there
“We’ve now more than tripled our supermarket distribution count compared to Q1 of last year. We will have about seven times the supermarket distribution by the end of this quarter as the same time last year, and approximately ten times the number of facings, plus distribution in divisions of the two largest supermarket chains in the country.”
From a release dates 1/23 - Folkson
Of course he does. Conflict of interest much?
He is the executive chairman of CLR, which is down about 36% year to date
Not looking good here. Not at all. Earnings call coming this week
Stock is in absolute freefall in advance of what many obviously expect to be absolutely terrible news
Could be trouble on horizon for shareholders??
Doesn’t “work”. You mean like this is the one episode that MILLIONS of people don’t see?
Maybe there’s a blackout?
The show “works” because it’s on air and millions of people will see it
The pictures I’ve seen, she looks like she’s pretty happy
Are you going to accuse her of taking a bribe?
Of course, like you said, anybody can get on Rachel Ray because she needs to “fill airtime”
Right!!!
Hahaaaa
What exactly are you dissenting? Is your case that reviews are bad? That the ice cream is fake? That the APA is a fraudulent organization?
Misttruths, Empty accusations and verbal sleight of hands are what I see. Thoughtful dissent looks different and doesn’t involve silly accusations like videos of actors making believe they are making ice cream
Maybe Maria said it tastes like ice cream because it was a fake and empty container just like you so astutely asserted?
Hahaaa
Check the hundreds of positive reviews
What will you do if Rachel ray says it’s delicious like almost all the other media?
Selectively choosing is a bad look and yet always in style with some posters here
Some acts are Wearing thin. Short positions will get spanked in due time.
Enjoy your day
How’s the algo doing?
Right. Because...ummm
Uh
Because
Because conspiracy theories and unfounded attacks on Rachel ray and the American pregnancy association, along with generic SEC warnings from 2015 is what this board is all about.
Not actually, you know, discussing the real elements any reasonable investor cares about (both bad and good)
This is a real company with a real product serving a real market and landing REAL media
Stay on topic people and you’ll be OK. Conspiracy theories do not get you anywhere in life.
What I see:
More stores
More media
More consumers
More traction
Looks like Nightfood ice cream can grow into a national brand
That’s the point.
Looks like a great run coming up!
Can’t wait to learn who the new supermarket chains are
Let’s see you get on Rachael Ray.
How many ice cream and other brands would love to be on there? But Nightfood is
You make it seem like nothing
Comical
I do believe Halo Slop ( see, others can be ultra-clever and mature too) did about $250,000 in their first year. I didn’t look at the total of the 4 Nightfood quarters, but im sure it was more than double that
Halo slop is everywhere now, but they also got booted out of some of their first retailers (as I’m sure you know)
Oh I don’t know if he will accept that
Nightfood could cure cancer and he would complain that they didn’t cure chicken pox
Company has a long way to go, but looks good!
Almost 4x revenue growth from q4 last year!!
I agree. Fantastic growth
Keep up the amazing insights!
Looking forward to your next post. Love the vision!!
Yup. Great things going on
Oh wait...looks like NGTF will be on Rachel Ray next week.
Do you have a theory on how that takes place? do we think somehow rachel ray is part of a penny stock scam?
You sure seem to be implying that the APA has no standards or ethics
Maybe they're paying Rachel Ray?? Did they pay the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, The Today Show? Oprah Magazine?
Or maybe you can acknowledge that what's happening out there is real. not actors, not some conspiracy. Just a young company, getting some traction, experiencing some slippage, and finding its way in a HUGE market opportunity.
what do you think?
Hahahaaaa
What’s next?
Maybe an article from 1887 about the dangers of transporting unpasteurized cream by horse and buggy?
NGTF has a great product and it looks like the marketing is getting figured out
Some people may grasp at straws to make it look bad, but it’s a young company with big upside.
And it’s real
Are you suggesting that the APA was founded in 1995 and were just biding their time for 25 years until NGTF came along?
Doesn't seem likely
it's ice cream. people get excited about it. I think it's great that the president of the APA loves it! That's why this company is going to be a winner.
You seem to be against all OTC companies, as you've posted in the past.
I think you're going to be flat out wrong on this one...we shall see. Until then, I guess we'll keep seeing various conspiracy theories trying to "protect" people from NGTF.
Right. The other thing is does this help with distribution or not
Who knows
If they can let enough women know that there is ONE ice cream that's better than the others for pregnant women, and the APA has agreed to recommend that ice cream, that's the point.
It's not about the APA drumming up business. company still has work to do. But if they're going to target this customer base, having the APA on their side will help with media, with credibility, and making it the choice for SOME/MANY of the 3M. again, it could be 1 or 2% and be a home run.
The success of this will largely rely on...wait for it....
social media
Good info. Thank you. Sincerely
No different than Cheerios paying the American Heart Assoc, right?
APA lists corp sponsors here: https://americanpregnancy.org/corp-sponsors/
I'm very familiar with ViaCord, but none of the others.
if prenatal yoga and gyms are receptive to the concept (which, again, you can see on social media) , I think it's a good sign that this can connect with the market.
Hahahaaaaa
The real info is this: the ice cream is in stores, it’s selling some, who know how well.
They said Kroger and Albertsons so that something that bodes well
Time will tell. This is a big potential market and should drive more consumption of the ice cream if and when it catches on within the community. If it does, the company is a hit. If it doesn’t, who knows. This endorsement seems to me to be an important piece of the puzzle
Now, I don’t think there’s much so far that anybody can disagree with
Thank you for posting a warning from 2015 from the SEC that social media is an important tool for investors
That is very useful information and people may find it enlightening along with learning that they can now buy books online and they get mailed right to your door
And they can get there even faster now that we know the earth is flat, right?
You know I think I saw one of those “actors” you say NGTF hired to fake an ice cream production last year in a movie the other day. I think playing “Ice Cream Worker #3” was his big break
Hahahaaaaa!
OK, let's use your number...98% of them ignore the association. that leaves 2% paying attention. (although APA quote says 130k visit the site DAILY)
DAILY
But let's go back to 2%....that's 60K women. how much ice cream????
you do the math and get back to us.
You're 100% right, they're probably not looking for what type of ice cream to eat, but once they learn that they are SUPPOSED to be eating this ice cream INSTEAD of the others, what do you think is going to happen???
Pregnant women read blogs, social media, etc? You don't think this will get shared around?
also, the company has been on The Today Show, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, Oprah magazine...you think NONE of that is going to happen with this news?
the release said "“Over 130,000 visitors daily turn to the APA website for information about pregnancy health, nutrition, preparing for the birth experience, naming their baby, and more,”"
let's assume that's zero, do you think they won't be able to advertise to these women and then have this catch on?
whatever...we can agree to differ in opinion.
I think most people realize pregnant women DO and WILL search the internet to see what they should eat, how to deal with cravings, etc...
If you think they're not, then you must know more about women than most of us do...????????????
so they claim this niche of 3million, then they pick up, I don't know, tens of thousands of new customers...and that grows revenue and distribution in kroger, albertsons, Whole foods, walmart.
you mean that kind of a "cheesy gimmick"?
Or are you saying that you think pregnant women will NOT eat the ice cream that's recommended by the pregnancy association?
and when I say will NOT, I mean, not even 1 or 2 % of them with the other 98% totally ignoring it?
The article you're linking to is from 2015.
hahahhaaaaaaa - nice try!
have a look at Instagram...people are talking about the ICE CREAM, not the stock.
your post insinuates there is a warning about NGTF. why don't you put the whole sentence in quotes??? Because then it would be obvious that this is
1. a GENERAL warning
2. From 2015
3. Totally unrelated to the building buzz on social media regarding Nightfood ice cream
Shorts still have time to cover....
what's next? Another algo post? Do you still think the official ice cream of american pregnancy association is going to zero?
That's a really good point too, and true.
my wife stopped wine, stopped sushi...instantly. without a second thought.
the more I think about this, the more I like it
I think the pregnancy market will be huge.
Do pregnant women eat ice cream?
I mean, it's like, does a bear sleep in the woods?
And if they're hearing that they should eat this ice cream instead of others, you can bet a chunk of them will. They won't get everybody, but three million???
if they get 1% of that eating only 2 pints a week, do that math. And what if they get 2% eating 2.25 pints a week, or whatever...
They still have to make it happen, but looks like a big opportunity
I agree. Building a national brand takes millions of dollars and years, not months
I think the pregnancy market can be very “fertile”
Looking forward to more distribution announcements and lots of growth
