Very common argument across the boards ! Its a cheap cop out. I admit it frustrates me as many successful companies have billions upon billions of outstanding shares. I appreciate solid facts even when they way against me ! The outstanding shares one is lazy and untrue...aaarrgghh!! LOL Ok took a deep breath im good :) Go CBYI !

Clearly I am not. Clearly I am stating that ammount of outstanding share has nothing to do with it. Clearly these companies have os in the 5 to 10 billion range. This argument used by many on many different stocks is moot. If I was to compare how ever. Billions of outstanding shares would appear to be a positive.

I here you there. The reason I didnt try to sell was because the loss was to great. Also most stocks even if they fail over and over again eventually get pumped for another run. I have charted many that run once a year on some new venture. My logic tells me that because Mr.Scott rescinded the deal, CBYI has enough to deny response ability and play victim. I gambled here I lost here and the only saving grace is the reverse split hasnt happened, as was predicted. In its stead are efforts to salvage and reignite the company. So bash and pump away, only time will tell.

This stock ca.n move again. Just like with camber. Pawson has a history yes. No One cares when there are dollar signs in there eyes ! Its hard to call the Camber deal a scam since Scott is the one that pulled out. Isnt it ? If CBYI starts showing evidence of moving in the correct direction (real or false). People will buy ! It has happened over and over. Maybe pawson had no intention of merging with camber, how ever there is no proof of that since camber pulled out. There is enough fuel here for the pumpers to light a fire. It will run again ! Could be a year from now, could be months but it will rise again.

I dont know what PAWSONS real agenda is. I do think this will run again for certain. I just wonder when. He didnt reverse split the stock as was fortold. I cant take my eyes off of this stock opera. For my sake and yours I hope cbyi finds legitimate success ! One thing I know is cbyi is working to bring prices back. At least pawson didnt take the money and run, reverse split the stock and eliminate all hope. They arr still in business and still making moves and that means there is still potential.

I can only compare what ive seen here to one other stock. Thats NTEK. This is exactly the type of behavior it displayed when languishing arround a penny. There is enough evidence here to keep the longs strong (product in stores and on AMAZON) and enough potential to bring in new investors. I believe what has happened here is certain groups have kept prices down while accumulating in preperation for another marketing push (pump). Solid companies get pumped and dumped too...and weather the storm. Minerco has real products on store shelves in a market "energy drinks" that sells almost as easily as alcohol, tobaco and coffee. The Patient will win here ! Go MINE !!!

It affects me ! There is just to much going on with MINE for me to believe the pps reflects the potential value of this company. There is product on the market. Most pennies dont get this far into legitimacy. They just have to keep doing what there doing. Ill stay patient. Red affects my emotions Green affects them too. Thats why Ill let my logic dictate my decisions...Holding MINE !

I totally agree ! You know what ? when I buy into what looks like a solid company in terms of meeting deadlines and following through on announcements. Im in for a while and the continue to meet all expectations, I dont concern my self with pps... I know its coming ! Call it educated faith lol ! Reminds me of NTEK. GO MINE !!

I see your point. I just know that from Itunes to Amazon, to restaurant reviews this is how its done. None of these companies can nor would they prevent public reviews. That "and you can buy stock too" review was a little much. If we stay active in those venue s we can make a real difference for our investment ! I would like to encourage everyone invested to do what you can to promote ! Together we can light the fire that catches on. Ground floor here lets all do what we can to get MINE to RISE !

Calm down all. The company has met or exceeded all pr deadlines. Product is on the market and expanding its presence. Amazon this month. Whats changed ? There are many fortune 500 companies with billions of shares. Check usa today for a list. Nothing has changed except for the fact that mine has finalized its formula and added new flavors ! Im only holding because its not worth trying to sell. How ever I do see small potential for a bounce back only based on this new company cbyi is negotiating with. Maybe they can bring prices back some what. Who knows... I guess Ill find out. This is disapointing, and not entirely unexpected. GLTA !

I totally agree with your post. This could be an emotional anomaly. No pr would almost be good new to me. Hopefully calmer heads will prevail, and all this did was spark the two parties into communicating once again. Its a longshot.

John Scott did rescind the deal Friday. IR confirmed this, he also confirmed that he Mcoy did not and has not posted on Ihub. He could not confirm that the post was from Scott but did in fact confirm the deal was rescinded. Our only hope here is that the whole thing was a frustrated out burst, and that he and Pawson are trying to salvage the deal. Even if Scott didnt post, (I think he did) It was comfirmed that he rescinded the deal.Good Luck to all ! Lets hope for a miracle, because thats the only thing thats going to help us now.
