Thanks for the link, Hoghead! That was a great presentation. Do you know if any decisions were made at that meeting, or whether it was only an informational/discussion step in the process? I think I caught the idea of commercial operation February. The time keeps geting pushed out, but it is still looking good.
I appreciate all who tried to help me figure out the new trading area for LWLG. I was confused because after I read about the upgrade early this AM, I tried to place an order to buy more in my Ameritrade account, and got a note back about special requirements for bulletin board stocks. Apparently they didn't get the memo! I see the price is down at end of day, but the company still looks good, so I will try to buy more soon.
This board has a much higher level of discussion than many others!!
Is this a step above "bulletin board," or perhaps what used to be called bulletin board?
Somebody must have liked it enough to buy some stock, if there is any connection to today's price and volume action!
Forgive my ignorance, as I am very low-tech compared to most on this board, but is the LWLG stuff ready for commercial application as soon as someone decides to use it--as compared to these thinga that are still more nearly in R/D status?
THANKS, Hog. Maybe this later document had been posted earlier as one I could not open, as I had only seen the support letter from Rep. Cheesman. This appears to be very good news for FCEL. Thanks again for all your hard work in keeping us up-to-date.
You and lots of others! The price increase on good volume Friday makes me think lots of folks are expecting price to take off when this converts from an acquisition company to an operating company. My position is very small, but I am adding as I am able.
Hoghead or others who are watching Connectibut: It appears that the document posted yesterday, that appeared to show that FCEL "won," was actually a well-reasoned argument by a legislator on behalf of confirming the FCEL project to move ahead. (Unless a different document was posted, that I could not access)
Does anyone know when and how we will get word about the action of the group that met Friday? They could have re-affirmed FCEL, given the project to the solar company in spite of the irregularities in application, or postponed decision. I would expect the decision to have a short-term effect on share price, though not a long-term effect on the success of our company.
If they reverse their decision and go solar, FCEL will need to work harder on strategies to overcome resistance to technologies that include even a little bit of fossil fuel use. As long as Republicans control +/- 50% of the Senate, we are not going to see any total and absolute ban on fossil fuel use any time soon, however.
thanks to all who responded to my question. I will probably add more today if I can lighted up on a couple of other stocks that are near what looks like tops.
I am impressed with the level of dialogue on this board, and of the potential of the company, though I am not tech-savvy enough to understand everything. One thing I am interested in knowing is what sort of time frame we might be looking at for adoption of the company's technology. Of course no one knows definitively, but I am wondering if discussions ae ongoing so that a major contract might be on the near horizon, of if this is currently a primarily R&D operation with actual sales a year or more out. (I have been heavily inveseted in 2 other companies that I thought were on the brink of major sales--for 8-12 years--and it now appears that 2021 MIGHT be the year!)
Does this list suggest that Groton and San Bernardino are scheduled to go active next month, or simply to meet another milestone in the process? I am not sure I am interpreting everything correctly.
This is fascinating stuff and hard to interpret. For as long as I have been invested in NNLX the apparent technological advances have always been accompanied by a certain amount of intrigue--corporate in-fighting and management changes, rumors of manipulation, charges of exaggerated claims and empty promises. We may never know the full motivation of the so-called "whistle blower." If NNLX's explanation is correct, it does appear it was motivated by something other than a sincere desire to protect shareholders and the public from fraud. On the other hand, if the explanation is correct, I am puzzled as to why it was removed from the web site. My hope is that it was removed because upcoming news will be so positivve that it will render this closed chapter irrelevant. On the other hand, I have been disappointed so many times with this stock that I have to restrain my anticipation somewhat. We should know more in the next week or two, I hope.
Hog--Do you know what the highest market cap for FCEL may have been, back before the reverse splits. I am interested in knowing how current market cap compares.
much better volume today and some price increase--moving back toward the $3 that seems to have been the ceiling for quite a while. Any good news would send it higher quickly--no news soon would see it back down closer to $2.
Volume is lighter today than past couple of days, though way higher than recent average. A little surprising as option expiration day usually boosts the volume. The price swings are following the pattern I expected, though not as dramatic. I would still not be surprised to see under 5 and over 6, closing at around $5.50
With option expiration games today, could go under 5 and over 6, maybe more than once, and who knows where it will settle . . ..
According to eTrade and TDAmeritrade web sites, we just hit $1B market cap a few minutes ago.
Volume isn't bad today! About 21M shares in first hour--about equal to daily average for last ten days . . .
another AM printer company becoming public before end of year. Anyone here know if we have any contacts/conversations with them--and how our produccts fit with their new techniques?

Reported loss per share .42, better than before but worse than the one analyst prediction of .34. Revenue 0.25M, perhaps on track for first million dollar year after all this time. Management report optimistic, as usual. We wait . . .
Price pullback today probably for two reasons: 1. fear that the conference call will bring little new encouragement. 2. realization that yesterday's collaboration announcement was more research and testing rather than significant new sales. It increases the potential, but doesn't seem to bring profits much closer.
If that negative report is accurate, FCEL execs could go to jail. If it is seriously misleading, the authors should go to jail. It makes some very strong accusations in the form of supposed "facts" rather than stated opinion!
Would be very interested to know more about the details of these recent patent decisions, both the approvals and rejections
Announcement late in week of a new stock placement knocked the price down badly, but it is bouncing back quickly. I am trying to figure out a good entry point--I tried to buy just above the price of the new stock placement, but it moved up fairly quickly, with no downticks low enough to please me. Not sure now of a good entry point, perhaps below $3.25

Regarding the warrants--I read over the materials from the documents when the warrants were issued, and I am still confused as to what the actual exercise conditions are now: higher price to exercise? more warrants for one share at old price? some other adjustment in light of intervening events? The warrants now are basically a crapshoot as I see it. I hold about 6000 accumulated over the years and hope they may someday be worth more than 20 cents . . . .
FCEL today so far up the highest percentage among the 4 stocks that Hoghead has been comparing on market cap. Good sign, but a long ways to go to reach goals.
CKPT participating in 3 virtual conferences this week, and also announcing results of current phase of a trial they have been conducting. Price should show volatility but end the week significantly up or down depending on what comes out. Might be good for trading to build position.
They said they were expecting to post latest financials mid- to late Aug. They have one more business day!
SGLB/MTLS MTLS has been on fire last couple of days--up about 50%. If SGLB and MTLS are truly working togethr, this bodes well. Very interesting that SGLBs new sales guy came from MTLS.
I suppose after hours trading doessn't count, but my screen shows a final price of $3.01, perhaps with some last minute short covering. Hoping for even a small bump tomorrow so I can sell my $2.50 calls, bought for.60 back at an earlier high, for a small profit or at least a very small losss
New 52 week high and better than twice the average daily volume, just over 2 hours into the trading day. Looks pretty good. Trying to figure out the best price to sell my August 2.50 calls that I bought when I sold a few shares on the last trip above $3 a month ago.
This is the fourth time FCEL has jumped over $3 in past 8 months. I don't think it has stayed over $3 more than 2 days any time. Today and tomorrow will be an interesting test.
Pretty lousy numbers in the 10K but the folks speak optimistically of hopes for new business. The fact that price didn't tank indicates people believe an announcement of new contract is on the horizon. I am holding a lot of shares, so I hope so!
I thought today was a new deadline for posting financials. They must have a lot of things to clean up!
I too am amazed at warrant action last 2-3 days. Can someone help me understand the terms of the warrants? I know the warrants didn't split when the stock did, but somehow the exercise terms are differenbt. Is is now one warrant to buy one sharea at $40 instead of $4? 10 warrants to buy one share at $4? or, worse, 10 warrants to buy one share at $40? At any rate they are overprdiced, unless some move is underway to change the terms of exercise.
If I had a confidentiality agreement with a good company, for a product I had been trying to market for years, I don't thnk I would be advertising publicly looking for better offers! Everthing about this company has been strange for the whole 12 years or more that I have held shares. Still holding, but really afrraid to buy more, even as we have a fourth or fifth round of hope for something big just around the corner.
MMs expecting buying tomorrow! My etrade and tdameritrade screens show bid of .024 and ask of .02. Would be happy to buy some at .02 and sell for .024--or .240
Hog, you said 2.50 by Friday. Looks like you were a couple of days early!
The company has been very circumspect in their news releases, but they have given clues. They posted a few weeks ago the share structure and even mentioned estimated annual revenue. Recently they announced new deadline for filing, suggested officers may forgo accrued salaries, and suggested they may have the financials posted somewhat before the deadline, which could mean "any time now."
If they follow through roughly in line with what they have said so far, I estimate the stock should be worth around 6cents/share after 10-K, and could pop higher, even before additional news.
If with the financials they post about signed contract extensions or entirely new business, it can go much higher.
If they post news of lost contracts or additional planned dilution, which I consider unlikely, the price will obviously fall.
All things considered, I believe this is a good time to add to positions. All in my un-expert opinion!
