Upon effectiveness of the Reverse Split, proportionate adjustments are generally required to be made to the per share conversion price of convertible or exchangeable securities, such as preferred stock. In addition, proportionate adjustments are generally required to be made to the per share exercise price and the number of shares issuable upon the exercise of all outstanding options and warrants entitling the holders to purchase, exchange for, or convert into, shares of Common Stock. This would result in approximately the same aggregate price being paid under such options and warrants upon exercise, and approximately the same value of shares of Common Stock being delivered upon such exercise, immediately following the Reverse Split as was the case immediately preceding the Reverse Split. The number of shares deliverable upon settlement or vesting of restricted stock awards will be similarly adjusted, subject to our treatment of fractional shares. The number of shares reserved for issuance pursuant to these securities will be adjusted proportionately, subject to our treatment of fractional s
You didn't add yourself to that equation. So the shareholder letter was a lie, omg, better call the sec. Lol. I'd say you're wrong and your chain of bashing comments clearly shows your agenda. I'll take care of myself. You can move on from this board. Scaring people out of there $ is not cool!

Blah, blah, blah. You literally talk to ir weekly. The one who said your interested in investing in this company after the r/s...hmmm. seems more like you have an agenda. Did you read the shareholder letter or receive one? Probably not. The figures I quoted are from that letter. Not an ihub boiler room person.
After the Reverse Split, there will be approximately 2,319,311 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding.
Outstanding shares, outstanding shares, outstanding shares, outstanding shares. Not authorized. How many times do we have to do this. Just move on, come back after the r/s in October (my guess). Then you will see.
Imo smart money plays this off the Q1 and q2 reports if your truly believe the float will be 60 post r/s. I don't because they will not be outstanding shares just authorized common shares. The equity stake remains the same. But this company will not r/s until the pps is higher. What brings it higher? News and revenues. Where will those revenues be presented? In the quarterly reports. With a 160 million in revenue this company is going nasdaq for sure. Make money now or wait a year and make a little then. That's my thought. Good luck
Bla, Bla , bla, yes the company lies in there 8k's about post r/s float shares and equity. Whatever. Q1 and q2 explosion. If your worried about what the company stated is untrue file a sec complaint. Move on. Come back after the r/s. Which may be end of the year. In the mean time holders will have at least a 4 to 5 bagger imo.
They have to liquidate. Can't hold otc pinks.
Be careful here, without news on buying pressure don't get trapped, still many institutions that have to clear there holdings.
Lol, some day.
Ceo change has nothing to do with the pps of this stock, it's all revenues and potential real revenues thru mmpr and or controlled substance license. Bill Fleming did squat for this co, I'm excited to see what new eyes do.
Sune will never be 1.5, suneq I doubt either. Will it find a channel yes. Will flippers make a crap load, yes! I wish I had prior bk stock play experience. The volume and exposure is rare.
Not one bit. 0. I'm sure it's their speciality bk litigation. Let's say they represented 200 companies since then. What other companies have they retained any % of shareholder equity? Besides they aren't magicians, it's all going to boil down to the numbers and the judges decision not the attorneys. Attorneys don't give a s#%@ about you or us only $.
Hell it was so cold here today that I seen an attorney with his hands in his own pockets! Lol
Pivotal week here for trtc. Interesting to see if the bulls can stay in charge or if some profit taking takes place. MACD crossing over for the first time in a while. I agree a great company with great potential but the almost 1/2 billion shares in the float could make it very flammable if the bears get control. Strong watch for sure!
Boy this thing is really getting pumped here hard this weekend! I wonder how many times American Airlines gets brought up in bk's? I think that is the exception instead of the rule. 2 things to weigh. Short covering and institutional holders that have to sell by there own bylaws in investing. Allot of noise, somewhere is the truth. Who knows? Any crystal balls out there?
Exactly, getting old. Your equity in this company is the same pre r/so as after. Plus they won't split this until a big earnings release. I'm not worried. This should be at .15 pps right now with eps of .01 and a p/e of 15.
HAPPY EARTH DAY! IRONY AT ITS FINEST! So what have we learned from a BK of the largest clean energy company in history? 1. As much as certain political affiliations love to talk green energy , they decided to sit on the sidelines when this thing crashed (unlike gm or the big banks) . 2. Two billionaires got richer on this (tepper and our company insider dumper )
So once again the little guy gets squashed, political posturing is just that. NO ONE really cares about the environment and green energy is just a tool to get the richer richer.
I'm going to go fill up my suburban and let it idle all lunch! Lol
What happened to their common shareholders? Not familiar with this company.
If any seasoned trader will be kind enough to do that I would certainly pass that on to you also. Can you pm me yourself?
Long and short of this, the shorts don't want to hold there positions for months or years they want to stay liquid. So they will wait until what they feel is bottom then cover. Then it will run up a bit. This will bounce off that mark until all them cover or most. So whatever the market deems the bottom is for now it will go up a bit. My guess will start around .05 to .07 drop at the end day. Bounce 50 to 60% the next day.
Can we stop the I told you so's here. Real people lost real money. Go pat yourself on the back. Don't brag. I'd appreciate a seasoned day trader to pm me with there email to help me assist in playing this smart. I'd like to get some $ back also. I don't have a paid service so I can't pm but will be very appreciative for the help!
A smart company looking at buying assets or just a buy out could buy on the open market 10 mil shares and make back most of its capital just on the pps . So much shady crap when this is in penny land.
I think you should stop scaring people out of there $. Make it a billion shares, I don't care unless they enter the float. There is a vast difference between authorized and outstanding. Call that secretary back and ask her if she knows the difference.
After the Reverse Split, there will be approximately 2,319,311 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding, the exact number to be determined after effectiveness of the Reverse Split based on the number of shares of Common Stock outstanding at the time the Reverse Split is effected and on the rounding up to the next whole share for fractional shares, as discussed below under “Action One ? Amendment to the Company’s Articles of Incorporation to Effectuate the Reverse Stock Split ? Treatment of Fractional Shares.”
Yes the common will go up but the are not issued common only authorized. Who's lying the 14c they issued, a secretary, or you?
That's because you're trying to get cheap shares. Reread , your wrong
Two points. 1. Increasing those d and f stock to the common float (which it isn't on time of r/s) would expose the company to a takeover by a small few ( this is addressed in there if you read it) 2. This thing will not split until it at least reaches .20 pps , in order to get institutions to invest there pps has to be over a dollar for an extended amount of time, this might not split until after q2 report. In the mean time you're selling your shares at .04. Gltu
Each stockholder’s proportionate ownership of the issued and outstanding shares of our Common Stock will remain the same. With the exception of adjustments for those stockholders with fractional shares, the Reverse Split will not affect any stockholder’s proportional equity interest in the Company in relation to other stockholders or right
What's the freak out here today? States your equity state remains the same post rs. Just that d and f convert to common but not into the float.
I'm out also. No response. The thing that got me was that his listings of tickers for sale and igpk still active for sale. Someone should report Tracey to the sec. He pumped this stock with his orangedash.com site with a rocket ship and a countdown. That is misleading. Anyone else w me?
If a buyout happens, set a sell order extremely high. Then the MM'S can't borrow your share's and it will force a hard and fast squeeze. Very important. Pass that along!
Oil 39.50. Huh?.I thought oil was suppose to tank. Lol. No one thought there would be an opec deal from the start. Business as usual.
Wish I could of got some early am shares!
I do believe the report out of India that says we will hear in the next couple days. It's not a rueters story with an agenda. My thought is the whole thing gets sold and soon.
Assets or the entire company! There would be no reason for bk after you sell assets. They could keep those assets in bk by restructuring that debt. So this company is either getting bought out by that company from India entirely or just those assets which would cash flow them thru the year. Either way i really doubt bk. My thoughts.
Old news, buy out new news! Booom!
I bet sune has a little bit of a bone to pick with tepper, wouldn't that be great if the DIP talk and release was a little trap to get apaloosa to short this more. I bet they are leveraged to the hilt on this one. Granted I'm sure they made a ton on the way down but could loose there company on a margin call for there positions if they can't cover billions in short positions. Might be very interesting.
Trading places style.
Any guesses on that controlled substance timeline? Anyone have any investor relation communication lately?
How's that bone cream selling? What happened to bdog?! Lol remember him. What a prognosticator. Lol
BuYout!? Wow! Had a sale order in for Monday. I'm cancelling that immediately!
So in the article it stated "company" , then later stated "assets ".
Any thoughts on the two scenarios? If they do a straight buy out then everything is status quo?
If it is just assets then what?
Opinions please.
Any new investor relations correspondence lately?
I think your correct. I'm getting nothing back from anyone.
