My two year saga of owning CDOC has come to an end.
Thanks for all your informative posts.

Huge bid on AMMG...
Adding here as well.
CSTI,
Excellent call Hweb. I was on the bid the day you sent the alert on CSTI and it helped me decide to get more aggressive on my position.
Thank you sir.
Jason
Cash is a position.
I hold some of OTC and Traderfan picks off this board for the long term. I think I even buy directly from them sometimes. I am not so nimble and I read too much Warren Buffett which slows me down even more.
My favorite long term picks from this board are CSTI, HMTC, RCHN, ASDS, ARGL and CDOC. PXFG was also I longer hold for me but I am completely out.
I never thank them but I read and analyze every pick which I am very grateful for. Even though they are more nimble and more savy (which results in better returns than mine) I benefit greatly by cherry picking their long term picks. And I am damned appreciative.
Back to lurking.

I got shaken out at .30 and before I could slap myself on the back it was at .40.

This bidder has got some legs...
What's a "Par Sar Flip"?
P/E still 3 something...
What are some fundamental reasons or catalysts for DCLT to become a "monster"?
Me too...(but in at .045). Thanks for the info.

Your making suggestions to a guy that is up 900 bajillion percent in the past 12 months?
Could the surge out of nowhere be more insider buying?
FROM the Q: "The current financial statements ending June 30, 2013 reflect an interruption in production and shipments extending over a period of 6 weeks during that period due to our move to the new production facility, which had an expected adverse impact on the gross revenues for the period."
Next quarter should bring waited for results of the new manufacturing facility
Summer is not over. And the Fish are running now.
From the Q:
Shipments to the distribution channels began on March 1st 2013 and sold out within day; production was interrupted on March 15 due to the scheduled move to our new manufacturing facility (see paragraph 7). It resumed beginning of May and will ramp up to reach our target capacity of 3 to 5,000 units per month by beginning of Q3.
Reading the 10K...it appears that ASDS has been active in getting its house in order with refinancing and other activities.
The results were a positive 10Q; yet the stock trades off on low volume.
Any ideas here?

On February 13, 2012, the $1,500,000 proceeds received from the Cardinal Health note were used to
pay off the Capital One term note balance of $1,050,000 with the remainder paid towards the revolver.
On April 2, 2013, DHI secured a revolving line of credit with First National Bank Southwest in the
principal amount of $2,100,000 and interest at LIBOR plus 3.25% (3.45% at inception). The revolving
line of credit matures May 2, 2014 and includes nonfinancial and financial covenants including debt
service coverage and funded debt to operating EBITDA ratios. The proceeds received were used to pay
off the existing revolver in full.
During the year ended December 31, 2012, the Company did not issue any shares of restricted common
stock.
Treasury Stock
211,248 shares were retired during the year ended December 31, 2012.
OTC-
What are your thoughts on ASDS?
Thanks.
Jason
Little volume spike towards the end there.
From the 10q:
On October 29-30, 2012, due to flooding of the lower floors at the NYU Medical Center in Manhattan caused by storms associated with Hurricane Sandy, the Company's Gamma Knife and other equipment at that location was damaged. As a result, the Company's New York center was shut down and it is expected that virtually all of the equipment will have to be replaced. For the nine months ended September 30, 2012, all patient revenue and patient expenses were generated at this facility.
The Company is unable to estimate the time that it will take to resume operations at the NYU facility, but it anticipates that the center will be closed for at least several months. While working to restore operations, management is seeking alternative arrangements for the patients that were scheduled for treatment at the center during this period. The Company believes that its insurance policies will cover all of the property damage at the center, but it is possible that the interruption of activity will adversely impact the long term profitability and growth of operations at the NYU facility.
We should see a 10K day on Monday, right?
Having the best penny stock picker on IHUB (Otcbargains) posting about TUCN being one of his top picks for 2013 today doesn't hurt the chart too badly.
I like TUCN too. The risk/reward and potential for mega-bagger are all in place for TUCN, IMHO.

Do you expect news on the status of the Puerto Rico contract before year end?
Jason
I missed out as well and exited at .09. My assumptions were that a stock deriving its main revenue from operating a limo service would never have a catalyst allowing it to rally enough to justify a meaningful position. About two weeks ago I felt lucky to liqidate 125K shares from .085-.09.
Now I wish I had slept in or was on vacation that day.
Jason
RCHN is a rare keeper.
Jason
I agree. CDOC appears to be gearing up for a rally.
Just doing some fall cleaning. I hope it goes to .20 or higher and you guys make a killing.

There you go.

It looks like I am the only seller this morning. I have a little over 55k shares above .08 left.
I don't know anything one way or the other on this stock....mostly trying to cleanup small positions this week and build cash into NOV/DEC.
Thanks.
Jason
332k volume today vs. an average of about 20k and no speculation or comments?
New England for week 2 please.
Houston
CBO, which way do you think it will gap?
Jason
Nice report. Thank you.
