Look at all the scaredy-cats run... more shares for the strong hands... lock it up!
New 8k... Ruby Diners purchase. http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=11090857
Lunchtime slowdown. The charge at the 30's was met with an organized MM wall, and we bounced back a bit. But we'll chip it away. Past the 30's, we'll be getting into "committed long" territory, and this will be on its way to a cent with ease.
Looks like someone is paying attention here. Thanks for the update. Now let's get that 501k approval news.
Does anyone know if BMAK was on top of the ask last month? Just started watching Level 2 this week.
What's with the spread? MM's gonna try and push this up now?
Close above 25 today and we'll be in 30's tomorrow.
So a FDA 501k certification technically takes around 90 days, barring any significant snags or requests for further information. SafeDose was submitted on Oct 28th per twitter announcement. So we should be supposedly hearing approval notification by the end of the month... which would be quite a significant catalyst.
This will obviously start to get locked up as more and more go longer with this (rather than flip)... pretty much pointless to sell before seeing the incoming news... thus, we will continue to creep up..
This PR made me remember something..... (from my research of Oleg's patents)...
Here's a quote from the PR you posted: "Neopor Plus benefits include: a new polymeric flame retardant (PolyFR)"
Now take a took at this patent:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO2&Sect2=HITOFF&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsearch-bool.html&r=15&f=G&l=50&co1=AND&d=PTXT&s1=Figovsky.INNM.&OS=IN/Figovsky&RS=IN/Figovsky
Coincidence? lol.
Quite a interesting coincidence Sherwin Williams left that list sometime last year don't you think? *cough*NDA*cough lol.
Although I'm almost pretty sure that one of the partners is Sherwin Williams (I've established numerous links, see previous posts including one end of December), I don't believe the January announcement is about them just yet. (I believe SW is the anti-graffiti partner).
I posted some DD awhile ago... Don't know if anyone saw it or if it got missed, but take a look... Found a cached Polymate presentation. It lists more potential collaborator names, one of which caught my eye....Sherwin Williams. Take a look..

I spent a day researching all the other non-isocyanate routes being explored (especially by other big players), and what I took away from it was no one can match HCTI's brilliant *patient-approved* method. I seem to recall Dow's supposed non-iso route still uses iso's somewhere along the way.... am I wrong?
EPA action on restricting isocyanates in inevitable. The agency is already touting safer choice products and green initiatives: http://www.epa.gov/saferchoice You better believe F500 companies are secretly preparing for this behind the scenes.
Agreed. Let's not jump the gun. Company's main objectives for 2016 is mostly likely to execute agreements and initiate revenues. Nothing else should matter at this point. Next PR should be the company's biggest. If they can name a household F500, it would be the biggest catalyst you will ever have witnessed.. regardless of the contract amount. Because the biggest issue at hand is establishing their legitimacy in the industry, and consequently.. future partnerships would then progress extremely quickly.
I said this awhile ago and it still holds true. Negotiating an agreement with a F500 company is a slow and rigorous process. Testing, verification of testing, lawyers, negotiations for every step of the way, all while under NDA. The fact it's taken close to a year is no surprise. We've weathered the most brutal, dilutive beatdown, but patience will be rewarded, and we'll see 50 cents soon enough again.
Ever wonder why Oleg Figovsky chose Eastern Michigan University to give a lecture? I decided to try and find out...
For the heck of it, I searched Sherwin Williams and Eastern Michigan University and found this from 2012: http://www.emich.edu/president/communications/bor_reports/20120221.php
"Vijaykumar Mannari received a $16,600 award from the Michigan Initiative for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MIIE) for prototype development and testing related to Professor Mannari’s project, Polyurethane Dispersion Based on Soybean Oil (Soy-Puds) for High Bio-based Content Coatings. This proposal was developed in response to market segments identified by the commercial partner, Sherwin Williams."
So... go to this guy's Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/vijaymannari?trk=pub-pbmap and look to the right under "People also viewed" and you'll see multiple individuals with links to Sherwin Williams who went to Eastern Michigan University. Coincidence, or something more?
If that doesn't convince you... Go here: http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:B6-2qQ8vefMJ:www.rusnor.org/upload/My/2015/article/figovsky/prize/Pol2014Engl.ppt+&cd=8&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=us which appears to be a google-cached powerpoint of a Polymate presentation from around 2014. You'll see the following: "HNIPU products in potential clients’ testing - KLB, Sika, Samatec, MainCon (Germany), BEHR, Sherwin-Williams (USA), Carini (Italy)"
1 share sell today... lol.
From Dec3 PR: ""Hybrid has successfully finalized negotiations with its Fortune 500 Partner and is in the final review stages and expects to execute the agreement within approximately 30 days."
ap·prox·i·mate·ly
adverb
used to show that something is almost, but not completely, accurate or exact; roughly.
"a journey of approximately two hours"
synonyms: roughly, about, around, circa, more or less, in the neighborhood of, in the region of, of/on the order of, something like, around/round about, give or take (a few);
Umm.. I don't see any promises anywhere. They used the word "approximately" and "next month." At this point, the expectation is now set to sometime in January. Sorry to burst your artificial-deadline bubble.
Well, what seems to be going on here... huh?
Does anyone know where we stand in our DD as who this potentially may be? -> Developing a non isocyanate spray foam insulation formula to be used with Hybrid’s Fortune 500 collaborator’s spray foam equipment. The insulation industry is currently valued at $35 billion.
I could see a doubling in some ways similar to the end of September anticipation run, but it may be blunted a bit due to "the boy who cried wolf" effect HCTI has had since then.. people want to see a name or 8k now imo.
Anyone home here? 8k out today...

Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On December 18, 2015, we entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement whereby our wholly-owned subsidiary, GCT Lobos, Inc., will acquire all of the assets of “The Lobos Truck“, a 4-truck food truck operator in Rosemead, California, from The Seawolf Group, LLC. The purchase price is One Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,950,000), payable in the form of six hundred fifty thousand (650,000) shares of our Series B Convertible Preferred Stock, plus the value of inventory and lease deposits on the date of closing. The Series B Convertible Preferred Stock has an original issuance value of Three Dollars ($3.00) per share, pays a six percent (6%) annual dividend (in cash or stock in our discretion), has one (1) vote per share, and is convertible into our common stock on a one-for-one (1-for1) basis. In connection with the purchase of the assets, we anticipate entering into a License Agreement and a Joint Venture Agreement with Seawolf whereby they will continue to operate the trucks, as well as employment agreements with the two principals of Seawolf. The acquisition is anticipated to close on December 31, 2015.
Beautiful uptrend since my last post...
Sorry, I'm getting them all filled up... I just don't understand where these sell's are coming from though?
Hope I can still get some trip 9's today...
This stock appears to be dead until news.
Remember what happened with the run-up towards the end of September? (when everyone naively thought that the contract may be executed?) Welcome to the run-up part 2, except this time we know that the news will be coming, and it's not going to come back down... Enjoy the ride, longs.... you've earned it.
I can't see why someone hasn't already snagged their Mindelo fortim property. Looks like a nice plot of land in a premium, elevated location. (Actually Nikki Beach was planning on developing it, but it fell through during economic crisis around 2008-09). And the other land plot in Sal should be sought after eventually. Hilton is setting up shop on that island. Hopefully Hard Rock will take one or the other, or both.
Yeah.. duh... We know there's nothing on it. It's a holding web site for now. But it confirms they are interested enough in the country to register the domain, and they even updated it a week before the October PR.
Another great PR, and no run. Can anything at all make this stock move up? Probably a F500 name. Also, they just definitely confirmed execution will most likely occur in 2016, not 2015. (the within 30 days statement on last PR sorta left that door open, but now we can assume 2016). Which means everyone's got another 2 weeks to load your pockets with some HCTI.
If nothing else, this domain discovery is definitive proof Hard Rock has an interest in the islands. Keep your eye on the "updated" date on the whois for any upcoming changes. (Remember, it was last updated 9-30-15, and October news followed a week later).
I still feel that the 8k that started this whole shenanigans is very telling. October PR states interest in 2 properties, 8k says they are progressing with 2 properties. Funding most likely is the biggest issue being figured out now. But google Cape Verde development for a little bit, and you'll see this country is the next big thing, and money is definitely coming in. (2 Hilton hotels, The Resort Group, White Sands Hotel and Spa, etc etc).
Definitely appears to be registered to Hard Rock Hotels.. I found it using the same formula as http://hrhtenerife.com or http://hrhibiza.com ... decided to throw in capeverde and bingo. lol. Hope they get to use it soon.
Look what I stumbled upon......

Sorry USMJ, that report is only gonna work one time. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.
Shortie don't play here no more... Let's get a PR (any PR at least) and start the fire.

Compared to the other trips and OTC's out there... (the dark, no revenue, the scams, etc. etc.), the fact that this got here right now is incomprehensible. I'll never touch another stock again that has dilution.
Wow, almost back down to pre-FDA approval... makes no sense.
