None yet. However, PHIE, the company with majority ownership in JNTX, put out three Form 4s tonight documenting a total of 1,750,000 shares purchased by CEO Henry Fahman and Treasurer Tina T. Phan.
Strong confidence builder for us little stockholders.
00
Tam T. Bui, Director, appears to be a guy, according to the web site.
Tina T. Phan, Treasurer, is female, and her name is on the Form 4 for 750,000 shares.
So you think Henry is married to Tina?
Thanks. 00
Ali, So the Treasurer of the company is also his wife?
00
Absolutely.
Thanks for your message. Can only reply publicly--not yet a paying subscriber. Used all my cash to buy JNTX. lol

Henry Fahman said to expect "news updates on all fronts very soon" in an email received today.
Go time.

Real happy to see you guys getting back on track. Looks like the shareholders committee did the trick. A herculean effort that finally paid off. Major kudos to the legal eagles.
I got out a while back around a dollar and continue to watch CEMJQ with sentimental interest. If I had some freed up funds, I would be tempted to jump back in. Continued good fortunes to all of you.

May the Peace of the Lord be with you all this holiday season.
Looking forward to getting in long with GRDO for the New Year (if not sooner).

Email from Henry Fahman: PR update soon.
He didn't say today for sure, but he also didn't rule it out.
Just being sufficiently vague to not break any rules, I'm sure.
I sent my question at 9 am EST, so his response was pretty quick.
Waiting and watching.

Funny it just ticked up as you posted. It's one thing to contest aliangel's methods from what you apparently believe is a morally superior standpoint.
And it's another thing to bash one of the stocks he advocates out of sheer revenge with no regard for the other stockholders who hope to make some money.
Kind of negates your delusions of moral superiority, don't it?
00
Carter, thanks again for sharing your in-depth understanding of GRDO potential. I really like your analogy about drafting behind LifeLock to avoid the frontrunner marketing costs. As GRDO hits the ground running, they will be able to pick and choose a very focused message that differentiates from LifeLock as a more carefully developed solution that uses true customer satisfaction rather than gimmicks to get market attention.
00
Thanks, morris2, it's all starting to make sense. 00
Carter, Awesome. Your post should be a sticky at the top of the board. My intuition tells me that is the number one issue that needs to be explained to potential investors.
We are bombarded with Lifelock advertising everyday that emphasizes the "million dollar guarantee." As I said earlier, it worked on me in my initial fast-pass assessments of GRDO. Once I saw that GRDO did not have at least an equal commitment with "$1 million" in it, I just rationalized, "Why would anyone choose it over LifeLock?"
Thanks for your thorough explanation. I'm in as soon as I get free up some funds.
00
You read my mind. Planning to do that soon. 00
Hey Bull, sorry typing too fast. lol
I meant to communicate that there was still room for improvement in the level of professionlism.
There are some information holes... Some links that go nowhere, some that say "to be updated soon", etc. Some of the pages display with overlapping layout, too. And when you click on the Testimonials link you just get their paid celebrity's plug rather than real user feedback.
All small potatoes in the big picture, though. I really am thinking hard about GRDO for my next investment.
00
mg-nice. Now that's the kind of stuff I like to see. Can be exploited with good marketing.
00
Thanks, Kop. Yeah, I seen more credible notifications recently on other boards. In the past, I was a little put off by the professionalism of their web site(s), but the more I read into it and realize that they are truly just getting started, I'm becoming more willing to overlook that for now. Really seems to be huge potential here for the long term.
00
Awesome info, Carter. In my early dd, I haven't pinpointed the answer to one nagging question, so I'll take you up on the lazy route and ask it here.
What about the LifeLock $1 million guarantee? How does that compare--or how does it differ from--the $20 thousand insurance policy from Guard Dog?
Many thanks in advance. 00
interesting---thanks. 00
All righty, then. lol
00
huh? I thought you or somebody said they contacted IR yesterday
and said to expect the PR today.
00
Thanks, Rams... can anyone here who subscribes to Guard Dog tell me why you chose it over other competitors such as LifeLock?
Thanks. 00
hey riz, didn't you say Henry told you to expect PR today?
Thanks. 00
Considering investing in GRDO. Does anyone have dd links to reviews/professional opinions about GRDO's actual product offerings. Seems to me, LifeLock is the leader in their market, so it would be great to see how it stacks up with them.
Thanks. 00
It's definitely our turn, F1. Thanks also for your PM at said site. Go JNTX.
00
Nope. I can assure you it's not just you. lol
00
dude!
00
Time to do The Tighten-Up! Archie Bell and the Drells...
ali, dusty, wonderful Friday shaping up here.
Will be a slow weekend waiting on Monday. :-]
00
"I see no point in muddying it up any further."
All righty then. lol
00
Righty your "optimism" is really starting to show in this sticking point about the divy. So I'll go along with your relentless posting and pretend I'm not gettin no divies. lol.
Okay. Did that. Now time to re-evaluate for a second or two...
Yep, I'm still in. Go PHIE!
00
well we wouldn't want to root for a stock we own now, would we? Might not be real enough. lol
00
lol we're all gonna die eventually.
I'll stick with PHIE for now.
00
lol more optimism?
00
lol right on cue.
00
lol
ali, thanks for all you do. I'm a nonsubscriber, so I can't post on your wave board. Just wanted to say that "righty," no matter how he tries to spin it, appears to be settling in for a long-term undermining of your efforts. Stay true to your principles and others will see through him.
Best. 00
