Hey long time buddy. The response from the OTC is that if they are within 30 days of being removed then they can regain the status. They haven't been on pinks for 30 days its only been about 3 weeks. So they did have a 30 grace period not to be removed..correct but according to that email once they are removed they have 30 days before they need to reapply.

"If the company files within 30 days of being removed"



I believe they were removed from the QB status on 8/05 if I'm correct.

Thoughts? Maybe I'm not reading it right by her answer.
