The objective is to increase the share price to move to NASDAQ. The objective of many other reverse splits that I have endured has been more sinister. This is actually the first rsplit of this nature for me.

The number of shares available at that point would be roughly 1/5 and on a major exchange. Sounds like a nice recipe for a stock with some explosive potential.

Planning to ignore the volatility.

Oh yeah, and they still need to announce the ground breaking on the additional ultra premium facility this "summer". Another 15k kg at an even better price point.

Seasonality is my thought. Guessing 1-3 more weeks under the 50 Weekly MA and then a shift.
