Was there supposed to be Oil Wells in Washington? I live next door in Idaho and don't recall ever seeing any oil wells in Washington? There is a lot of Dolomite and now 1500 pounds of MJ at the Washington property though.
$$OCLG$$BIDs are Huge!!!
I drove by there yesterday and the trees are still there and can be seen from the highway even with the storage containers around them. They must be 4-5' tall now.
$$OCLG$$ Nice Hits!!!
I do not know something's obviously proven by your DD. Where did Ryan work before WFCC?
Please tell us something positive about WFCC. For instance what are your growers qualifications? Didn't he come from Laughing Buddha or one of the Buddha's?
I am Wrong
I agree. However I did read some where that Robert Foster was partnered up with some others with ties to the Oregon Wildfire
No Robert Foster is a Partner with the guys from Oregon. Robert Foster owns Oil and Gas refineries in Wyoming. He is strictly a hands on expediter that is diversifying his businesses.
Wild fire has hired one of the most knowledgeable award winning growers from one of the most successful seed bank companies in the United States and United Kingdom.
The Oregon and Washington Wildfire's are the same company. The only thing they transport currently between the (2) is knowledge and equipment for growing the specific strains.
Yes, Wildfire has award winning strains developed in their Oregon grow facilities. They also have hired a Premier experienced grower for their Steven's County I-502. That Article contradicts itself? BTW the tax rate is much higher in certain counties of Washington, Seattle being the highest since it has the highest property values.
Just so everyone knows: The price for an ounce of the lowest quality MJ in the State of Washington is $125.00 today. The Articles that were linked in your post stated that its going for only $50.00 an ounce? That is not correct. Right now most of the sellers and especially Wildfire with their award winning high quality strains are retailing for $150.00 to $200.00 an ounce. The glut is only in the lower quality dope growers that people are avoiding in favor of the stronger strains such as Wildfire. I pass an electronically updated sign next to Highway 90 that has the price for an ounce. It will soon be a listed commodity just like gold or wheat.
that's about right. 29 out of 58 or possibly 60 by now is roughly 50% of the total tier 1,2 & 3's granted
Wildfire needs to make sure that in the structures that they plan to actually do processing/extraction that these areas are 100% rated Class 1 Division 2 Hazardous locations because the state and federal governments can come in and shut them down for any code violations. Because of the competiveness between Tier 3 growers there will always be a lot of finger pointing to the authorities and they all will need to have all their ducks in a row come inspection times. This is a Heavily Regulated Business the I-502.
Out of the 58 50% are Tier 3, 40% are Tier 2 and 10% are Tier 1.
The buildings on the CGRA Stevens County site are already existing structures, specifically Industrial Storage(S-2's). They already have approved permits to change the use of these buildings too (F-1) Factory for I-502 Grow/Producer/Processor conversions. They have already started the conversion construction on the interiors of these structures by adding grow lights, Air conditioning and building insulation/drywall to comply with the Washington State Building Energy codes. The first smaller 8000sqft building conversion should be commissioned by October of this year before the snow flies. Since all the buildings already have roofs and exterior walls the interior conversions will not be held up by the winter weather and should all be commissioned by this time next year.
Yes, and out of the 1982 grower licenses applied for only in the State of Washington only 661 were actually issued. After some research only 58 are actually growing indoors so far.
I have personally been involved with (4) different I-502 indoor build outs over the past 2.5 years in the State of Washington. The placement and size potential of the Wildfire Stevens County facilities is by far the most optimum site with the lowest net overhead cost because it has its own water/septic and lowest electricity rates. The septic and water rights are Huge! All the other growers are on Municipal sewer systems and prohibited from dumping run-off from the growing/process into them without expensive treatment facilities. They are all also on city water systems and paying huge water bills. Wildfire has the potential to recycle its waste water run-off and create fertilizer to re-use and or sell to other growers.
I have seen the Actual approved "Change of Use Permit" from Stevens county to convert the existing industrial storage buildings to I-502 Grow Facilities. I have also seen the Architectural plans for the conversion of the existing 8000sqft building into an Indoor growing facility. Wildfire is not messing around and striking while the iron is hot to become one of the 1st premier facilities in the state of Washington.
Especially Susan
Those are recordings for the federal government if they do an audit of actual comings and goings of cannabis for each legal grower. All people have to check in and be accountable when near the plants.
The pictures of the 502 outdoor grow are 100% legit.
This is a Very Accurate DD/Post! Good job!
Sorry, I was just stating a fact. Did not mean to direct it at anyone.
They are abiding by all the Federal and State regulations. All visitors must sign in and surrender their ID's during the visit. Every inch of their property is under video surveillance and no one goes anywhere without an escort. They have to be accountable for everything to the authorities. This is a professional and legal operation.
10,000
Look what's happening in our country, its no wonder Alcohol and MJ sales are going to go through the roof!!
The Charts, DD and actual first hand verifications are 100% positive. The Train is leaving the Station! $$$$CGRA$$$$
They are still netting between.$2K and $5K per plant. They have approx. 1500 plants that will be ready to harvest in Oct.. That's between $3mil & $7.5mil hall with one harvest. That's just a start for their outdoor grow. Once the indoor gets up and running they will be making 3 times that because of the accelerated grow light cycles.
Your statement "Hence all the MJ news was only an attempted Pump is wrong. I live near the Stevens County facility and it is in full swing and the pictures posted on Twitter are accurate. I have verified the 502 use permit by the county and it is 100% legit. They are a growing running concern and will have a substantial outdoor crop by October. They are currently converting existing industrial structures to indoor agricultural growing facilities abiding by all the federal and Washington state codes and will be growing indoors before winter hits. The MJ news is 100% accurate. If you don't believe it drive by the Stevens County facility yourself and see the progress.
Wildfire has outdoor crop on track for harvest in October. Meanwhile they are dialing in their Indoor facilities to create a massive year round Agriculture Business. Foster doesn't mess around and CGRA did well leasing to him.
Think about it! In the state of Washington the electricity is the lowest nationwide because of hydropower from Bonneville Power. Water is free because you drill your own well and tap into the Huge aquifers. If wildfire establishes themselves as one of the larger high quality growers in this state then they will be able to legally distribute to every state that legalizes MJ with a more competive product with lower overhead. They will also more then likely be a state of the art net zero grower reclaiming all their waste water and growing nutrients and either reusing them or selling to other growers. They will be the first large scale grower in Washington because they already have structures on the leased Cgra land to grow in. All the other current growers in Washington have 10,000sqft or less indoor facility's on city land that have to pay for their water. And higher electricity demand charges. Where the CGRA land is the local utility is chomping at the bit for a large customer to replace the old mining works electrical usage and offering huge incentives. Wildfire has definitely done their homework and are in a unique position to be the premier grower in the U.S. If they move fast.
Wildfire has huge income from their going MJ concerns in Oregon already so they have their own capital to develop the new Washington Venture on land leased from CGRA. They have a lot of incentive to get the Washington facility up and producing ASAP utilizing their newly acquired 502 licenses and permits. I have driven by there and they are not wasting anytime.
If Wildfire only received a permit for a 502 facility a month ago then even if they started a crop then it would not be able to harvest for 2-1/2 months if they were using lights, nutrients etc.. I wouldn't be surprised if they had a crop in October.
$$OCLG$$Great News!!!!
Robert Foster is the Tony Beets of the 502 industry. Follow him on twitter. He doesn't mess around and has done his research and only hired the best from the Best in the Industry. That's all I can say.
I am going to keep accumulating until the 1st harvest which should be in Oct.. They have hired the Best of the Best for Wa. operation. On track to be Wa. Premier Grower 1st then set to be the Anheuser-Busch of 420 next.
Yep, pics will never happen because of regulations, security etc..
