Think about it! In the state of Washington the electricity is the lowest nationwide because of hydropower from Bonneville Power. Water is free because you drill your own well and tap into the Huge aquifers. If wildfire establishes themselves as one of the larger high quality growers in this state then they will be able to legally distribute to every state that legalizes MJ with a more competive product with lower overhead. They will also more then likely be a state of the art net zero grower reclaiming all their waste water and growing nutrients and either reusing them or selling to other growers. They will be the first large scale grower in Washington because they already have structures on the leased Cgra land to grow in. All the other current growers in Washington have 10,000sqft or less indoor facility's on city land that have to pay for their water. And higher electricity demand charges. Where the CGRA land is the local utility is chomping at the bit for a large customer to replace the old mining works electrical usage and offering huge incentives. Wildfire has definitely done their homework and are in a unique position to be the premier grower in the U.S. If they move fast.
