Have you been watching how this has been trading? I will be shocked if this closes at .0004... They dump into the bid in the last few mins to ensure that the pps is lower to allow for them to convert their shares at a lower price....


so your saying to buy the .0004 and .0005 when tomorrow you can get them for .0002....

It's funny because the same thing happened last year and those t-trades just kept coming... Day after day after day... 140 mil shares later we saw the end... One of these days, one of those t-trades will signal the dilution is over, but it wasn't today's t-trade..

there were pictures of the plant posted on fosgitt's facebook page last spring, I want to say april but not 100% sure.. based off of the information available at that time, the conclusion was made that they were potentially looking into acquiring that particular plant...

The chant still lives on.... only now the 50c in regards to what the value of the shares remaining in one's account are worth...

Email the CFO. He will tell you the current O/S shares...As of last Friday there were 361,420,617 issued and outstanding.. that my friend is 100% FACT.


They company isn't "selling" shares... they are issuing shares to pay their debt obligations..

For those who will read this and correct me "please do so" I am looking at the filing from my phone so I probably missed something but, it would appear that they didn't have new notes between June and December 7th..

December 7th's money was contingent on them getting these last 2 filings out...


With that being said, any outstanding debt that was being block fromconversion "due to lack of filings" "sec rule whatever" is now not the case... they better follow up with some serious news or this gets ugly in a hurry IMHO...

To the board, and by that I mean OMO, how can someone hide shares on L2 other than by placing an AON order??


The reason I ask this is because I got curious today when the buy/ask was at .0051 and .0072 so I went ahead and placed an order for 1000 shares at .0072... The order was filled at .0065 "last trade of the day"....


If someone was sitting at .0065 with an AON sell, my buy shouldn't have filled correct??

So we are pretty much at the mercy of "when they decide to let us know".... we could be sitting on a gold mine and have absolutely no way of knowing "because they don't have to tell us" or getting set up to get "bent over"..... use your imagination and come up with better synonyms for "bent over"....

for all we know, they could be profitable by now on the other side of the fence....

In layman's terms, this theory suggests that they have devised a way to keep this 100% hush hush and will reap the benefits of being a public company when they choose to unveil what has been going on.... correct?
