i think the opposite will happen, likely very strong into end of year from beginning of next week on. Oil will come down, election uncertainty almost over. This market has been discounting a bad 3rd quarter and will look forward to a good 4th and 1st quarter. Monetary flows will be strong.

nomo the rsi, 5, 9, 11, and 14 looked pretty extreme to me this am on the ndx. Hence the short.
more declining volume now on the nyse and breadth was about even on the rally this am so doomed to fail.

I am not advocating eating tons of protein. Eat at least 60% fat. Protein will increase waste products in your blood for sure, but will not damage your kidneys if they function normally, however, if you have high blood sugars that will damage them and you get high blood sugars from simple carbs.

i have been eating this way for years. I was a professional athlete and we learned this way of eating by having our blood and glucose levels constantly monitored.
The human body was not make for simple carb consumption. Protein, fats, and complex carbs are ok
uh AD and how do you explain the epidemic of diseases like cancer and diabetes in the US?

my kidney are fine. That is another myth. High blood sugar cause kidney disease not high protein.

i can assure you i know more about diet and how your body responds to foods and what you body needs more so than any nutritionist or Dr. But believe what you want.

i recommend eating only whole foods first of all., 30 grams of complex carbs such as green vegetables, eat plenty of chicken, fish, eggs. and some beef. Fat will not hurt you in the meat or cheese and your cholesterol and triglycerides will plummet. Eat cheese for snacks, and legumes etc.
Don't eat any bread or wheat products. IT is not fat in foods that make you fat it is simple carbs. They spike your insulin and make you store fat. Once you have stored fat around your belly your triglycerides go up.
I eat probably 60% fat and have no fat on my frame at all cause i don't eat any simple carbs.

everytime you eat one of your high carb meals your sugar spikes to probably 140mg/dl storing all that fat. Mine stays constant at 80-90mg/dl before and after meals. Hence you are fat and i am not and you are wearing out you pancreas and increasing your triglycerides wereas mine remain at 30.

i know more than you i can guarantee you that. There is no need for simple carbs by the body at all. In fact the body does marvelously on 30 grams of carbs a day. Any extra carb needs can be had from the protein you eat as the liver will turn a certain amount of protein in sugar.
Take from a guy who has eaten this way for years. I have lipid profiles better than an olympic athlete, Weigh 180lbs and can bench press well over 300 lbs.
AD if you only knew how bad carbs were for you.
Everytime you eat bread or pizza dough your pancreas has to flood you system with insulin to bring your blood sugar down, eventually you get fat cause your pancreas can't keep up or your wear out your pancreas and become a diabetic.
keep eating that high carb dough and you'll be dead in a few more years.
Well we went right up to the downtrendline from 1142 high on spx a few days ago and stopped, need to get through that convincingly or another down leg will start to below 1100
oil will come down and we will get seasonal money flows any day now.
not shorting though as we are getting close to a sustained rally
if i had to guess that was just a c wave up and we get another down wave below 1100 spx soon.
Regarding Oil, watch 52.5, if broken and it stays under for awhile the fall rally is on.
