I don't think Gaspard got sucked in, I think once he saw the scheme unravelling he wasn't going to go along anymore so he became expendable. Think about it, Gaspard lied back in February about having a machine in production, a second one coming on line in two weeks, and building a third. We know now that was all BS. He diluted the hell out Vencor shortly thereafter, pocketed the money, and then went silent. I think after the May Open House fiasco he realized the jig was up.
If Molen is involved in the buying company I will pretty much guarantee the buying company will be anything but "a wonderful opportunity" for shareholders. It will be little more than another share selling scheme for Molen.
I, for one, hope it's a wholesale management change with Gaspard and Molen both out. They have both proven to me what they are capable of accomplishing, and that's NOTHING. Actually, they are both very proficient in selling shares. Otherwise, nothing.
The Q just filed was about what I expected. Looking for better things going forward. The one thing I don't get in the Q is a recurring 412K debt that has been listed as a subsequent event 3 quarters in a row. I don't get how that can be. To me the same subsequent event can only happen once. I can't believe these are 3 different occurrences, all being the same.
I'm not sure what Gaspard's idea of a few days is, but today is day 4 since the PR about the sale of the company. Since he delivered absolutely nothing in his 9 months with Vencor I remain somewhat skeptical, but at this point there is little else too do than sit back and wait. No point for me to sell at this level. Let's all hope it's the wonderful opportunity for shareholders he says it will be.
Whatever happened to the machine(s) that were supposedly producing BioCoal, but just not up to the standards of the customer in Europe? What about the machine that had the accident before the first Open House in May, is it not working currently? What about the truckload of BioChar that Molen tweeted was headed for CO? Was all that just more Molen BS?
Oh I agree this Q coming will be meaningless. We all know they weren't growing anything and there will be minimal revenues if any reported. I was just saying to let peeps know the posting was out.
The Quarterly Disclosure Statement is now posted on OTC Markets. Nothing new there. Don't see the 10-Q yet.
10-Q is out. Tire plant sale now not expected to close until September.
What happened to the audit that was underway and going to be completed in a matter of days according to the July 28th Letter to Shareholders? Now, according to the Q just released they don't even have an auditor. It's just becoming one lie after another with these guys. That's pretty pathetic.
The Q is out and Bruce has really outdone himself this time. He generated $1,800 in consulting revenue for the quarter and it only cost $5,000 to do it. No wonder he gets paid the big bucks. I also love all the shares he has issued at .0001.
Your guess is as good as mine as to whom he is talking about. More reason I have elected to stay on the sidelines for this one. Hopefully, we have some clarity by the weeks end as to what direction this company is headed next.
I'm going to keep both hands on my wallet and sit back and see how this plays out the rest of the week.
I have a hard time believing Gaspard. He is now 2 quarters delinquent in financial filings, but yet he is going to sell the company. It doesn't pass the smell test to me.
A lot of volume today. Perhaps a deal is close.
I agree. After the last 6 months I don't trust much of anything Gaspard says. I too will wait to see an actual deal happen before celebrating.
I'm wondering what Vencor has to sell other than a mountain of debt. They have almost no assets according the last filing. It wouldn't surprise me if this is nothing but a ploy by Gaspard to dump more shares and squeeze every last dime out of this he can. If it is actually being sold, at least we should get up to date filings very soon. JMO
Thanks for your feedback. I look forward to seeing the PR tomorrow. I agree there is a big pie out there. I'm not looking to get rich here, but realizing a decent profit would make life a little easier. I guess I'll have a tax write off at the end of the year with the money I put in to VCOR. Fortunately, it was no great sum.
I hope you're right and there is a plan in place to move forward and actually get some product shipped. I'm going to continue to hold all of my shares at this point. I do feel better with Doug Vance involved in the production.
So can we take it that Vencor has now gone by the wayside? The PR's back in February/March that Vencor was producing BioCoal were all BS?
I would just like to know definitively whether Vencor is in or out of the Torretherm deal and if there really is a contract for BioCoal to be sent to Europe.
Thanks Gator. Look forward to seeing your report.
So Bruce continues to generate $0 in revenue and wants to be paid for it. That's great work if you can find it. Hey Bruce, can you make me a Veep in the company for about $15K a quarter and I will show you I can do nothing even better than you.
I know a lot of people here have positions in both VGPR and VCOR. I would be grateful to anyone that can clear up for me exactly what that relationship currently is, or isn't. It appears we will get nothing from Gaspard. TIA for any feedback.
Safe travels to all of those headed to the Open House. I hope it will be well worth the time and expense.
When you call VCOR they still put you thru to Gaspard's voice mail. Of course, he never returns a call, but I guess we can infer from that he's still sucking air and still with Vencor for whatever it's worth.
If Gaspard truly never paid Doug Vance for the rights to the Torretherm machines, and it's looking that way, what happened to the money he got diluting a billion or so shares 4-5 months ago? Someone posted the other day about Gaspard's disdain for fluff PR's and the OTC. He must have equal disdain for financial filings as well. Nothing from the 1st quarter that was due May 15th and I doubt we will see anything for the 2nd quarter due August 15th.
Getting an audit done tells me a "deal" is getting closer to being finalized. JMO
Looks like they were riding Nvidia's coattails yesterday.
Gator, Sent this morning.
Nice day here today so far.
Wonder what's happened with the tire plant. Four weeks now and no word that the sale has been completed.
Any Gaspard sightings lately? Should we send out a search party for him? Maybe he was alien abducted?
I'm skeptical myself as to whether the Open House will actually happen or not. That's part of the reason I've been noncommittal about going. I talked to Doug Vance on the phone back in early March and he seemed like a decent guy. I would like to know and see for myself what is actually going on production wise. The whole arrangement now with VGPR, VCOR, and Torretherm seems all screwed up. Gaspard going underground hasn't helped matters, but as far as I know he still owns the rights to the Torretherm equipment. Doug told me himself he had sold those rights to VCOR back in the winter.
I haven't yet. I'm going to make a decision by the end of this week whether I'm going or not.
With the Open House in 10 days we should get a definitive answer one way or the other. I'm about a 4 hour drive from Richlands and debating whether to make the trip or not.
IMO, if anything had been shipped Molen would be screaming it from the rooftops. Not hating, just stating what I believe to be true.
Correct, he has no product to ship. Who does he think he's fooling trying to sell from an empty cart?
Molen can market until the cows come home, but everyone knows he can't deliver any product so he's pissing in the wind. He's had 1 contract for almost a year and hasn't delivered the first block of BioCoal. I guess he's come back from Europe empty handed so he figures he'll try his luck in the states. Until he proves he can deliver product nothing will change.
I will be stunned if this Open House actually happens. I think it's obvious from his silence that Gaspard has no plans to participate. Aren't they his machines that people are coming to see?
