You sir are the one who is misinformed or attempting to mislead...

Email the CFO. He will tell you the current O/S shares...As of last Friday there were 361,420,617 issued and outstanding.. that my friend is 100% FACT.


They company isn't "selling" shares... they are issuing shares to pay their debt obligations..
