Each stockholder’s proportionate ownership of the issued and outstanding shares of our Common Stock will remain the same. With the exception of adjustments for those stockholders with fractional shares, the Reverse Split will not affect any stockholder’s proportional equity interest in the Company in relation to other stockholders or right
