CALA just came across my scanner today and see she is up 7%. I am just starting my DD but looks like a chart move at minimum....EPS High. Price low.

gap ups with an immediate drop followed by no volume is the rain on the parade. It will not go up when sellers sell low. Watching for my next buy point. Not exactly what I expected but what day in subs is?

I just read their financials...not gorgeous but audited and direct. They are generating revenues and paying their debts. Should be interesting to see how this plays out. Does anyone know about the shares given to Typenex llc and others (6.4M) @ par 0.001?

Maybe you can help me with the timeline and the wording below. It is an 8% loan with 257,143 shares for each $100,000 invested. On a $4.35M note there are 43.5x257,143 shares (11186720 shares) @ $0.23 or $2.57M. It seems to me there is a 5 year limit on when those shares can hit the street, if I am reading that correctly.

I see VFIN sitting on the ask and supporting 0.33. That is generally a sign that shares are hitting the street, but not a guarantee. I will have to watch a little closer.

I am all for the individually packaged items - and the reach there can go far beyond coffee and teas. The Tangy tangerine has much better solubility in warmer water, and I am not sure I am ready for a hot BTT, but putting other nutritional supplements in a tea is an awesome delivery system. I seldom buy on news as it is generally delivered for sellers or part of some other plan. I hope youngevity does great and I am taking a long term position - something I do not need to rush into. I personally prefer to buy on the ask on the bid vs the ask. Unless flipping or in a short term option/commodity trade, urgency of a purchase has burned me more than taking a little time for the chart to fully develop. No chart will rise infinitely without consolidation.

Insider buying is always good news, but there were also some short term loans with shares attached that may be seen hitting the market. Those are not insider shares they were part of the loan for the coffee investment as I recall.

I saw Dr. Wallach speak on Sunday (Excellent) in Florida and I use the nutritional products every day. I respect everyone's opinion and am not slamming the stock and always look for a board open to hear opinions, which is the only worthwhile thing besides solid DD. If I am proven wrong I will buy a higher position. If I am proven right I will be providing necessary lower support. Good Luck.

Without a doubt investing can bring one closer to their Creator! I would expect a retreat to the weekly 100MA of ~0.275 hopefully followed by healthy consolidation in this zone in preparation for a higher run as the 50/100/200 averages look poised for a positive run. GOOD LUCK.

Every project (greater than a million dollars)I have ever worked on has deadlines and milestones. I totally agree about not compromising quality (or safety) to meet a deadline - but sometimes you have to shoot the engineer and get a product (or ore) out the door! If you are a gold/silver producer the best thing you can do is produce and sell gold/silver.

If you are investing in a silver/gold company the best thing you can do is see a return on your investment or at least get flown to vegas and have a damn big apology party thrown for die-hard investors who lost big.
