i recommend eating only whole foods first of all., 30 grams of complex carbs such as green vegetables, eat plenty of chicken, fish, eggs. and some beef. Fat will not hurt you in the meat or cheese and your cholesterol and triglycerides will plummet. Eat cheese for snacks, and legumes etc.
Don't eat any bread or wheat products. IT is not fat in foods that make you fat it is simple carbs. They spike your insulin and make you store fat. Once you have stored fat around your belly your triglycerides go up.
I eat probably 60% fat and have no fat on my frame at all cause i don't eat any simple carbs.
