True traders don't waste a second of their time on a stock they don't own or might want to own....ya think???

On a side note.....I posted yesterday a friend wanting to buy 120K @ .005......well, she got partially filled on that first trade of the day of 25K....kinda messed her up....now 95K left to buy, an odd number....maybe too little an amount to touch that 1.2 million block (i.e., if it's real)...so, help her out....anyone wanna part with 95K @ .005....it's more $$$$ than that .004 some are selling at.... :) $$KMAG

I still like the theory of the massive short position by 'you know who'...they complain about supposed irregularities to the SEC and luckily get it suspended right before the stock was set to surge.....

Sure looks like everything is moving along nicely here.....I'm personally fine with April, May , or later before we get the BIG update, as I love the opportunity to get more precious $$KMAG shares.

It's definitely been fun to watch a great team get assembled and hit the ground running...

On the immediate horizon.....well, the Monday after the weekend of Shaq & the Miami Dolphin legends opening @ DaVinci's, we had a PR giving us a recap.....so, I certainly would not be surprised to see something about the Box opening this past weekend...

Secondly, the next big thing known that is happening is the NYC opening....I would think we're going to hear about that soon...

Other things...the ticker change (personally, I'm betting on DFWC)...and of course, we never know when we may start getting start-ups in more cities...clearly, the completion of any multi-unit deal could happen at almost any time..

What is this East Coast chit????? Most trends start in Cali and move east, not the other way around....and what about fly-over country????? Did you guys forget about us?????

Ha ha....just kidding....BUT, I can't wait to taste those wings....may have to consider a quick hop to NYC or maybe south Florida (that sounds like a winner in the winter, right?)..

That is possible....remember, at that time the company was 're-emerging' ,i.e., getting current to return to the pinks, so that April 25 date was after when it was due.....

Currently, the fiscal year for KMAG ends in 10 days which makes March 15 the day we could expect the annual (audited from the bits we've heard from JR) for them to be on time.....not to say we couldn't hear other news at any time (new MM or whatever)...

Personally, I'd like to see a PR update, but I understand that JR may have decided (or been advised by attys) to wait until completion of specific events before re-emerging again - and this next time, I certainly expect a full-court press with the express intent of quickly getting to the previously stated goal of the QX (i.e., quickly getting to .10 +)

A subtle, but very important thing to notice Smitter....great job by you and the Mrs. this weekend....can't wait to try the DFW here in DFW....

Ok...I just got the broker agreement back from Jay.....compensation for bringing in a unit is:

1) $250 for every new unit that establishes a Dry Fried Wing co-branding operation and begins selling DFWC products

2) $500 value of EEDG common stock, which will be based off of the market value of the stock when it is disbursed

So, so , true....with all the increasing exposure, especially this week with the inauguration celebration in DC along with the NFL championship weekend (which as you noted before INCLUDES the local Raven vs. the hated Patriots)....Ribbon Cutting Ceremony which includes renowned national political figures with more celebrity announcements forthcoming...all, in conjunction as well with Martin Luther King Weekend, the Wilmington 10 pardon news......THEN, to be quickly followed by grand opening ceremonies in Downtown Manhattan, which we all know will be MEGA-STAR studded.....and all revolving around a simple food that people seem to love and want again & again...

OMG....people, it doesn't take a genius to realize that HUGE $$$$ will take notice and at some point want in with HUGE blocks of shares.....get in!!! if you haven't and do it soon, because at any time this can EXPLODE!!!!! $$EEDG
