Message: I was hoping you could help answer this question I had about a company who recently lost its QB status. The company STEV had its 10K due on 7/15 and filed an NT-10K but failed to meet that deadline. They subsequently had until 8/29 to file to remain in good standing with the SEC and retain its QB status. The company did not file and it now listed on the PINK sheet with a yield sign. Can the company retain its QB status if it files soon or what would be involved now?
Hi XXXX,
If the company files within 30 days of being removed, they could move back to the OTCQB. After that point, the company would need to submit a new application.
For a list of requirements for upgrading after removal, please view Section 4.1 of the following document: http://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/otcqb/standards.pdf
Feel free to contact us with any further questions.
Regards,
Krystal Tapia
