Well i still think after 3 years of audits the billionaires i am hoping will reverse merge Dubai sports city worth 10 plus billion. If they own 92% of the shares. They can sell DSC for 10 billion or take it public and get 2 to 3 times that or 20 to 30 billion. Another stock that might re-emerge that has been working 3 years on audits that i bet on is a billionaire group owning between 85% to 92% of the company. I bet on it for 15% of the float but the bet was made many years ago and its now a do or die bet. There is specific exemptions for thinly traded stocks and the MMers rely on piggyback rules that the other MMer or broker has the shares so they dont have to disclose their shorting because they assume the other broker has the shares. The most common thing youll see when shorts are heavy is double printing of buys and sells. I dont know what the rule is for what stock is considered a thinly traded stock. The one that i know is thinly traded has 286 million outstanding with about a 20 million share float. DBMM has 700 million float it trades at 0.001 ticks to 0.005 ticks. The other stock traded at 50% to 100% spread for comparison. DBMM imo is not a thinly traded stock.
