I agree Paulk...I think IBZT is about to go on a run. They are gonna be shipping very soon. I also think people are focusing to much on the keyboard. They have some really good potential with their other products as well. In my opinion, more than the keyboard.
scot
unixnut,
unfortunately, I don't know much about the 4 you listed. I have seen the tickers listed on here, but I haven't done any DD into them. Have you come up with anything yet? :)
scot
unixnut,
you're exactly right...although every day I think I have come up with my 5% gainer (unfortunately I'm only right about 5% of the time!) LOL
scot
would be nice huh BB...to turn 10K into a million in 105 days! I think I can do it! I'll start tomorrow, just have to find the runners before they run. Wait, sounds like what we are already doing huh? LOL
scot
Deedee,
am I wrong in saying it would take rougly 105 days?
rule of 72... 72/5=14.4 so lets say 15 days to double your investment of 10,000.
7 doubles of 10,000 would get you over one million dollars, so
7 x 15=105 days
am I missing anything?
:)

Who cares!!!! That's not what we're talking about. We never debated the mentality of the shareholders after the split.

Good-til-cancelled,
I am so glad you posted that. I continually tell people that they are overlooking ONE BIG point about R/S's. At least I'm not the only one doing the replying now.

this is from another board regarding that ONS naked short selling company...it's a joke

It' fake. Their law firm and investor relations firm names have the following initials: FAKE and PUMP. See below from their website.
ONS principals have over one hundred years combined experience in micro cap naked shorting, offshore investment banking, and Officer and Director hedging transactions. In addition, our affiliate relationships with Franklin, Anderson, Kramer, and Edelstein-a prestigious barrister and solicitor firm in the BVI- and Palmer, Ulrich, Madison, and Peyton, a fifty year old investor relations and communications firm, allow us to manage all your offshore privacy and company investor communication needs.
Derf,
I have not listened to the interview yet, but even though the ticker has changed to CMKX, the name of the company is still CMKM Diamonds.
Scot
Susie924,
I totally agree with you. I was not trying to give him a hard time, but some people would take him literal for every word he said. Noone should allow false or unproven statements to be made without contending them. He specifically said that 300 additional shares have been printed. That just isn't correct, IMO. Sorry for the confusion...I too want balance on this board.
Scot
Derf,
LOL, had to laugh at that one....and ya know what? I'm not 100% sure either!
:)
scot
Yeah, that's what I'm thinking...but eventually it will be way overdiluted, if it isn't already.
scot
Derf,
So why come back with a reply that states:
"So, to make it easier, I'll tell you what I'm thinking. When the shares are authorized, they ARE printed. They just are not issued yet, when they are, then they become outstanding."
Why not just take the friendly correction to your original comment at face value?
scot
Derf,
So you don't know for sure that they have really been printed? Where else would they be besides the Treasury?
Scot
huckleberry,
In your opinion, is this a good thing? The possibility of convertibles being used?
scot
Derf,
I guess I should have included a statement in that post that I wasn't saying for a fact that this was, or will, happen to CMKX. Just felt that if LBTT was experiencing this problem, that it MAY be part of the reason we have not moved. It was intended to inform the reader of the outright bs that MM's take part in.
Scot
Derf,
so if they are printed, where are they? In the treasury?

Lifeline Recognizes Slow Down by Market Makers in Processing Buy Orders in the Company's Stock
09:01 a.m. 03/31/2004 Provided by
LAS VEGAS, Mar 31, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Dr. William Reeves, President and founder of Lifeline Biotechnologies, Inc. (LBTT) expressed, once again, total frustration with illegal public trading activity in the Company's common stock.
Dr. Reeves stated, "I was reluctant to issue this release because of its negative content, especially at a time when our company has so many positive activities going on; in fact, more positive activities now than at any previous period in its history. We are currently working on marketing initiatives in both the U.S. and Europe and anticipate several press releases covering these developments; including the favorable results of our recent conferences and conventions, product sales projections and the status of our recent funding efforts. But, unfortunately, this matter needs to be dealt with today taking us away from so many of our important business activities."
In a news release issued in September 2003, Dr. Reeves outlined the negative impact illegal short selling has had on the Company's stock. Since then, Lifeline, its management, and numerous investor supporters have been active, together with many others, in helping bring about new regulations issued by the SEC and NASD to protect investors from illegal short selling.
Reeves stated: "Now that these new rules are scheduled to become effective April 1st, a number of the market makers in the Company's stock are ignoring and/or refusing to process buy orders with the apparent intent to hold down the price per share so short positions can be covered at lower prices. This is illegal activity and management of the company and our legal counsel are in touch with the SEC, NASD, the DTC and the compliance departments of the market makers involved to get this resolved.
"There appears to be a well organized freeze in place by major Pink Sheet market makers to not process buy orders at the market. This is not limited to Lifeline, but is also in play for numerous other stocks that suffer from large illegal short positions.
"We are asking every investor, both new and old, to report each and every holdup to the SEC and NASD compliance, and the compliance department of the broker involved. The regulators do not always respond promptly to these situations, but we believe if they receive calls from all who are affected by this illegal activity, they will force the market makers to process all orders in a legal and orderly fashion.
"Everyone who issues a buy order should also demand that their broker send them their shares and every order that is not processed needs to be reported to the SEC, NASD and the compliance department at the subject brokerage firm."

On a more positive note, Reeves indicated that Company management is in Las Vegas to attend the Breast Surgeons Conference March 31st through April 3rd. Lifeline will be introducing its newly developed microendoscope known as Mastascope(TM). The Mastascope(TM) is targeted for use by physicians in examining patients with nipple discharge. Management believes, and previous testing of this product indicates, that breast cancer can be detected at a very early stage when treatment is most likely to produce increased levels of success. Dr. Kefah Mokbel, Lifeline's key investigator who assisted in the development of the Mastascope(TM), has stated he believes many needless surgeries could be eliminated by the physician's utilization of this product.

Derf,
Just a correction on one little statement you made. They did not "print" an additional 300 Billion shares...they authorized themselves to print an additional 300 Billion. I know you or someone will come back with, "do you really think they just authorized them and don't intend to print them", but save your breathe. Until we know for sure, NOONE KNOWS.

CMKM Diamonds Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMKX) is very excited to announce the ongoing drilling progress of the"Carolyn Pipe"is currently well past a depth of 900+ feet and still in kimberlite ore.
dreamrchaser,
I'm not sure if you are seriously asking this question, considering your unfriendly remarks lately, but if you are, here's my opinion on ththf. I was watching this stock a few months back when it was trading in the .0015-.0027 range. If you own it now and still think it has potential, buy more. I personally don't know, or care, enough about this company to say anymore than that. I do, however, think it is at the bottom. I have heard it has a lot of o/s out there.
scot
dreamrchaser,
Does a conversation with a rational person constitue a "fight" in your book? Unlike you, Derf has some class and can actually read.
scot
Ohhh, so now you've corrected your statement to A/S. For the EXPLICIT reason of putting the word "know" in quotations, I don't know personally that they have 500 Billion A/S. That is what MULTIPLE people have "said". People that I trust have personally called the people in Nevada and gotten that information. Fact or fiction, the 500 Billion was just an example anyway!
scot
Rocketred,
Show me where I said they HAVE 500 BILLION O/S!!! Then I will show you the proof of it!
scot
EDIT: see next post
Yes, my friend, I do agree with you. That's why I would think like most that an R/S would not be good. But from the very beginning, my stance was not to argue or debate "what if's" about shareholder mentality, but to correct what another poster was incorrectly posting. I have and was always talking about the actual facts of a R/S, not to spread the rumor that it was imminent. I definately think if we see one though, they would not hesitate to issue more shares. I don't think shareholder value would not decrease AFTER the R/S, but the actual conversion would not. I would get half my shares for double the price. I'm off to bed, talk to ya soon.
scot
Nooooo, not all at. I never said a high A/S is good. 500 Billion compared to 5 million is definately not good. But let's take CMKX for example. We "know" there are 500 Billion A/S. Let's say 10%, for demonstration purposes, is outstanding (50 Billion). The 50 Billion is what is in shareholder's hands. These are the shares that have value, as of right now .0002. The remaining 450 Billion do not have value because they haven't been issued. They also are not included in EPS valuation. The whole point in this from the beginning was to explain that a R/S, by definition, not what happens afterwards, does not reduce shareholder value. The unissued shares have nothing to do with what my value, as a shareholder, would be after the "event".
Scot
Edit: P.S.-Also, not only do unissued shares not count towards EPS valuation, shares retired to the Treasury are not as well.
Derf,
Non issued shares don't have a value, therefore, by the company still retaining them, it does not make mine worth less nor does it decrease the Earnings Per Share (lol, if there were one)
scot
Derf,
I'm not quite sure the point you're trying to make...are you trying to say there is some kind of R/S that does not give me half my shares at double the price?
scot
agreed SUBBlime!!!
dreamrchaser,
please cut and paint my EXACT comments to back up what you just said! I never said after a reverse split the share price does not go down. Please, I'm waiting for your response.
Scot
Mr. Bill,
Before you bring your "thoughts" into this conversation, please refer to post #960. You will see dreamrchaser discussing a R/S in which his comments needed correcting. I was NOT the one to start this!
scot
dreamrchaser,
I am done with you dude, I haven't said anything today to pump or bash this stock. Noone is telling me what to think or say, including you. Good luck to you, if you even own any shares. (which by the way, you still never disclosed)
dreamrchaser,
I'm not the only one that understands me. You and one other person are the only people who don't. If I wasn't making sense, more people would be trying to prove me wrong. Once again you send a reply that has no importance to this conversation. PROVE me wrong, what FACTS did I post that were WRONG.
I went to the University of South Alabama. Where did you say you got something from??? I don't recall
dreamrchaser,
before I can even begin to reply to that, I need an explanation (in detail) of how a person could profit, or be left with some kind of profit as you put it, by owning a lot of shares expecting a dramatic reverse split. And by the way, I'll help you with some math...40 million shares has a value of only $4,000. I don't see how someone with so little invested could be an insider, or a "spy" as you put it.
If you are such a smart person, then reply back with some information about what we're talking about instead of saying I smoke weed. lol
I have a bacherlor's degree....not as much as you claim, but at least I can read and follow a conversation.
by the way, I am a very proud owner of 40,000,000 shares. I AGREE with you that a reverse split is probably not in our best interests.
