Ok, here's one of my questions. They are getting all these new machines (great!), but where did they get the money to buy them. Did they issue new shares (the answer seems to be no), did they enter into some kind of Convertible Note agreement ( there has been no indication of that yet), or did they sell some bitcoin to raise the capital? Now, if they DID sell some Bitcoin to purchase it then that would mean they ACTUALLY possess some bitcoin. I honestly don't know, but I hope it was the last one. If anyone knows where they got money to purchase new equipment (and can prove it) I'm all ears.
I'm giving them a week to see if the OTC website is updated or a VERY good reason why it hasn't been. Either they are legit and the booster thrust will put them into the stratosphere (hate the moon thing - it's always proven to be bad luck as it shows over-enthusiasm & euphoria just before a crash), or they aren't and can't prove anything they say per that Ahole George Sharp. We shall see. In the mean time I'll be very happy to ride it up.

He deleted some my posts, but hasn't blocked me yet (I'm Rope111).
I sent this to IR:
Hello,
I currently hold 335.5k shares in your company. I have been conversing with George Sharp who seems to have a very serious problem with your company. https://twitter.com/GeorgeASharp I asked him if I spoke to you if there is anything he would like me to ask you. He said "Why are you trying to cheat the public." Because you have not provided any proof that you actually have any bitcoin at all, and because you haven't filed (yes I saw the tweet that paperwork will be filed shortly), I'm really wondering if I should be holding shares in CCTL. I hope you will respond with something of substance.
Thank You for your time, xxxxx
It why I'm waiting to see the paperwork the (supposedly)filed. If it isn't filed shortly this is no longer a buy and hold.
Further discussion. Should I ask him to apologize?
How could Fortune verify $CCTL's holdings? The company doesn't have a working phone number.

Here's the whole thing. I hate Twitter, and I never know if what I can see is what you can see. https://twitter.com/xgin11/status/1360431198766436355
Just had a rather heated discussion with George Sharp on Twitter. He didn't appreciate it when I told him I sold FORW to buy CCTL. I wasn't trying to be an AHole, I really did.
:~)
No, hadn't seen that until today. I based selling at $.006 on that being extremely high compared to past experiences with the stock. It would usually retreat when it got that high. The company still has a lot to prove to me before I really believe them. The difference this time is with their posts on Twitter, if they're lying, they'll be sued for everything they've got. https://twitter.com/CoinCitadelCCTL
They've promised the documents are done & they'll soon be current. Also, that their bitcoin holdings have been verified. I'm waiting, and if they don't deliver I pull the plug. I have 335,500@$.0162.
Post made on Reddit that I picked up on Twits. Seems to objectivly sum things up pretty well. https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/kxae5y/cctl_coincitadel_undervalued_bitcoinblockchain/
I mentioned us to Blonity hoping he would mention us.

Hello sir. I was wondering if you have ever taken a look at CCTL. If they actually do what they say they're doing they are very undervalued. https://twitter.com/CoinCitadelCCTL I helped turn people on to Argo here because of your videos by starting a BB on Investors Hub.
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCPJvLknI9JEwW_p4m8xaAow
So, I've sold this at $.0035, and $.0055, and the last time was last week at $.0060 because I thought it was near it's high. Of course just after that Musk said he bought $1.5B for Tesla. I swallowed my pride, and bought back in because fundamentals for bitcoin, and fundamentals for the company what with the company saying they're getting rid of the STOP sign, and their bitcoin holding have been verified by Fortune Magazine. Now, if they're lying, I want to be part of the law suit. If they're telling the truth about the above PLUS getting new equipment it seems to me this is no pump and dump. People say a dollar, but I want to see a dime first. I really think it's doable. https://twitter.com/CoinCitadelCCTL
My thinking is identical to yours. Buy now or buy more Tuesday could lead to a nice last hour is what I'm thinking.

CCTL is mentioned in Fortune article on Public Companies with Bitcoin Holdings. CCTL might be the smallest company, but its still in the game. We were also the earliest! (Fortune did reach out to Coin Citadel to verify Bitcoin Holdings)

Boy, do I regret selling at $.0060 because it was at top of it's range. Yup, that about sums it up. Back in though.
Normally I wouldn't be trilled with today, but I very much am because I bought a lot higher (this time). I was able to buy at 90.5 & 89.5 giving me an average of $1.025. Very happy!
From the FB group. All the DD in one place. http://jeffmykell.com/
This kind of interesting. I got it off Reddit. http://poort43.nl/over
http://poort43.nl/ I used Chrome to translate. The second link shows you the companies this group is involved with which includes Blue Sphere.

DD on BLSP
Dear BLSP crew,
Not sure if this is old information to you, but here’s some DD:
DD website Website anaerobic digester Sterksel (newest and biggest BLSP plant):Website digester Sterksel Facebook page Also check Stocktwits out.
Due to my own DD I honestly believe that this company is real and ready to come on top. Their businessmodel is profitable on the long term and since they own multiple plants they have the cash flow to invest en realize cumulative growth.
Hope this helps you guys out! Goodluck and keep each other posted. Hold long and strong!!??????
Disclaimer: it’s not my DD neither is it financial advise...
Let's see if I get a response from IR:
I have two questions. 1. Will you be getting current with your financials any time soon and eliminating the STOP sign? https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BLSP/disclosure and,
2. other than the OTC Pinks in the US do you trade on any other exchanges, and if so what are the symbols? Thank you for your time. xxxxxx
In the OTC market, Form T trades are mostly the result of accumulated buys or sells handled on a not held basis by block desks, otherwise known as 'late prints. ' They have nothing to do with short-selling.Apr 18, 2019
Form T Definition - Investopedia
Does actually trade in China or Japan? If so under what symbol?
These are more accurate numbers (IMO). Still not quite up to date as I KNOW there are more than 300M shares outstanding after the Silver Lake Conversion and AMC selling shares last Monday. And in spite of not knowing the source of where these numbers come from I like the chart so I'm posting it. https://www.highshortinterest.com/
Would you happen to have a link by any chance? I didn't see it. Thanks.
I don't think this runup is because of a possible 8-k that the debt has been paid off. We were talking about that a month ago. This is something more. Is there word on when the spinoff of MjLink will be complete or news on HuntPost & the Real Estate one lately?
Wonder when the market will catch on to what they're missing out on?

Regulators Enter The Room
Until recently, bitcoin mining was not an issue for government regulators, but increasing attention to regulating cryptocurrencies from government agencies like the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and Commodity Futures Trading Commission may soon change that.
It seems inevitable that at some point, a regulatory eye will be cast over mining.
“We feel that companies will be willing to pay standard mining pool fees (i.e., 2 percent) for full transparency and ensuring their servers/miners are not involved in adding North Korean or Iranian or other blacklisted wallets from OFAC in moving Bitcoin,” Sheldon Bennett, the COO of DMG Blockchain Solutions, told Bitcoin Magazine recently.
When DMG teamed up with Marathon to form DCMNA, it pledged to only process transactions that complied with U.S. laws.
In its announcement, DCMNA said it will be audited by a third-party financial firm and will be using “clean block mining” that adheres to the Office of Foreign Asset Control’s (OFAC’s) compliance standards and reduces the risk of mining blocks that include transactions linked to questionable activities.
Profits from the DCMNA pool will go toward pro-miner lobbying efforts in Washington, D.C. and all of the miners participating in DCMNA will need to submit KYC information, including smaller companies renting space in DMG’s warehouses.

This is why I think $DMGGF will be so big. This may be the future. They already work with the FBI & Internal Revenue Service and are squeaky clean. Yellen may very well have helped DMG.

Tell me if this sounds about right. Open - 1.people that just have to have it buy an pps spikes up then 2. run out of people that just have it and people take profits that were already holding shares price falls 3. quiet period - some people sell shares because nothing is happening then when that's done 4. people start to slowly accumulate shares at the lower prices and then either wait until tomorrow for people who just have to have it or, 5. if we're lucky a slooow build into the close. Not the same every day, but seems to be what I've ben watching happen. Heaven forbid we get real news!
We don't have the flash of the miners. Very solid company though
I got in at $.37 and out between $.65 and $.70 now back in at $1.48, but I'm also holding $DMGGF
Ok guys, here is what I think is happening with the 576 coins. The coins belong to company, but are missing. My guess is the former CEO took off with them, but they still belong to the company.
This guys goes into some detail what ok-ing banks to use crypto means and how important it is.

Well, I''m in with 3.07M shares@$.002. I left a perfectly good stock (ARBKF) for this this one for some stupid reason. Made a nice profit there, but good have done better if I had just stay I'm sure. On Citadel, has he said just WHEN he'll get rid of the STOP sign?
