What post are you referring to? I haven't deleted anything. Last time I deleted a post from you was your post
"What the H*ll are they doing"
Is that what you need to be seen to be transparent??
Roger that. Hope they have good reason. Anyone's guess is good at this point. If they can release a PR stating they don't see any anticipated reason not to make the 8/29 deadline then they need to release something as to why they did.
I mean their realhemp products packaging has OTCQB-STEV right on the back. So this clearly was not planned.
was really looking forward to yours and lil monkeys breakdown and analysis.
Go birds.
Hey long time buddy. The response from the OTC is that if they are within 30 days of being removed then they can regain the status. They haven't been on pinks for 30 days its only been about 3 weeks. So they did have a 30 grace period not to be removed..correct but according to that email once they are removed they have 30 days before they need to reapply.
I believe this is how stevia corp was born. George is a venture capitalist.
If Blankenbaker Investments decided to finance a garden hose company it wouldnt effect his other businesses what so ever.
Totally seperate
Blankenbaker investments has nothing to do with Stevia Corp. That is Georges separate entity as a venture capitalist. He has his hands in a lot but some of that will not correspond or be associated with Stevia Corp or any of its subsidiaries.
He is on the board of directors with INHIA.
INHIA Board of Directors Page - (Indiana HIA Website)
George became involved in large scale commercial agriculture in 2002 when he began working with the Agri-Food Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) to provide strategically important food supplies to Singapore and currently oversees farming operations in several countries. Prior to that George co-wrote and co-presented a bid for the U.S. Navy Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) Contract valued at USD $197 million covering three zones of Japan, Singapore, and Diego Garcia. The contract was awarded in 2002 and the Singapore and Diego Garcia portion is currently supported by the Rong-Yao group, a partner company based in Singapore. In 1999 George co-developed the first broadline foodservice distribution center in Singapore. During the 90’s George traded commodities and was an independent consultant and analyst for Standard Chartered Bank and Reuters and was on the implementation team that established Globex in Singapore linking the Singapore International Monetary Exchange with the Chicago Board of Trade. George began his career in Singapore in 1990 as a commodities analyst and also established a food import/export company which established itself as the leading importer and distributor of two food categories in Asia before being merged into current operations. In 1986 George accompanied the Chairman of the finance department of his University to Asia for six months to study the development of the Asian Financial markets.
I emailed the OTC for clarification and here was their response:

Message: I was hoping you could help answer this question I had about a company who recently lost its QB status. The company STEV had its 10K due on 7/15 and filed an NT-10K but failed to meet that deadline. They subsequently had until 8/29 to file to remain in good standing with the SEC and retain its QB status. The company did not file and it now listed on the PINK sheet with a yield sign. Can the company retain its QB status if it files soon or what would be involved now?
Hi XXXX,
If the company files within 30 days of being removed, they could move back to the OTCQB. After that point, the company would need to submit a new application.
For a list of requirements for upgrading after removal, please view Section 4.1 of the following document: http://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/otcqb/standards.pdf
Feel free to contact us with any further questions.

Food for thought. I noticed one of the requirements for having or obtaining OTCQB status is that the company is NOT in bankruptcy or in any reorganization procedings. Something to chew on huh?

He might deliver himself to the promise land whether he brings us with him is the question.

If the Investor desires, there is an opportunity for an Equity Investment instead. The price per share would then be the same as the Cap Value.
Well if they don't want to update operations then we have to go find stuff ourselves. Check this out. What are your thoughts? What do we know about NetZero Enterprises? They seem to be an aquaculture based company. Click on following tab.

I'm not thrilled about the demotion to the pinks due to failed filing. But something else seems to be up here and I cant figure out if its good or bad. I hate the fact that they lost or temporarily lost the QB status. Does this not mean that the reporting requirements have changed. Can the company now do more behind the scenes with the QB dropped? Was this planned? Maybe they would like to split the company but wouldn't that require an investor vote from current shareholders? Where would I put my money in a split? hmmm ..let me think... probably where the CEOs 55m shares go. Regardless a split makes no sense at this time. Realhemp would need solid revs quarter after quarter to warrant investor money in just that equity.
Just give us our freaking 10k already.
I believe Stevia Corp filed those patents and owns them and they dont belong to realhemp llc in anyway.
Your the cancer here. Blame youself.
You have a lot of nerve commenting on someone destroying a company. Your a cancer and need to stop posting/calling and emailing. Why don't you go file another complaint with the SEC and then complain when the company cant get their 10K out because they are sidetracked with investors trying to sabotage them.
You deserve to go broke IMO.
Im sure they are trying to get them out. But I dont see it happening. Expect not to see 10k. Bonus if we do.
Nice buys but imo if you wanted the stock to move you would be slapping the ask. Its very thin. The stock isnt moving because the few buyers we have right now are bid sitting. That does nothing but kill momemtum. When we crushed this stock back in early 2014.. We just destroyed the ask and everyone else had to chase causing a buying frenzy. That needs to happen again. Glad you got your .002 discount though.
I wouldn't expect it. Would be nice... but don't expect it. The deadline was missed. Market doesn't seem to care so who knows.
Good find and DD but I think that extension deadline may have been missed. I'm not 100% sure of course. Whether or not they can still restore the status is a question mark I guess now. I think the waiting game continues. Nice to see some bid support. I think the accumulation continues and the chart is still in a strong upward trend.
Well said... well thought out. Agreed
IMO something like this is what realhemp should consider now that it has its products launched and bulk sales site live.
* note this is a PR from another hemp company *

I'm talking about the investor who posts on message boards that he just talked to IR and the company says its releasing news in 2 days. Or the investor who filed a complaint with the SEC because a website wasn't launched when it said it would be. Those calls are most likely screened . That IR# is a cell phone with caller ID.
I've talked to them. Who said they don't take calls?
I don't think IR is going to take your call Ludo after everything you have done to discredit the company. And yes they know exactly who you are. You should just lay low. The company doesn't take calls anymore because everything they say in a phone call is misconstrued and posted with non factual information on message boards by so called investors . Just my opinion
Well the PR addressing the late filing was pretty clear. So hopefully nothing came up since that changed the outlook.
"Management is not aware of material matters that will prevent the 10-K from being filed by August 29th, 2015 and expects to be current in its filings during the month of August."

Not sure. Hoping for clarification on that. Nice day here. Chart starting to turn and resistence should turn to support soon.
Hope to see 10k tonight.

Agreed. Should be a nice week. Chart set up beautifully as well. We got a golden cross of the 20MA and 50MA. Upward trend in full effect. FINs should show excellent growth. Find some funds because it wont take much to push this. Dont bid sit. Just smack the ASK and watch her fly. Make those bid sitter have to tap the ASK.
A Global Industry
For centuries, industrial hemp has been a source of fiber and oilseed used worldwide to produce a variety of industrial and consumer products. More than 30 nations grow industrial hemp as an agricultural commodity, which is sold on the world market. Currently there is no large-scale commercial production in the United States and the U.S. market depends on imports. Real Hemp aims to play a major role in developing the industrial hemp market in the US.
Nice close at the high today. Things seem to be turning around for the company. Volume will be the key and this will be back to .09 and .10 and beyond just as quickly as it fell last year.
Hold on its finally coming together. It may be a broken record coming from me but you cant argue the obvious execution by the company in the last month.
FINS and contracts are up next. Time to rock. *Finally*
Another great article. Although delays.. the company should be back on track.
This will be the key player here. Exciting times ahead.

Exciting things coming down the pipe here. I've seen really positive chatter on other boards
Post #13378 should be removed for calling the article writer such a word.
Someone just sold $6 worth of stock to knock the price off .06.
Yeah no manipulation going on here
Also according to realhemps twitter they are reaching out to panera bread.
If eating clean is #PaneraGoodness then we would like to talk to you @panerabread about healthy hemp products.
Yeah. L2 looks like go time. Would love to push through the .06s as fast as it dipped through them 2 months ago.
Gotta love it when you see first time posters start flooding the board with negatives. Usually means some covering is about to take place.
Really excited to see realhemp land a new distributor. Things are really moving ahead.
Wow... that's awesome... excellent find!!!!
Noticed this new article on realhemp. Great write up for hemp and product awareness. Everyone should be sharing this article.
