I think they are all def underpaid but they hold a lot of shares-- which i like. If company does good->they do good ->share holders do good -> I buy a lambo :D
you're awesome!
Dear Santa
I hope your coping wit all the xmas presents. I hope the new 3d printed sleigh I gave you is good and working. I hope the 3d printed gloves I gave you is warm for your journey...and the 3d printed liver holds up when your drinking... Please put cash in my stocking this year (or leading up to next), thanks! Closed green! Come on Santa rally!
From all I've read on s-3 typically there is a 3 year window to exercise and typically companies sell a % of shares and not the full shelf. As well, half the companies sold when pps went up and half sold when pps was lower so there is no clear metric as to when and what size. I think it just depends on how the company will use it and time frames but usually you believe your pps would go up in the future to exercise the shelf since there is a 3 year window. We won't know till their exercised. Hopefully pps is much higher but if they say we will buy, 20 eos machines...would be awesome..hopefully pps is at least .50 before this gets exercised!
My colleague and co-founder of Sigma Labs, Dr. Vivek Davé and I worked in the Metallurgy Group at Los Alamos National Laboratory beginning in the late 1990’s and directly with the co-inventors of the 3D metal printing technology that became the precursor of today’s 3D metal printing.
Not everyone can say that!
Ive always said that it would make sense for GE to buy a stake in the company... but there are endless possibilities.
seems like old news or was pushed by accident...doesnt make sense unless they are buying arcam lol

Seems like it confirms later in 2015 ge will start producing production parts for the jet engines!
Look at all other 3d stocks ...they ALL got pummled... hoping for the big manufacturers to lift the tide in the coming year to turn this all around.

Just Look at the sheer size of these big players moving into the field full steam. I think you need to take that into perspective with the 3d printing group and look at the Billions in backlog each of the big players have with their AM... High level view but you can get very excited about 2015 and beyond!
We are at the lowest levels since mid 2013. All it takes is one solid announcement to recover a great portion of those losses. Only time will tell. 2015 will be the year we all find out how good the product actually is!
Nice! darpa is apart of it!

One thing I love the most that everyone should know:
PrintRite3D is a complete system that incorporates acoustic, thermal, and high resolution optical sensors for quality assurance. The AM process has no system to monitor the manufacturing process and correct 3D printers. By ensuring the printing process, the need for timely post-process inspection will be amortized by Sigma Lab's IPQA technology.
Sigma Labs released news of patent filing for a unique sensor that will assist both process development and quality assurance on 03/25/14:
Acoustic has 100% detection over all detection sensors and printritte has the complete package. If the product is accurate as tests have shown sglb is going to be huge for am. I think the accuracy of the product sometimes gets lost but this is huge to say we can detect product a from b 100% accuracy and can predict anomolies in the metal to that degree. Huge!!
Great posts. Alcoa CEO was on today cnbc and he said their 3dprint has reduced parts time from 12-18 months to just making in weeks. Just by the time savings these big corps have to make the change to 3dprint to stay competitive . Excited for 2015!
#22 on board most read! Lot of eyes watching!
does this really apply to OTC where spreads are +- 1-10%....find that hard to believe
High stochastic means it's overbought. Right now if u look at any timeframe it's oversold so would be below 20 in stochastic, hence would see a reversal to the upside. So no it's not overbought it's actually oversold. Www.seekingtechnicals.com talks more about technicals if u need a read up
sweeet. thx bud
Excellent Work! Please post this as a sticky to remind all doubters who actually owns the technology. Even if certain things are developed with GE help the software as a whole is needed which is IPQA, and we own it!
I was on the ONVO few weeks back and literally the CEO said it takes around 6 months to a year to snag contract. This is a tedious process but once the ball rolls its rolllllin! 2015 bring it on!
All start-ups are like this come on now. IF they were rolling in dough it wouldnt be in the OTC.
With this agreement is also shows that ge doesn't have full control over ipqa. If that was the case these agreements couldn't be locked up. This answers a big question many people had and will put that to sleep
noun: lock-step
a way of marching with each person as close as possible to the one in front.
"the trio marched in lockstep"
close adherence to and emulation of another's actions.
For people who need to refer to the def again
Hahah hilarious post maybe they will copyright air..hold ur breath
Vjet, malts and all 3d stocks are down why would sglb outperform if the markets down? Take it in context I think your login can be denied here
When was this dated? Past project?
